I used to go to Cold Stone frequently when I got my ice cream, but a family member recommended I go try Twistee Treat and I was NOT disappointed. The speed I received my order was incredible, the taste, flavor, and consistency of my ice cream was perfect, and the customer service from the workers was great, especially from Marlee. She was always attentive at the window and would engage with the customers often while they waited on their Ice cream. She seemed like a very hard worker and if I was a manager or boss I would love to have a hard worker like her for my establishment. If all of the workers have customer service skills like Marlee, I will definitely be coming back when I need a sweet treat!

When I came to twistee treat this week I was feeling kind of down. However when I showed up and was greeted by an employee there named Marlee who had a huge smile and an infectious attitude my day was instantly better. A great employee! There was great service and great ice cream and I would go back any time!

Cute place for soft serve ice cream. I like that the building is shaped like a cone. They have a lot of flavors to choose from, and you can get a sample. Love that you can do a twist with more than just vanilla and chocolate. I got a twist with banana and chocolate. Ice cream was very creamy and a bit on the sweet side. Plenty of outdoor seating.

My sister and I love the ice cream here. My sister only eats vanilla ice cream from Twistee. I had the banana split and it was amazing!!! I don’t recommend getting it to go as the ice creams melts very fast. It dripped from the sides of the container as I was driving home. I would suggest better to go packaging for the banana split so it doesn’t leak everywhere. The quality of the ice cream is amazing.

Not one employee/associate is wearing gloves.i was told that yhey were not required to..even if so...they are touching equipment clothes hair face masks and one another all.in a confined space..i was told yhat my order would be prepared with gloves on..it did not happen...i kindly asked for a refund..

Talked for a minute and she said will make her chocolate peanut butter shake special. My two favorite things. I was not disappointed. Best shake around I will be back with friends and family. The girl with the dyed red hair was very rude at the window. I asked her if she could remake my 2 milkshakes that I ordered because they weren’t for me and they were melted, she stated she would have to charge me for 2 more milkshakes because she could not remake them. I then asked her if she could put resees pieces in them and she said she couldn’t and she would have to charge me for another milkshake so I end up paying over 10$ For 2 milkshakes and a attitude with rolling eyes and aggressively shutting the sliding window. Not sure what the issue was with her but she’s needs a attitude adjustment and needs to learn some self control. Very impatient she was with us.

The staff is so sweet just like their ice cream! Sometimes it may take me a minute to figure out what I want, I mean they do have a ton of flavors and different ways to get your ice cream so yea it takes some time but no matter how long you take the staff does not get aggravated and impatient like some places do. They also have great prices!

Whoever the red haired girl is that was working on 03/23/2021 around 6-7 pm needs to be checked . She was very pushy and while asking for her to remake the shake Bc it was very liquidy she caught an attitude and closed the window aggressively made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her . Came off as very rude w a bad attitude. No way to treat customers such way . Love the location but girls like that make you not wanna come back .
