The people were really nice but half of my snow biz was ice. They skimped me on my flavor

We were there before 8:00 and Stood in line for over 10 minutes to only be told they were closed. That is not how you do business. If you have a customer you wait on them and thats that.

This is a great little great place. They’re known for their snowballs, but they actually have much more. They have nice music piped through their outdoor speakers, a seating area, and it’s locally owned. It’s near the intersection of Crossgates Blvd and Hwy 80, not far off of I-20. It’s in a parking lot of an Exxon gas station.

Young lady was very nice and made beautiful treats for my child and in-laws. Last weekend for service 9/25-9/27/2020.

I was getting gas and it is next to it also I would like to try some while it is still summer time to do so

Literally the most unreliable business hours Ive ever experienced. whats the point in having your hours posted in front if youre never open. One time the open sign was even left on during open hours but it was still closed.

Went Sunday. The sign was on. The young man was there. He let me get my kids out of the car to turn me around smh

This place is a classic. has been for years. never a poor experience.

They dont put enough juice and charge for extra go to circle k and get a better one for .79
