They were always very nice, professional and easy to access. I moved out of a 4 Bdrm, 2 Bath house with lots of storage space to a 10 x 25 unit that was perfect for all my things. Everything was always clean and I felt safe anytime I was there. I would recommend using them to anyone I know!

Excellent facility. Have had multiple units from this location and the ease of access and ability to have 24 hour access if requested for a small fee was a life saver. I have had other storage units around the area with more limited access and very difficult to get items to unit. I will always go to life storage from here on out.

Had appointment, had a reservation for a certain unit. When I got there, the attendant was outside smoking at the front door and seemed put out having to end her smoke break. Furthermore, they did not have the unit I reserved online. They could offer me one double the size- at more than double the price. Thats it. That was their ONLY alternative. When I said, Im going to research my options the attendant said OK and beat me back outside to finish her cigarette.

Show room is clean and well organized and their packing material and storage equipment is fare priced. the Storage units are clean and well maintained. very happy i went into Budget self Storage. My Wife and I love this facility. We have been here since they opened and love how clean and safe the property looks and feels. We have never experienced any problems with the gate or the cameras. The property manager Christina is very friendly and we are very happy to see the assistant manager Justin back, He was such a nice guy and very helpful anytime we needed him. Weve used many storage facilities in the past, Budget Brandon is by far our favorite.

The young lady who operates the facility, Christin, has been very sweet and accommodating since I moved into my storage unit. The prices are fair, the facility is clean, and it is conveniently located. However, I am rating only 3 stars because of the policy regarding making payments in advance. I made two payments and was charged for in house insurance even though I submitted my homeowners insurance in order to satisfy this requirement. Because I made the advance payment, I was unnecessarily charged for in house insurance. Apparently, their system/policy does not allow refunds or credits in this matter.

Justin assisted me in obtaining the correct space required for a shipment coming from Vegas to Brandon, Fl. Prior to my sons arrival, Justin explained the various sizes of storage spaces and cost. Upon the day of his arrival, Justin quickly processed us in and conveniently took care of the paper work. The space was clean and easy to access. His customer service skills were outstanding. One may have thought that he owned the storage facility with the confidence and friendliness demonstrated. The owner of the facility and Budget Storage should consider this young man for positions of greater responsibility. Great job!

I did a lot of research and pricing while I was looking for a storage unit and I found budget self storage to have remarkable deals as well as unbelievably clean and secured units. They have the lowest rates in town. And when I got to budget self storage they where so kind and nice and they had great customer service. I also feel really confident that nothing could happen to my belongings because they have a gate with an individual gate code for each customer so there is no way strangers can just enter on the property. Budget self storage has video cameras looking at every angle on the property so I am assured no one can just break into my unit. I am very satisfied with everything budget self storage has to offer their customers; and I am proud to be a BUDGET SELF STORAGE CUSTOMER!!!

I rented RV parking spot and storage space for over 2 years here with no problems. Following our move-out, I was erroneously charged for a few months that we had already vacated. When I called in to resolve the error, nearly the whole staff had changed over from the time we signed our rental agreement. Today a very helpful staff member named Ricky, took the time to listen and understand what the error was and took great care in getting resolution for me. He was polite, and he and his manager corrected an error that happened prior to them coming on board at this location. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!!! Should I need storage space again, I will not hesitate to rent from this location. I could not have been more pleased with how Ricky handled my concern today and how he partnered with his manager to please a former customer. Ill recommend this location to everyone!

Last year I rented a storage unit for a short while at the Budget Self Storage in Valrico when Christina Barrett was the manager there. She made renting the unit easy and made sure to tell you about all of your options in accessing your unit and paying your rent in person, by phone, or online; providing you with printed instructions.Recently, I decided I still needed to store a few items and went to Budget Self Storage in Brandon as a new customer (there was a coupon online). I was happy to know Christina Barrett was still working at the Budget Self Storage but now in Brandon.Christina is honest, professional, and top notch. She provides excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful and willing to find a unit that suited my storage and budget needs.She has the ability to make sure you are satisfied with the unit selected and/or will work hard to find the right one for your needs. She was patient and always willing to go the extra mile. She exceeded my expectations in locating the right unit for me. She did a great job. On a scale of 1-10, I give her a 10.

5x5 storage space will fit a queen size mattress and box spring, along with a couple other items. Reasonably priced, and complementary moving van rental (although I had to drive to another location to pick it up).

Stopped by the Budget location on Bloomingdale Ave, Spoke with Justin in the office in regards to a unit for my Sister who is moving to Florida at the end of the year. He was very polite and helpful with any question or concern I had. I had no reason to look any further, I will be using Budget anytime I need storage. The property looks really clean and the customer service is great.

I use to store here when it was Budget Self Storage. I stopped by this week and noticed the name change to Life Storage, I inquired about the same size unit I had last year only to be told it was now $50 more than last year plus they now have sign up fees and are very limited on the specials they offer. I was very disappointed, I ended up storing with Extra Space at a much more reasonable rate. Plus my first month was free!
