This place is terrific... at deleting factual reviews about how poor their dignity and work ethics are. They’d have more views than 10 if they didn’t fight so hard to rid of reviews that factually state how horrible they are at doing business.Ordered stuff here and they send incorrect items on purpose to buy them time. All authorized by the owner. Then they give the run-around about how it’s somebody else’s fault...And this is true because your customer service rep, Charlotte told me everything about it.Not only that everything they have is outdated and mostly damaged!AVOID any business here!

I ordered a keyboard cover from them which ended up costing me lots of time and frustration because of instead of it being mailed to my address, the package had the wrong tracking number on it and ended up being mailed to some address in ANOTHER state. Initially, I had no idea what was going on because I was sent a confirmation e mail that said: Good news, your package was delivered today [at my address] and left on the porch. I reside in an apartment building and have NO porch. When I took a closer look at the tracking info, it was delivered to some porch in an entirely different state .Repeated tries of calling the firms biz # yielded no option to leave a message and repeated e-mails yielded no response. So, had to try to rectify via e-bay from which the purchase was made.Eventually, I was able to make contact with the seller via a phone call to the biz #. He was very NICE, took a closer look at the problem (wrong tracking #) and shipped the product to me priority the same day. He explained that the TIMING of my order (and prior phone calls and e mails) was when the secretary (or staff member who takes them) was out with a medical issue. I was satisfied with my DIRECT interaction with the seller.I disclose that initially my review on here was initially a 1 star and a long gripe. Since the problem was eventually rectified to my satisfaction, I have changed my rating to 3 stars. So 2 extra stars for the rectification of the issue. But 2 minus 5 due to history of initial experience. Hence net # of stars now = 3.

Amazingly friendly people. When I had an issue, the customer service call was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

Not an reliable seller. They sold me a keyboard cover that had faulty glue, refunded the cost after PayPal stepped in but would not refund the shipping cost to Australia which is quite expensive. They told me to apply further adhesive tape. Don`t buy from them. Terry
