Always good. Friendly, helpful staff, and clean!
The staff here are always helpful. Love this location so much.
Sarah is a great makeup specialist. She took the time and patience to make sure that I was buying the right foundation for my skin color. She made every penny I spent there worth... thank you Sarah !!
Makeup artist service. The makeup artist did a great job.
The assistant manger was so nice and helpful ☺️
The employees are very nice and helpful. The lady who helped me with some products her name was Patti, she was awesome!! Overall its a very good store to buy cosmetics 🤗
The staff here are always helpful. They’ll assist you with finding literally anything. They use the products and make great recommendations that are so welcome. They leave you alone if you say you don’t need help. Love this location so much.
Love how they greet the customers when walking in!Beth was very nice and helpful
Found Rihanna Confetti Matchstick also duo eyelash glue and great discounts for first time visitors to Sephora (30% Off)
Love this place great products
I have been to this Sephora location twice and each time I had exceptional service.
A worker helped my friend decide what foundation was a good match and recommended 3 of her favorite foundations. it was really helpful! she went into detail about high and low coverage and which ones were more suited for oily or dry skin since my friend knew little to nothing about makeup.
My happy place! Everyone here is so nice and beyond helpful!
Super friendly and helpful staff here!
They were helpful toy wife
This review is based on the Sephora in the mall not JCpennys. I walked in and no one greeted me. They continue talking to each other while they watched me. I was greeted in Nicely in the one in JCpennys but I had to come to the main store since I needed help with the lashes. I will not come back to this store here in Tampa again.
Very expensive products !I cannot afford buying it...
Very sweet people, fully stocked and organized! Didnt wait too long, very engaging!
I buy a sample off parfums for my son, for 68 $, we lost the carte inside the box . They refuse to help us, no refund, no gift box...I call the customer service and they said that was not normal. The propose to me to go in a other Sephora store to refund us ....Don’t go in this store there are horrible, no customer service!!!!!!
I love trying out all the products in this store especially before buying, this way I get to test before buying so I dont waste my money or time. The girls there are nice and friendly. I love it that if Im not 100% satisfied even after trying and buying the product I can return it without a hassle...😁
1 Star is too complimenting. There has never been a time that I’ve gone into this store and seemed welcome. Workers are not friendly when helping and try to sell a bunch of unnecessary stuff.
They had what I needed, had a hard time finding everything. Staff was not helpful nor greeted me.
Love Sephora and their staff. Takes a little getting used to the “do not touch” products change but there was plenty of associates to assist.
The girls here need more training. On things like what foundation works best with what primers etc. Or what moisturizer is best for ageing skin. What actually has retinol and what products has just a trace or none at all. Ive spent a fortune on products at this store only to be disappointed!
Nice colognes but thats about jt
Absolutely love Sephora!!!! Its like a candy store for people who love makeup and other wonderful things!!!🤣
Im not big on much with make up and unnatural products. So, I want over impressed with many of the products but...was happy to see they have several different natural products. Although, I didnt buy anything. The store was nice, clean and was happy to see natural products. The employees werent very friendly. Rather stuffy in my opinion.
Extremely knowledgeable makeup consultants (Alexa helped me - not a joke.) I love their selection of masques and other facial care products.
5 stars! 1* Acknowledged by staff graciously when I needed assistance. 2* The staff was considerate and kind. 3* Very inclusive. The staff was prepared to help, and tailored their suggestions to my needs. They treated me as an authentic, dignified customer. 4* They treated me as a respected, valued customer who can access all their products and services. 5* Default star: there are restrooms in the vicinity.
Wow I just dont know what to say
This is my mother ship.
👍
Not worth the super expensive prices. Same products can be found less expensive elsewhere.
Youll be racially profiled, followed, and/or stared down. Sephora use to be a fun place my friends and I enjoyed but I am uncomfortable coming here. The manager dude is uninviting, staff has little to no knowledge of the products, staff appears to be unhappy (but thats a management/training issue), limited options, and they are usually out of stock. I decided to online shop to avoid these things. I work too hard too hard to be stressed out at these stores.
