Was out of state on work and car broke down. The tow truck guy helped me get over there, they were both extremely helpful!! Will recommend these guys to anyone out of state needing help!!!

We’re traveling across country and our tow Jeep ABS light and other idiot lights came on. There was a high pitched noise coming from the engine and other mechanical issues. I checked the reviews on this shop and we’re very happy that Vern & team could make some time in a very busy shop to replace a sensor for us. Every one was professional and friendly but most of all we really felt this is an honest shop. Would recommend to anyone. Believe the previous reviews. Thanks everyone!

I had some repairs done on my 6.0 ford diesel at Wirtjes recently. I am capable of handling most repairs on my own, but the problems this time were over my head. It had complex problems that required advanced diagnostic equipment and many hours of labor. I thought the labor I was charged was very fair and I received an Itemized bill for every part needed in the repair, the prices of which were all fair or better. In one case they were able to find a perfectly good used part to complete a repair that saved me about 70%. When I picked it up, the mechanic took time to explain everything that was done in great detail, showed me the parts that came out of my truck and pointed out the components that had failed. I feel they are very fair, thorough and professional.

The owner Vern is a great guy. I was traveling from Minneapolis when the heat in my truck went out and a blizzard was due to hit the next day. I left a message at his shop before hours. He called right away and got me in 1st thing that morning. 1st thing I noticed is how clean and organized his shop is. This is a man that takes pride in his work. No mystery why hes been in business for 34 years. He did his diagnostic, gave me his opinion and went to work. 1.5 hours later he had the heat fixed. He knew I was from out of town and knew nothing about cars. He charged me a very fair price and treated me like a local. If I lived near brandon hed have a customer for life!

Honest, quality work at a fair price. Wouldnt dream of taking my F250 6.0L anywhere else. Toby did a great job of explaining what was being repaired and the reasons for the recommended repairs.

My vehicle broke down at a gas station while I was traveling through. They made time to come check it out right away when no one else would. Also worked on it the rest of the day and the next to get it going for me all for a reasonable price. Great business.

Went there to get 4 wheel drive fixed. $665 bill and 4 wheel drive was still not working and for some reason he had replaced the abs sensor and now the anti lock brakes dont work. I had never asked him to do anything with the abs.

I have known Vern for years and have taken vehicles to him on multiple occasions. He is honest, thorough and knows what he is doing. was surprised to see the negative post and do not believe a word of it. Update - Just had to take another vehicle in that was having multiple issues. I had tires put on only to find out the shop that put the tires on underinflate so as not to trip the tpm light yet it would every winter. Vern explained to me the correct pressure and recalibrated the tpm settings. He also showed me where a previous shop had put a belt on and it was the wrong belt. He found every little thing that was wrong and now it runs like a champ. For those reasons I know that I can always trust Vern and unless I am out of town or under warranty I will not go elsewhere..

My truck broke down on a Saturday morning and they were willing to get it in and repaired in just a couple hours. Awesome service!
