Weve purchased three beds here, and helped a friend with a futon from Dakota Direct also. If you arent stuck on any certain brands, you can find what you want, at a price thats good, with no up-sell pressure. Big selection and a simple, down-to-earth store...warehouse style with quite a few displays set up. Great, friendly customer service and no high-pressure sales...what more can you ask for when furniture shopping?

The owner was very professional and really took great care when delivering my storage bed and two night stands and they where heavy and had to be carried up a flight of stairs.
