I Wish I remember the name of the young kid there, very friendly and informative...there was a shoe my girlfriend wanted really bad, they didnt have her size, but he suggested to give it a shot anyways and it ended fitting great...I have been the store many times, but when this kid is at the entrance is a different vibe... Needless to say girlfriend was super happy

Literally walked in not one person greeted me nor anyone else that walked in behind me. everyone was having a good ol time talking to each other looking on their phones... I was going to purchase a few things but I kept shopping just to see if anyone would stop their conversation just to see if I need help or sizes not one person asked so I put back my items and left. I understand having fun at work but when customers walk in all things should stop... please feel free to run camera between 3-4pm

The sales rep William from the Braintree store was extremely rude and called us the N word. While the rest of the staff stood there and didnt assist us. Ive never been so offended and disrespected in my life!!!
