The best experience I have had in a Gamestop ever. The workers care a lot more about what the customer wants and very respectful to everyone while at the same time seeing if there are good deals for the games you want. I do wish that they had a prominent retro game section but everything else is orderly.

Made 4 separate trips in the last month to attempt a console trade in only to be told a different reason each time why it could not be completed.Unfortunately I also paid for a Pro Subscription only for them to not actually send out the Game Informer.The corporate customer service never offers any assistance and just tells to wait longer for it to arrive. Then once you ask for a refund your now outside of the refund timeframe... Awesome, I love wasting my time and money for nothingOverall using GameStop is a huge waste of time and money. I would recommend to use literally any other store.

The employees at this location are so lazy and not people person at all. For example I went to return my ps4 that I purchased online, that customer service directed me to go my local store. In which I did and they refused my return, no explanation was offered nor any apologies were offered. And when I was waiting in line to get called. The employee uses their index finger as their way come here type thing, I dont know where do you get the right to treat your customers like that. In what company would you see these types of treatments towards, not much really. If there was a optional rating from zero, thats the type of rating they deserve.

I’ve been in here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and it’s the most I actually had in a long time. First 2 times I was offered to upgrade my membership but I declined and everyone was really understanding. Today I go in there and this woman by the name of Kelly (blonde hair) rings me up and says I’ve been in here a lot lately and she really thinks I should upgrade and I decline again. She then becomes hostile about it and says I could of saved 22$ and said but it’s fine though, that’s my lost. (?!?!) That’s no way to talk to customers. I declined... that should be the end of that discussion! Makes me wanna avoid going back, which I think I will.

Love the staff here. Friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of Pops and action figures. The frequently have tshirt sales. And I love love love the Garcha Gatcha machines.

Extremely nice staff named Travis. He helped me find the 3ds I was looking for. The were lots of other nostalgic items here. A lot better than other gamestops I have been too.

I love this place. However the manager at this location was very unprofessional. She had a bad attitude and was not helpful the whole time. Im a great repeat customer but never will I go to this location again. Oh I forget the managers name but she has purple hair and a rich accent if that helps.

I absolutely LOVE this particular gamestop I had took my son who is autistic to get the new fallout but some dumb customer said something that upset him well one of the employees at the register was not only extremely patient with my son but seen how upset he was & handed him one of the fallout masks & made his whole day! The store is ALWAYS super clean & the employees are very intelligent when it comes to deals and which games to get! Best gamestop EVER!

Staff is very disrespectful. I asked an employee about transferring a product from another location to their location, and she stated that is something we do not do. That is absolutely not polite to say to a customer. I called another store if they do product transfers, and they said absolutely! If you want good customer service do not go there!

I was looking for a certain remote but the lady inside was kind of rude when I asked. She gave me a we dont have it in stock anymore and I asked of she can check online for other gamestops around and she let out a big sigh and said I guess

First I went on a Tuesday to trade in a ps4 and I didn’t take a controller that was my fault then I go Wednesday and they said I need an hdmi so I come back Thursday with everything even games and they say that they can’t do trade ins so I literally wasted money and time just for them to decline.

Went there to trade a controller, apparently after having the trade value displayed on the keypad being 10 store credit, said they couldnt take it in. Sweet, anyways I decided to get this one game and when I was about to check out the game, one of the employees asked another employee to get the game and instead of getting the game, that employee just started talking to this other employee. Trip just made me get annoyed if Im being honest.

This is the store to go to. No wander is always packed. They go out of their way to please you. Can’t complaint. Never had a problem. Excellent customer service and friendly

This store has horrible service. Employee did not seem to want to be doing their job. Tried trading in games and worker was taking calls and doing anything else but finishing the transaction. At the the end after scanning my ID she wanted to mess with something to see if it was sliding properly. Just wanted to buy a new system for my son but that seemed like a pipe dream shopping here

Love this place. Nate always makes me feel very appreciated and is making everyone else feel welcomed to come into his store. Super chill atmosphere, great employees. They work hard and FAST and make sure you have everything you need. Love it here and their personalities are never a dull moment

Employees are nice but a bit on their own time. When a line forms its time to for less chit chat and more scan pay go. Other than that no real complaints about the store itself. If this location doesnt have what your looking for they are able to find what store does.

Came to purchase a game for my birthday. The clerk working there asked me if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for. She told me her store didnt have it nor did any other locations in the area. I knew she was lying. Looked up the item on the website and ordered it for same day pick up at the Fowler location. I liked the Causeway location due to how close it is to my home. This incident along with the fact that it smells like someone died in there, have forced me to purchase my games at other locations.

These people are always super friendly and informative. I never feel rushed when I ask questions about games, upcoming promos or whatever. The guy even took the time to show me their app from his phone and how i can view things. Luv going to this place!