Love the products this store has! The staff is always helpful here.
Got a gift card for my niece, nice and easy
One of my favorite stores in general everyone in there is always so friendly and not to mention they are willing to help you out with anythinf you need, this is one of the of the only cosmetic stores that has always acknowledged I was in their store
The help offered is great, and the store layout is fantastic. A great option for anyone in the area.
I have never tried to return a make up product before but I spent $35 on a collegin lip goo by Algenist. It was complete garbage and I wanted to return it. The store manager said that over half the tube was gone and would not return it. I have pictures of the tube barely a quarter of it is used. I used this no more than 8 times on my lips to give it a fair chance. Will Noor ship here again. The beauty industry is a very tight margin, with this kind of customer service they cannot afford to turn people to Amazon.
I used to be a big mac fan but sephora has exceed my expectations! Love their products and I prefer the way their makeup artists did my make up! Its always so much in there!!
My friend and I went in to check out the mens cologne and we were helped by Will..His knowledge and friendly customer service was outstanding..I will definitely be back
Great experience for my daughter who turned 15 today, she couldnt have had a better experience
Sue should win an award for customer service. Sue went above and beyond matching my skin tone with the foundation from Fenty. I never felt like she was annoyed by the amount of questions I asked her about the best beauty products. As well as, application techniques and the best brushes. I left with a sample of primer and foundation because she offered. Which will allow me to try before I buy. I truly appreciated her time and she is the reason why I will come back to this Sephora; my experience was exceptional. THANK YOU SUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some of the nicest people seem to work at this store.
Yes, the products are amazing. Yes it’s a place to get the best of the best make-up; but it is not a place where you are treated fairly. Today is the day I got out of the hospital and wanted to treat myself for once. When I got there, I was given the run-around, lied to, almost scammed, and was told to leave or else the cops would be called, when I called the “cashier” out on it. I wanted a simple exchange and purchase, but was basically called a liar, even with proof in hand. Not worth it, at all
This Sephora has the worst customer service. Came in to pick out a foundation, after asking for help more than once no one came to help. The employees were standing around talking to each other. Theres an older woman that was extremely rude and had no product knowledge. Definitely not returning to this store.
Very friendly and helpful staff, I visit almost every week and it s always the same good experience, the store itself is a bit small with narrow rayons but I m ok with that as long as the staff is treating me well
Sephora was very well taken care of and the workers were very respectful I enjoyed my time I spent there.
A customer should be helped and greeted if they come in the store regardless of whether they have on a full face of makeup or not. It’s ridiculous when you get weird looks and glares for not having a full face of makeup. Maybe you’re going to test products or it’s an off day to be casual. Such behavior is not only rude but extremely unprofessional. What if a customer comes in with no makeup experience and wants beginner tips or advice? Will they just get ignored? Sephora has such amazing products and it’s a pity that such behavior is shown.
I love Sephora and usually have a wonderful experience but the cashier could be more personable. I still made my purchase and left with a smile.
Its a makeup store. I do not wear makeup, but my wife does. Her face lights up when we get close enough to see the sign. I always get one of two stories either; I just need to pick up a ________(fill in the blank). Or the other one is I have a coupon thats going to expire. Either way she leaves there happy and I leave there with less money than I entered. I completely sympathize with her because after our visits to Sephora I now understand how she feels when I got into Bass Pro Shop. She likes the stuff at Sephora.
Love this place very helpful associates an many options of beauty products to choose from. If u go plan to spend some money alot of it
I LOVE THIS SEPHORA!!!!!!!! :) I travel all the way from New Tampa to come here. ALL the employees are amazing, talented and makes sure their clients are their #1 priority!!! :) :)
Horrible service. I don’t shop at Sephora ever but I got a gift card for Christmas and I decided to buy some foundation. Well I asked the lady if she could help me find my shade and she brought me over and then continued to go on and on about how “disgustingly dry” my skin is. She completely bashed me and made me feel awful. She pointed out everything wrong with my face and considered I try a new skincare routine. I walked out crying. I’ll give the gift card to someone else.
