The worker are really helpful, I didnt need to ask for help they just come to me and asked if I need help and actually I didnt know how to choose the right lap top for my self. Very friendly people. My wife went to the store in Braintree, MA to buy me a iPad Pro for my birthday, she ask for help because she knew what she wanted. Wait for 30 minutes after asking for help to an employee who was with another employee helping only one customer, they were chatting with a customer nothing related to purchasing anything in the store. She was there hearing private conversation between them while she was waiting. 45 minutes passed she asked again and the answer she got was they were very busy and sent her to apple store. Nice Best Buy, you just lost a customer.

If I could choose a negative 10 I would for my over all experience with Best Buy. Brought a toshiba television in 2019 and brought a 5 yr warranty. It started acting up less then a year later . Geek squad came to my home 3 times to fix television. The television wasn’t fixed all 3 times . Best Buy sold me a defective television. Now Best Buy is telling me my 5yr warranty is inactive because the geek squad fixed the problem. Some of the customers service agents are very rude . I will NEVER shop in Best Buy again.

I went during the tax free weekend and it was a fast and smooth visit even though it was crowded and I wasnt sure exactly what I was buying when I first walked in. I chose what I wanted, paid at a register, and then waited 10 minutes while they picked the item from the stock room and loaded into my car. Couldnt have been any easier.

The whole review is not directly to this store but they are related somehow: I contacted Geek Squad for a Warranty on my TV, they scheduled an appointment for a technician to come, then they called me to cancel the app since the TV is less than 42 inches they dont do app for that, I have to take it to the store, they did not made the app for me saying I have to go to the store, so I went to the store to make the app at Geek Squad, the staff told me they were not able to, sent me to the TV Station Desk that someone should be able to help me there, I went the and explain everything again, he said yes I can send you a tech, it will be 100 us, I said how come if the TV had warranty etc etc, he said there is nothing he can do... I ask for a Manager, then I spoke to Manny, or something like it, explained everything again, he was able to help me, scheduled a drop off for the TV...

I had the pleasure to work with Rob and Luis, you each deserve 5 stars.The overall concerns from my experience at the store:The encounter with James, which was after I made an entrance to the store, followed by a first interrogation encounter with an associate. The first associate was respectful, except that in my immediate treatment, I felt that it was based off the fact that I am a female. Next to me, entering the store was a male customer. This male customer was simply greeted and directed to go in, without any delays and to have his business taken care. As a woman, you’re greeted with interrogation to reasoning your visit, even prior to entering the store. That to me, has been one of the biggest stereotypical behaviors, which women continue to face, at places like Best Buy. There were no female staff that I saw in my recent two visits.James’ comments about ones facial expressions, his reactions, and actions were not reflections of me, but simply demonstrated his lack of Diversity & Inclusion education to be in that role. He is a bias individual. James, described his role as a store manager. James was not in face mask, made a point for standing very close to me, while talking about my visit, which was extremely uncomfortable. That clearly showed that he is been uninformed about the new variants level of severity. Recently, Apple published that they will be mandating a mask policy, in most of their U.S stores. The Federal Government/White House just announced masks policy in federal buildings. I was in a N95 face mask, during my visit, which expressed my concerns with COVID and the variants and clearly had zero tolerance for James standing in a very close proximity to me and with that aggressive attitude. Frankly, this entire situation, was beyond uncomfortable for me, at this store, to say the least. A very poor store protocol for staff and shoppers.Lastly, but not least, while Rob, was trying his best to assist me with a return because the store didnt have the right product, the computer and keyboard, when processing customers returns, appeared to be outdated, causing extra delays. Rob had to call the manager (Luis) three times for an assistance with the return. Overall, what an inefficient and unpleasant experience, at this Best Buy store.The Corporate needs to assess these types of concerns and take proactive action to improve their customers experience (women and men).

Excellent location. Very visible from the highway. Has a ton of parking space and has very good staff. The only downside is that sometimes its hard to find someone to answer your questions especially at peak hours. The Greek squad is knowledgeable. Restrooms sometimes need a bit of cleaning as well.

Ok. I frequently shop this store. The staff is borderline obnoxious about helping. They ALL know where everything is and theyll walk you to it and not just point in the direction. Theyre friendly and will help with anything.So if you go into this location. Test my words. A person at the front will be happy to help. Go in looking lost and ask the hardest questions you got. See what happens.I promise. Youll go back there for what ever you need. There technical staff is top notch.

One of the better best buys youll visit: big and clean and well staffed. They have an extensive AV area and you can demo most of the products, often with your own source! Thats reassuring when youre considering an expensive purchase.Being close to the city and near the south shore plaza, this best buy tends to host special events like Occulus demos, etc. Worth looking up if youre trying to get in on those types of events.

Generally a good place for electronics...just wanted a 2 channel amp in the 200 to 300 dollar range...did not have any....all were 5 to 7 channel...at 600 $ +..Could not get any help to ask...all sales people were busy..kinda frustrated...ended up going to crutchfield electronics on the web...got what I wanted for $240..2 channel 100 amp with bluetooth to drive my outside Niles speakers for my pool...

