My boyfriend and I bought a pub-sub and the sandwich artist, Stephanie, was amazing!!! She was fast and efficient while being organized and on top of bring super busy she took her time and made sure our food was great, and by far the best pub- sub I’ve had. Thank you Stephanie!

Dislocations wonderful location fast service customer service at the app above and beyond you can always find what youre looking for and on top of it I love this part of it if you go early in the day you have to move around old slow people if you go in the afternoon you can usually get in and out quick

If you could see my full Google map history, you’d see I’m at this particular store 3 to 4 times a week. It’s “MY Store.” I mostly know where everything is and when I don’t, there’s always someone close by to help me look. Store is always clean and shiny. My one pet peeve at all of the Publix stores is the deli starts closing about an hour and a half before store closes.

Do NOT order online from here. Absolutely ridiculous, didn’t even know what orders they made, extremely unorganized. ANYONE can take your order, or they feign they mad it when they never did. Quick shopping is fine, but deli section is completely unreliable and does too much chatter without enough actual service. I ordered food for my family because I come late from work, waited an hour to even ASK if they had my order, and they don’t. They WILL NOT make your order unless you blatantly ask them to, even if you ordered ahead online. Will not be purchasing from deli section again.

My order in the deli should have been ready at 3:05 at 3:10 I had to ask for it which it was still on machine I finally get my order at 3;20 and the so called manager oBrien that took his sweet time walking over gave me $5.00 off. It wasnt my fault they took everyone before me and didnt look at the machine thanks alot 👎

Disappointed with what they have done with the meat section! It is not the same purchasing steaks that are prewrapped. It always appears the steaks are very thin in the packaging. Can rarely fine 1 prewrapped steaks. I like to be able to pick out the meats from the previous meat counter. Seems like Publix is going with more prepared meals in this area. Have tried a few and most come out dry with not much taste. I will be purchasing my fresh meats from somewhere else unless they change it back. Have seen a lot of people that feel the same way while shopping and many employees have also made negative comments about the change as well.

Nice staff but stock is 50 50 and deli has improved but im not convinced yet. Overall prices are to high try to cover increases with bogo and 2 for 1

Everything about this store has gone downhill. Never have things in stock, Deli cannot get things correct. Online ordering is NEVER correct. Pick up orders, which you pay a premium for, has given terrible products (damaged and/or rotten items). It is always something.

Terri in your deli was the most unfriendly, rude, no help person i have ever met at a publix. I love your store but if I had to ever deal with her again Id take my business else where! Not a happy shopper!

I know after reading this review one may be confused as is why I would rate in such a way but comment in this way...well, here goes - Today I visited my very favorite Publix in the Tampabay area. This location is always very clean and fully stocked. The customer service has always been on point! However, I never placed an order in their deli department until today. Ed was working the sandwich order department within the deli. Ed seemed to be moving a little slowly but that wasnt my issue. My issue was with the eyes above the mask looking fraustrated void of smile or happiness. His sloppy manner in which he shoved everything on the sandwich and asking, what else? As if he was ready to stick the sandwich down my throat. He was not practicing sanitary guidelines in my opinion taken off a glove sticking it under the counter to put it back on while allowing the glove to hit the bread before putting a plastic glove over the hard glove he reused. He sticks the price tag on his shirt and then stick it on the sandwich. He was messy, his sandwich was messy, and his attitude was MESSY! This explained was so messy that me and other customers discussed it in line together. HOWEVER, Kaitlyn to the RESCUE!!! The Customer Service Manager was polite and caring to my complaints and offered to remake the sandwiches herself. That saved the review and my view of Publix. Staying with Supreme Customer Service!!!!! Thank you Kaitlyn and Publix for picking up the dropped ball and getting the TOUCHDOWN 🤎

Associates were nice and no long lines

I love this Publix location in every way, except for the pharmacy. It is shocking that they are employed by Publix because this is a company that prides itself on customer service. The pharmacists themselves are rude and the techs are condescending. Example: I dropped of a script and said I would come back after being told there was a 2-hour wait. I totally understand that most of the wait times when filling prescriptions are the fault of the insurance companies, so I had no problem coming back to get my medications. When I arrived the next day, over 24 hours after I had dropped them off and over an hour later than I told the tech I would be there, I was told my order wasnt ready and that I had to wait. No reason was given, I was just told to wait. The tech had the audacity to laugh and joke about the inconvenience, never once apologizing or acknowledging the obvious problem, and when my medications were finally ready, 20 minutes later, (after this place had had my scripts for over 24 hours) the pharmacist actually threw the bag of medications at the register, and I dont mean set it heavily on the counter-that woman threw that bag of medication toward me with a disgustingly nasty look on her face. Please note, I had not complained or said anything because this was not the first time this staff had been so horrid and I knew I was never coming back and that complaining wouldnt make a difference anyway. This staff also refuses to answer the phone and when you leave a message as directed they never get back to you. Its interesting though that if you call the main store number and ask to get transferred to the pharmacy the phone is immediately answered. I go to a different store for prescriptions (and the pharmacy there has the same level of customer service as the rest of the Publix staff), and often just shop there instead due to convenience. Its a shame because I really like the staff at this location, but Im not making two trips to two different Publix stores in one day because their pharmacy staff is so awful.

Typical Publix... everything one expects from a Publix grocery store is located at this location. Service from the deli counter, to cashiers, and baggers is on par with any other Publix. I havent had any negative experiences here the last ten years and is my go to grocery store in this area.