This place is a smoothly run machine. I just went for the release of Borderlands 3. I prepaid came back and was ushered through line and handed my copy. I have been going here for 8 to 9 years. The staff has changed obviously but they are professional and friendly. They have a large merchandise and collectible section. The only downside is parking is at times difficult. This is if course not their fault.Now on to pro tips. Pro tip 1: Do not go here after Christmas the mob of bored parents and anxious kids makes it awful. Black Friday is the same. Is that 20$ game on sale worth 30 min in line? You decide. Pro tip 2: There is usually a wait to check out. Experience tells me there will always be a customer doing something difficult. From a guy that walks up on Black Friday with 61 games he wants to turn in, to a woman turning in her used phone for credit. Pro tip 3: your going to get next to nothing for your used game. We all know this and it is not their fault. It is a corporate policy. Pro tip 4: If you preorder a game. They will call you and let you know a few days before. Go in earlier that day and pay. You will be given a different receipt and issued a group. If you do that you get to just speed right through and get your copy.

I will not be back in this GameStop I went to go trade a few games in towards Animal Crossing New Horizons and the guy yelled no trades and that was no way to address the customer they could’ve have put no trades outside their front door till a certain date. Also I would like to input the other employees stood there laughing what kind of customer service is that right there GameStop simply treating customers like trash at this location it will be the last visit I make to this GameStop or any GameStop in the Brandon Location. I knew a manager that actually worked there that actually knew what he was doing and if it’s so dangerous to do trades during a outbreak then go ahead and shut down your store instead of just treating customers like trash. Any GameStop shouldn’t be open anyways during a time like this.

Yes today at 4:13pm I arrived with pride in getting a new video game called Lego DC Super Villains and I came in and their it was looking fantastic but once I got in line to buy it the cashier said it wasnt in stock which made me really upset. So I am really hoping that GameStop removes the games that arent on the shelf because I was really happy in getting that game which was on sale. But I am blaming GameStop for this and do not want to go back to that game store.

GameStop on causway Blvd Brandon. These people are amazing we bought our daughter a PlayStation membership for Christmas and accidentally threw out the receipt with the code and unfortunately I it didnt save in our digital locker. Travis and Peter help track down the sales number and even called their customer service to get us the code back. Will definitely go their again. Best service ever

I like that you can sometimes get games at 9pm early release. Employees are amazing and helpful. Company itself should really self reflect on how horrible they are to their employees

Gamestop in general is a ripoff. You could get literally all games (and consoles!!) here cheaper online, and in better condition. People here are very nice though, so 1/5 to corporate and 5/5 to employees.

Really good store for clothes and collectibles. They have a good Funko Pop selection and a lot of blind bag/box items. They have a great game selection as well but like most GameStops its not my go-to for games since those prices run a bit high.

You know for a store thats specific to gamers, this guys are actually quite pleasant. They definitely do not fit the quiet/keep to themselves stereotype thats associated with most game geeks. Really nice people here.

My last experience was a pleasant visit with Leida who is hispanic. She did not handle me at the counter, but I dealt with her by the collectible action figures. The fact that she is bilingual is great! I also had a second pleasant visit with Nate on both Thursday and Friday during Black Friday who was extremely upbeat and friendly and gave me good insight on items I wanted to purchase. It made my husband and I feel very welcomed that someone went out of their way during that weekend to talk to us. Those two changed our minds to become repeat shoppers. Awesome place. This is the closest GameStop to me aside from the mall but I do not like the mall traffic

I love coming in here. They always have great deals during the holidays. If you get the chance to, talk to Nate. Hes the larger and more muscular man in there with a beard and will run down all the current deals they are running in that store to make sure youre saving all the money you can on products. Good place to go if you have to buy video games usually I just buy mine online with PS4 but if youre looking for a hard disk or used games for saving five bucks this is the place to go. They also offer pretty decent prices on iPhones as well

The game selection is not as good as it used to be. The used game prices have gotten out of hand on the price. The price of used games are almost as much as buying them new.

Where do I begin with this place... well let us begin with the two good things, and that is the workers and the environment. When anyone that walks through the doors you know you are in the gaming realm and have left behind the normalcy of every day mundane actions such as shopping for clothes and soaps... you are immersed and you feel power of the game being shown. However, the prices are ridiculous for used and for trade ins you get literally sometimes 5 dollars then they go and sell it for 35... furthermore, with being in the gaming realm you smell sweat and body odor sometimes worse than the gym locker room from our youthful days. However, the place is a must for a gamer like my wife and I!

What can I say about what was literally my store.. its ok. Prices are decent if you watch for specials. The membership helps if you purchase enough.

I would give the staff five stars. You can tell they enjoy there jobs and probably arent there for the great pay. They are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about games. I cant give the store 5 stars because the employees are overworked and have to answer phone calls, help customers, buy and sell and stock (probably a bunch of other duties)games all with only 2 sometimes 1 employee. Leaving the customer frustrated because of the long lines or long wait to ask questions. If they would pay for some extra help so the lines can move quicker I would definitely give it 5 stars. Still a great store. Definitely recommend it if your just starting off gaming and have questions. They will take care of you.
