I always shop here for all my clothes including hats they never disappoint me unless they dont have my shoes size.

I was in your store on Monday at 4:30 I entered with my grandson I was taking him on the shopping spree I thought that I would get some service I walked in no one acknowledged that we even walked in the door there was no one else in the store the two gentlemen at the counter acted like we did not exist we proceeded to look at several pairs of jeans however when I asked if there was some place he could try them on they simply laughed and said we have no fitting rooms I understood due to covered that might be the possibility however they never ask if they could help us if they could serve us in any way I end was there to buy jeans for my grandson your jeans were $88 a pair that we were looking at I didnt care about the price I just care that they were giving us absolutely no service like we were not alive we looked around for a bit and tried to find some things but were unable to find what we wanted they did not help eventually we just gave up and left the store I dont know if this is the way that you conduct business but I can also say that I am very upset about the way we were treated these two gentlemen definitely did not want to send that store Im not sure why I ended up going down to the buckle and spending $400 that could have been at your store again there was no one in the store no one at all but your employees can they afford to give up that kind of money for whatever reason a gentleman that I work with in my shopping center I run a restaurant told me to go to your store Im still baffled as to why they would give up any kind of an income when there was no one in that mall thats pretty much it thank you

They have some unique clothes and real deals on shoes.

Went to buy a pair of sneakers yesterday June 1st,spent $200 on them, the sales associate brought out the size I asked for I told him it fitted perfectly and I wanted to buy.from the way the cashier was moving I had a gut feeling something wasn’t right but I ignored it. I purchased these sneakers around 3 p.m. wasn’t until I got home around 8 pm and seen that the right foot, had looked like it had been worn. Now the sneaker just released the day before on Saturday so I don’t understand why one shoe looked brand new and the other did not. In the morning I will be returning and asking for an exchange or store credit for my $200 because 1 I just moved to this state and 2 I feel taken advantage of and feel I should get what I payed for not cheated out of my money. If I do get store credit I won’t be using it at that location that’s for sure

Unable to do an exchange for an item that was purchased early as a Christmas gift because it has gone past their return/exchange timeframe. In addition, was told they don’t do returns on items that have been worn. This is a jacket that was worn maybe three times. The design on a #membersonly jacket should not be peeling off so easily. What a shame.
