Have been there on two different occasions, and both times I wasnt even acknowledged. The first time gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe busy overwhelmed. The second not a single person spoke to me, granted both associates were working with customers, but that doesnt keep you from acknowledging a customer. When one of the salespeople finished with customer they still didnt speak to me, just to say that they would be with me as soon as they could, even walked past me multiple times. I wasnt just in and out was there for some time even standing at the counter. They have extremely poor customer service.

An employee tried to sell a gun, to another customer, that was malfunctioning. The gun had a feeding issue and wouldnt go into battery. After the other customer left, the employee continued messing with the gun. Slapping the back of the slide, attempting to chamber a live round. While doing so he flagged me with it.This shop may have what youre looking for, but it comes with a lack of professionalism and safety.

Such great people working there. Helped me out so much. They are busy but worth waiting on they will give you the one on one attention you deserve and help you make the correct decision as to which gun to purchase!

Took a gun safety course here and they were beyond phenomenal. They are super helpful with all and any questions about their firearms as well as beginner questions. Don’t think twice when thinking of going here.

I used to be a customer back when they first opened off of HWY 60 15 or so years ago. They are Honest, Trustworthy, Friendly, Knowledgeable, and have very fair prices.

This is by far my favorite gun store. The prices are very fair and they have a great layaway plan. As a bonus it is a welcoming store for new gun owners who need a place where they can ask questions that they usually wont find from other stores.

Personalized service, they always make me feel welcomed and they have great deals on firearms and ammo!

In my opinion, this is one of the best gun stores in the area. Items are priced right, friendly staff and most importantly i always feel good about my purchase afterwards. Store owner keeps his word, if the item he sold you is not functioning as advertised, he will replace it with the new one to save you a headache dealing with a manufacturer, i have not experienced such customer service with any other gun store. Terri the owner is an amazing woman. I know nothing about guns but wanted to do somthing for my girlfriends father an grandfather for fathers day. Terri was kind enough to go way above an beyond in helping me organize a class for them. She is getting the equipment i will need for them and is even adding some gift wrap to the secret present they are getting after their class. I cannot thank her enough an though i dont know much my research so far shows me she is very knowledgeable in this area. Very nice store. Easy purchase and everyone was very polite and courteous. Only problem is the store is not as big as I wish it could be. I am sure the owner feels the same way but you can only fit so much into the tiny store you have. Staff was extremely helpful and polite and did everything they could to get me out the door with what I wanted and as little headaches as possible. Thank you 2nd Amendment. I will be back.

I have not been to this gun store so I cannot speak about how good or bad that it is. However I thought I would pull up their website to learn more about them before visiting them to see what they carried. Then I was rather shocked and put off by discovering that their website is on FACEBOOK! and in order to view their store I had to create an account on this (in my opinion) dreaded social website. I do not face or tweet etc etc and never will so due to this I will not even take the time to visit the actual store. Had they had a real web presence like every one else I would probably have a different opinion.

Enter often, and have experienced exceptional service from each and every employee Ive dealt with. Once perchased an item, and upon checking contents, was short one item. I called back and they had no issues offering cash back, or additional items to cover what was lost. Its nice visiting big name gun shops, but the service of a good ol home town small business, gets my vote every time.

Do yourself a favor, and avoid this place at all cost. Atempted to do business at this place three times, because its the closest to our home.1. They spent 40 min. on their computer pretending to locate the firearm we were interested in - to no avail, then TRIED to sell us a used scratched up version for 30 less than the new model cost.2. Went in a few months later (dont think they remembered me) inquiring about a Ruger sr40c for my wife, they didnt have one, spent 30 min. on the computer trying to locate one - while trying to sell me something - anything else they had on display. I refused, the few firearms on display could of been used, there was no factory boxs to be seen and at this point I was beginning to think these people were a little shady. When I got tired of waiting (yes he was still on the computer) and told him to forget it, he miraculously found one online, told me he would have it in 4 days. Didnt ask for a deposit, gave me a 2nd Amendment Armory HOLD receipt told me to come back Tuesday.3. Showed up Tuesday, with receipt in hand only to find that they didnt remember the transaction and didnt have the firearm. Again they tried to sell us a different firearm while pretending to search the computer for our firearm. After 40 min of deceit & lies we walked out.Shop here at your own risk, youve been warned.

I cant believe I just found this place. I have lived in the area for 15 years and didnt know about it. If you havent been, you have to go. It is a smaller mom and pop place but they have a ton of stuff in there.
