Ive attempted to go to this business twice, but succeeded zero times. They list themselves as opening at 7am, but both times I tried calling fairly close to 7 and no one has been at the shop. An employee answered from his home and gave the excuse that all of their staff had vehicles that would not start. While this may have been true this is a business thats supposed to be keeping people on the road and theyve done nothing to help. They did call me back an hour and a half later, by which time Id already set up an appointment with Discount Tire, who are actually reliable. Hate to give a bad review but cant leave people stranded in the cold!

Aaron and James at Royal Tire are the best. I was going to have my brakes done at jiffy lube but they didnt have a way to lift my car so they sent me here. It is great to see that all of the auto stores in town have a great relationship like that. I am so glad to learn of this place. They got my car in were very quick and knowledgeable and they have a fun atmosphere. I will not be taking my vehicles any where else from now on. Keep up the great service guys!!

The customer service was great very friendly helped me right away they said it would be like 2 to 3 hours so i went home. Got home and they called within 10 minutes and said tire was ready can come pick up any time. Great service will definitely go back when replace other tires. Thank you.

Terrible... Tried to do other work that was not authorized and make me pay for it. Wouldnt go back or trust a business that tries this practice - stay away!!!

Went in to have some diagnostics done on a transmission leak. They cleaned it up and found the leak but could not find the part for my Odyssey that Saturday afternoon despite calling everyone that was open. We discussed our options and I decided to try and get it home since the leak was small. No charge!!!! Couldnt believe it. He said dont worry about it. Have a good weekend! Amazing! Very good, prompt service, friendly staff and fair pricing

I bought tires there and they just added the extra insurance without even asking, normally I dont get it. I paid for it anyways. Ends up that that are always busy to get me in that day for a rotation, so I do it myself. A year goes by I want an alignment check and balance my tires so I got on there schedule to get it done. I get there give them my keys and a short time later its done!! Great, that was quick, and tell me I dont need my tires rotated that are already rotated correctly?? Confused I ask them how was my alignment then? We only had you down for a rotation thay replayed. So it got sent back to do want I asked for in the first place. The alignment is good and tires were already balanced good. So no problem. Wait thay tell me thay discovered a nail in my tire and wont even fix it even after I told them I paid for the insurance and thay even acknowledged that I did pay for it. And told me the manager told them not to fix it.

I was out of town and my truck broke down, Aaron and the guys managed to fit me into there tight schedule and get me back on the road. The level of customer service I experienced was far from what I expected. After a the repair was made at a reasonable price I received a hand shake and wished happy holidays, to me that goes a long way!!

Company sold us tires we didnt need, they agreed to buy them back over the phone; when we went in they had changed managers and would not help remedy our situation. Cant recommend these guys! Good way to make a quick buck; bad way to keep a happy loyal customer.

Aaron and his team go above and beyond. Brought my vehicle in, wheel bearing was toast. What should have taken a day or two ended up taking nine. The reasons for this were beyond their control, so no issue there. Where they really stepped up was I needed a ride to work a few times and they got me there. A+ service, will be back.

To update my previous review, I want to make it clear that the way a company handles a complaint says volumes about the type of business they run. I had a legitimate complaint with a service I received from this tire shop. The management contacted me immediately, and has went out of there way to earn back my business. They made a mistake, but owned up to it, and has done whatever they could to correct it for me at no cost. The effort they went through to fix the problem tells me they care about my business, and I will be a lifelong customer because of it. Most notably the assistant manager Aaron, who has been very understanding, and apologetic for the error, has been utterly professional and made this process easy and made me feel like a valued customer here. I was upset, they fixed that, and went beyond that to make me feel that they are looking out for the customer, even when the customer is upset. This store stands behind their work, and that MEANS SOMETHING to me. If youre looking for a tire shop that takes care of the customer, and is going to stand behind their work, this is the one. Good job guys! Youve earned my respect.

I used an online coupon and got a good price on an oil change, theyre curtious, and have a comfy waiting area.

Really disappointed to find out this shop charged us $375 for one side wheel bearing replacement. Got back to my regular shop and found out its a $180 job (full hub assembly replacement, parts and labor.) They saw our out of state plates and knew we needed it done. Do some checking around on prices before coming here. They were really friendly and fast, Ill give them that.

I will bring my car here for everything, every time. This is the first mechanic I have ever trusted. Fair prices, they dont push extra services. Much love to these guys for running an honest business.

I have to say - my experience here reminds me of the good we want to find in people...I found it here times two! I had a flat tire when visiting a client, finding myself on a side street with not all the parts to my jack at 5 pm on a Friday, 2.5 hours from home. Calls to the two local tow places: 2+ hours wait (when the tire places would be closed) and all service techs had already left the second place so sorry, cant help. The tech at Royal helped get the spare mini-tire on so I could drive to the store and were able to install two new tires all before the store closed. Thank YOU for going over and above in service, helping the owner profit and turning my day back around to a reminder of how blessed we can be when the right person is there to answer the phone and are willing to go the extra mile!

Great customer service with a smile. They caught a replacement I needed asap during and oil change. They are Awesome.

Used to be my favorite. Lately though way over charging for jobs. Wanted a 1000 bucks for fron and rear brakes(700 in labor). I ended up doing them myself in 2 hours at a 100 less on parts and no labor. That would of been 350 dollars an hour on labor, crappier brake pads and 2 parts that did not need replacing.

Apparently never put my name in their system after doing a diagnostic, so they had no record of what they did to my car or what I needed even though I have the quote for nearly $1600 repairs. Then they were extremely unhelpful when I called to ask about said quote. I wanted to being it there for them to fix since the guy doing the diagnostic was very kind. But that will no longer happen.

Worst experience Ive ever had tried to get a oil change this morning and use a coupon that was purchased at a benefit the manager said they only issued one and its been turned in when I stated this is why I stopped going to Royal tire cause of there poor customer service he said so why come here I replied Im giving the place another chance he said he will not honor the coupon I replied I guess Ill go elsewhere and thats when he said theres the door with coustmer service like that Im surprised this place is still open it use to have good freindly employees Working the front desk I guess them days are gone!!!!! Will not go back and recommend the same to anyone

They put the wrong tires on our work van....no worries accidents happen- but when we went back they wouldnt do anything about it. they said we bought those tires specifically. I am not a tire guy! thats why i brought it to the tire shop. i do not know load ranges and plys of tires...I feel like thats the tire shops responsibility. the manager acknowledged they put the wrong tires on the van but said it was my fault for buying those tires...Im dissapointed for sure.

1 hour 32 minutes for tire rotation and tps sensor as most staff walk around and BS...i was good until the the other lady there was over 2 hours and the let her walk a mile to her next appoitment because they couldnt get her car done in time.