This is a very comprehensive store. They seem to have a very wide selection!
We love Sephora and this is one of the best stores that we have visited!
Went to get a few gifts..I like the store..jus didnt really know where to start..I didnt get any help..or get acknowledged at all..🥴
Who doesnt love Sephora?! I went in there today to look for an eye brow pencil I needed to replace and of course didnt bring with me. They were super helpful helping me for what I needed.
They had great sales today
LOVE Sephora and the products they carry... However the employees at this store overwhelm you by asking you every 2 minutes if they can help, but not really so they can help you, so they can make sure youre not stealing. Sephora invites you to come in and play, but I wouldnt at this location. Ill shop at other stores or online after my experience.Jan 2019 update: The employees are more helpful and less intrusive than when I posted my first review. Editing from 3 to 4 stars. Customer service could be a little better, more engaged.
Hate shopping at this sephora. They are always low staffed. The managers are usually over it. And they run out of or dont even carry makeup colors for poc all the time. Thank goodness for certain brands now catering specifically to poc. Staff more people, get friendlier managers, treat everyone the same. Otherwise it looks like youre racist.
Love this place, employees are very nice and very helpful and knowledgeable.
I love their makeup selection!
No pressure salespeople. They are very nice and well versed about their products.
I purchased a foundation from them which I have bought for years. The Kat Von D lock it foundation. Recently ran into a problem with the skin of my eyes breaking out and becoming cracked. Worked through what was causing it ended up being the foundation. Went there and asked a makeup artist if it was okay for me to return it even though i had has it for several weeks. I was told that was completely fine .so i purchased a different foundation and skin care to heal my eyes. (Spent 100 bucks) left came back that following Sunday to return the foundation. Was told they could not except it because it wasnt gently used I was never told this. I would of never purchased more product if I had known. I called the manager and he pretty much told me I was lying. He said I would of had a immediate reaction if it was the foundation. Very professional NOT. called corporate they ended up adding 500 points to my Sephora card and apologized for the ordeal. She said she would return it for me but since it was in store and not online. She couldnt and that it was up to the stores to return items. So keep that in mind. Im a long time shopper with Sephora. I have severe scarring on my eyes from this ordeal and it makes me sad that they are willing to lose me as a customer over 30 bucks. Will not be returning to this Sephora.
I like being able to find the different products to address my ever changing cosmetic needs. The bonus is that you can go in and have an artist work with you and try different products without the pressure to buy.
I work at Ulta so I rarely need to do some shopping at Sephora but I go in occasionally to see whats new. Whenever I do go inside Sephora at Brandon Regency, I am ALWAYS followed! I’m stared at while shopping and I’m getting so angry about it. Not only me but my friends share the same experience. Even customers tell me that they dont like shopping there cause they are always followed. Look dude I know theres high theft going on. Ulta is facing it too as well as a variety of other stores in the area. But do you really have to follow EVERYONE that comes in? I went in today to shop for the Hourglass stick foundation. I went in already knowing what I wanted. I had headphones in so no one would ask me multiple times if I need anything. I walked around a but to just look around and try to buy the unnecessary but once I went to the back of the store 3 employees followed! What the hell? I was even stared down when I kneeled down to look at a lipgloss. I know I look a certain way that may give the white employees there a scare. But please don’t discriminate! I have money! I spent money there where I couldve shopped at my store for a discount. This is the only ulta I find this issue in. The one in JCpenney is nice and every other Sephora Imve been to. Its this specific one that loves to follow customers and stare. Wont be coming in anymore!