Visited twice this week, first for advice on a 4k tv/monitor and Kai was very friendly and knowledgeable but kept insisting on higher end options despite me re-iterating I was staying on a budget, which I cant blame them for too much considering its retail, but I ultimately didnt get much useful info out of the trip.Then went the next day to exchange an open box item for a new version and Sabine at checkout was very friendly and understanding, but gave me the wrong monitor when exchanging...I checked with her before grabbing it that itd be the right one and she said yes so I didnt second guess it or even realize until I got home it was the wrong model and $85 more...so Im pretty annoyed and will have to go back a third time to figure that out.Overall neutral experience this week, I would recommend it but with a heads up to be careful to not get caught in sales pitches and double check items/receipts before leaving to save from headaches like this.

Charles was massively helpful in the TV/WiFi department. We just moved and couldn’t get WiFi upstairs and had a weak signal everywhere. He listened carefully and with the help of a couple internet speed tests we ran, he provided a modem (arris 3.1) and mesh router (eero) that solved the problem. Now over 230 mbps and no issues streaming tv. Thank you Charles!

Overstaffed yet slightly undertrained staff experience. They are still friendly at first. The place is crowded but they do not have the right heart to make us feel comfortable.Indeed, most of the store employees and the customers did not wear masks, while CDC and the world news tell us 60%+ vaccinated people could still get the CoVID-19 Delta as breakthrough.

Do NOT buy your appliances here. We ordered a whirlpool stove that was price matched down to $1000.00 from 1900.00. we then bought the service plan. the total was $1400.00. On 9/24/2021, it was delivered damaged. we noticed 15 mins after the truck had left while unwrapping the stove. MAJOR damage to the control panel area. we called best buy in braintree and best buy.com and was told in order for us to get a replacement right away, they would have to RE-ORDER IT. meaning they charged our card for ANOTHER 1400.00. We then rescheduled pickup and delivery on 9/28/2021. Guess what? the new one was so damaged, that the crew wouldnt even bring it into the house. They also REFUSED to take the damaged one from the friday before. the Reason? this is a one for one exchange we call the store in braintree and got the manager who was just opening the store.....he told us to let the drivers go and we would hear back while my wife was talking to BESTBUY.com. in the end, it is now 4:30pm and they refused to come get the damaged stove because they have to wait 24 hours. even though the stove was scheduled for pick up on a seperate order FOR TODAY! mind you, they can not refund our $3000.00 until both stoves make it back to their warehouse. if you can believe it, someone at bestbuy.com told us we need to charge a THIRD stove in order to get one delivered ASAP. ASAP meaning another 5 days. we dont know when the broken stove will be out of our kitchen. best buy is holding 3000 dollars hostage on our credit card and there is NO manager who can speed up the refund process.....we keep being told we have to wait 24hrs to set up a time to come get the damaged stove.....we already set that time up last week for today. VERY shady practices at best best buy.edit=to make matters worse, Best Buy called us on 9/29 to rectify this issue. they promised us they would make it right and get us a new stove friday oct 1st. they gave us a reasonable compensation for all of our troubles. You cant make this stuff up. Best Buy Braintree CANCELED our order. 100% incompetency in that store and BEST BUYs system for handling problems is a complete joke. do NOT buy your appliances here. the drivers who do the delivery have to take pictures of everything they deliver because the BEST BUY warehouse that serves this part of Massachusetts is KNOWN for being a complete problem.

Spent a good amount of money on an automatic car starter with installation about a year and a half ago. Within weeks my car wouldn’t start. I’ve since spent hundreds of dollars on tow trucks and repairs all while trying to get some sort of accountability from the Geek Squad installation services at this location. Several times I was refused assistance, nevermind reimbursement for the several tow trucks or repairs that are a direct result of faulty installation. You’d think a company as large as Best Buy would take a little pride in their employees’ work or at the very least be willing to correct their mistakes. I’ve since given up and cut my losses. Absolute joke of a company, at least in Braintree.

My one star is for customer service and experience. I went in to ask two questions, and was put into a queue for people to be taken care of. I waited for half an hour, while everyone around myself was being assisted and helped. While I understand I didnt buy anything and was only asking a question, to not even be greeted nor communicated with for half an hour in any way while 6+ people were assisted (paid and left) is not the way a customer (Ive been coming to this Best Buy since I was a kid) or potential customer should be treated. Train your staff better.

The management is a joke. It says pick up available in 1 hour online. Thats the whole reason I chose to buy it that way. 1.5 hours later if the customer shows up to get their purchase youre supposed to go get it for them. They instead said its not ready and suggested I cancel my order and go find it on a shelf. There werent even any available on the shelf. I checked before I even thought of having the audacity to ask for what I paid for. I just want what I paid for. I waited long enough. I shouldnt have to ask you to give it to me.

This store has a lot of overpriced products that dont work. They sold me a $400 laptop that takes half an hour to boot up and barely runs. I returned a $200 wireless headset that seemed great, but didnt charge when plugged in because of a years-old software bug. I replaced it with a $100 wireless headset with a mic that could pick up my neighbor sneezing from across the street. You also have to hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it on. When I returned that I got berated by a manager for not buying the warranty, which would be a waste of money since Im returning the product anyways. Absolutely ridiculous.
