My wife tried to order a bike for spring and knew they were hard to get but was willing to wait. Good luck was the response and no interest in pursuing. Call to another bike shop, we will have it in May. She never asked price, just wanted the bike ordered. Most of us are aware products have extended lead time these days, dont make it a reason not to even try.

After multiple experiences with Brattleboro Bicycle Shop, I can easily recommend their services. Folks running the shop are invariably kind and very knowledgeable. They were able to do some next-level alterations to my ebike, so pleased with the custom work and parts sourcing!

DO NOT GET A BIKE REPAIRED HERE!!!! Mechanic works on a timer and takes his sweet time to do the simplest of repairs. Replacing brake pads (non-hydraulic) was billed at almost $60. Its a 10 minute job. Completely out of line prices, shop is the dirtiest Ive ever seen (disgusting if you actually walk to the bathroom) and mechanic is as slow as molasses. Pads are a $20 job, not $60+. Ive done a brake job on a vehicle quicker than he works. AVOID, especially if you are an out-of-towner. You will be disappointed

We were on a multi-day tour and by the time we rolled into Brattleboro I realized my brake pads were toast. It was a little after 3pm and they closed at 5pm, but they were gracious enough to install new pads right then and there and I was back on the road within an hour. Couldnt be happier or more appreciative!

If youre serious about your bike, this is one of the best places to go.Its all bikes, all the time! They dont just talk about it- they live it. Barb and Tim can frequently be seen peddling around town.

Tim provided a thorough diagnostic on my sons bike and performed the needed repairs to enable a bike that once was a source of frustration into a bike that rides like a dream. I appreciate the customer service and the quality of work that we experienced at Brattleboro Bicycle Shop!