This place was obviously profiling my girlfriend as a thief just because she is black, she was so upset she didn’t even want to buy what she came out for. The manager, Tanner seemed uninterested in actually dealing with the problem and just made excuses for his employee’s unprofessionalism. I literally saw and heard them reporting my girlfriends movements! Definitely the last time any of her things will be bought from this Sephora location. It’s 2018, act like it.
Always a great experience at Sephora 😀
If you want to be stalked, verbally harrased, and verbally accused of theft. This is your store!!My daughter is fond of her friends mascara. While at the mall, they decided to enter sephora so the friend could show my daughter the mascara she uses. My daughter asked a specialist if they had it. They brought the girls to item and followed up with “are you going to purchase this”. My daughter told the clerk not at this time, and explained why. While the girls looked around and preceded to put items in basket for purchase, the clerks stalked them and would physically take sample items out of their hands. At one point, a male clerk approached the girls and said, “stop with the act and give it back”. When my daughter and her friend decided to leave because they were extremely uncomfortable with being followed and verbally harrassed, one of the male clerks standing at the exit taunted the girls with “ are you sure you didnt take any mascara today?”Absolutely disgusting! I called the store and spoke with Tanner (supposed manager on duty) he was argumentative and full of excuses. I understand the need to zone for loss prevention. However, retail clerks cross a legal line when they verbally harrass and falsely accuse a patron. I asked for contact info for a district or regional manager, I was told “ I am not able to give you that information. “ Instead, I was given a customer service number. When I called customer service, I was asked to send complaint via email. I will send an email, but clearly this company has an issue with accountability, responsibility, and customer service. How they treated my daughter and her friend was unexcusable and we will no longer be supporting this business.
Really judge you when you aren’t wearing makeup and act like you are going steal something. Just because I’m not wearing makeup doesn’t mean I can’t afford.
It would be really amazing if I could shop for cosmetics without being watched by employees, which included the manager on duty. The manager on duty, Tanner made excuses for his employee Patty watching me shop in the skincare section, but I didn’t see the point in speaking with him because when Patty wasn’t watching me, he was! I felt incredibly disprected since I had made it clear TWICE that I didn’t need assistance just time to decided amongst ourselves what we wanted to purchase. I’ve been a VIB member for the past two years and unfortunate happenings like these make it really hard to enjoy all the great things offered in Sephora, but I refuse to spend my money at an establishment that profiles me as a theif as soon as I enter the store. Maybe the Brandon Sephora should take an afternoon for racial bias training, upon reading other reviews it looks like they could use it.
I believe in fair reviews which is why I cant honestly give this Sephora only one star. The fact that they sell desirable products saves them from that. I am a VIB member and spend several hundred dollars here each quarter. Yesterday was the last time I will be spending money or time at this sephora location. The employees have large attitudes and little interest. There was one blonde in skin care who was helpful in all my visits there but outside of her they are a huge disappointment. They dont keep up with stock and dont ask if you need anything (while Im obviously searching for a specific color). I will be going to a different mall from now on. I highly suggest Sephora management rethink their training program because this location is in need of a serious overhaul.
Nice, clean, well, organized store! Helpful staff!
Staff is rude and not welcoming or helpful...they acted annoyed I walked in....would have gotten the name of the one girl but she never turned to greet me face to face instead cleaned her makeup both without make eye contact and telling me she was unavailable to help me...I left and went to MAC and spent 100 bucks there.
This is the worst customer service i have ever recieved. A worker came up to me and asked if I was putting things into my pocket, without any reason. After I questionably said no, she came up not even 10 seconds later and straight up asked me for a second time. I was just looking at makeup with my friend and she had the nerve to accuse me of something like that and I do not appreciate that.
Located inside the mall itself. Lots of team members to help get you right!
How can you not love sephora?!
Lovely store!
Racist employees who watch you shop, I’ve stopped going to this location and choose to buy my items online.
I prefer this location over International plaza as it is less busy and hectic and easier to find assistance.
Love the store
Best customer service!!!
Polite and helpful
Bad service
