They did such an amazing job fixing my mustang after it decided to eat a deer. The car took too big of a bite and ruined the whole front clip, hood, fender, and radiator. Now you cant even tell it had an eating misshap. The customer service was outstanding, they kept me informed every step of the way, and dealt with all the insurance nonsense. I cannot recommend them more!

An auto body shop could probably do oil changes. My first experience with them was wonderful when they changed out my oil in my vehicle. The second time was not the case. An auto body shop shouldnt do auto repairs maybe this is why the unwarranted repairs. they took advantage of of my fiance maybe because she was a woman they tried to tell her something after bringing it over to my friend that was a mechanic for 30 plus years he told me that they were trying to take advantage of her Im not going to say what the work was needed to be done or their suggestion but for my opinion its bad business I will let you form your own opinion but if it was me I would take it to a different shop.Its just sad when youre up in cabin country that a shop would do something like this really shame on you when you suggest that something would cost almost $2,000 that could be the difference between someone selling a car and keeping it lets be honest people no one wants to deal with someone thats dishonest we all are having hard times in covid I just am really disappointed not because of their Auto body skills but just theyre saying something was broke when a $20 part would fix the issue instead of $2,000 I just thought Id put it out there.

This shop exceeded my expectations, they replaced the transom in my boat, painted, aluminum welded, and they repowered with a new four stroke outboard and new steering system, in addition they went through the trailer wires and bearings. A professional job through out, this is a one stop shop for any boat repairs you may need. In the past they have repaired collision damage to my truck and car. I had a WONDERFUL experience here! My car was involved in a minor accident and when I went to them for a quote I was given a fair and most reasonable one. I was also treated with respect and kindness through the whole experience from the quote to the finished product! They have free loaner vehicles to use which was great because I had no other car to use until mine was fixed. They even helped me put my car seat in!When it was time to pick up my car Erik walked me through everything they did and his quote was 100% correct.10/10 will go back to them!

Couple friends recommended Hwy 18 Collision, so decided to get estimate to replace front grill on my SUV. Experience was terrific. Friendly and courteous staff. Reasonable estimate. Went ahead with work and was pleased. Would use them again (although I’m hoping I won’t need to!)

Ive been coming to HWY 18 for oil changes for a few years and some mechanical work when I had surgery and wasnt able to do it myself. Ive always been very satisfied with their customer service, both first hand and watching them with other customers as I wait for my vehicle. Pricing for parts and labor has been completely fair priced in my eyes and Ive never had any issues and I would happily refer friends and family to them without hesitation.

Honestly having a run of bad luck and stupidness. I first ran in the a collumbine then not even 4 months later got in a meeting with a deer. Both times I immediatly came to hwy 18 collision. They never have steered me wrong Mike is a busy man all ways on the go. But one thing Ive never had an issue with is he and his employees are reliable. Everytime I come back they are here and ready for what I bring them.
