Its under new ownership. I dont like the vibes I get from Tommy. Its a mix of an arrogant and a little smug vibe in the sense of, You should be thanking me for our services. I dont need to thank you. If you make plenty of money without the customer, then I dont mind going to some other place in town by giving someone else some business with my auto repairs. Theres plenty of options in town to choose from.

Tommy & the crew are very professional & very kind. After a little research by Tommy before the job began saved me almost $250 for what couldve been well over a $400 job. The breaks on my mini cooper went out and even though every shop in the area (including them) was booked up for at least a week.. they were able to squeeze it in and have it done by the end of the next day! We now have our sons truck sitting out front in line to get looked at and our Scion will be getting serviced here for now on! Thanks for the hard work fellas!

I was in Brainerd for a work training class finished the class and I notices I had a flat tire. Google search brought me here. Friendly and informative staff even a sweet shop dog. I had to wait 2.5 hours I entertained myself by watching Netflix on my cell phone but wish I had good selection of drinks and snacks, I was so hungry and at the time didnt know how long I would be waiting. I spent over 300 for 2 tires 🙃 which is fine 🙂. Thanks for helping me get back on the road to home and catching up on a Netflix show.

The gentleman were absolutely amazing. They helped me get two more tires because I was unaware my back tires were bad. They went above and beyond when they didn’t need to. Made an appointment for 2. Got there at 1:30. By 2:30, they hadnt even gotten my car in. Wasted an hour in the waiting room starring at my car waiting for it to go back into the garage. If you make an appointment, you shouldnt have to wait that long for some kind of service. I also tried telling them what the issue was, in which they insisted they were going to do a diagnostic test of the whole heating system when I told them it was the valve. There was no reason to do an entire diagnostic test when you know what the issue is. They charge $90/hr, which is pretty standard, but the extra unnecessary diagnostic test is going to tack on another $100 to your repair.After waiting for an hour, I just asked for my keys and went home.Staff seemed pretty friendly though, so Ill give them that.Would suggest they have cell phone chargers on hand if people are going to have to wait that long for service.Not going to say dont bring your car there, but I was not very satisfied with my experience and I personally will not be going back there for any future work. Could have at least let us know they were backed up and to reschedule or come back later. An hour is a long time to be waiting for nothing to get started or done.

During the polar vortex, I parked my car there when they were closed because I had a flat, and had to put the donut on. They got me 2 new tires since I was in need of them, mount and balance, free lug tightening a couple days later, and free flat fixes if they ever go flat for a little over $200. They were so nice and quick! Reasonably and timely fix! A friend recommended them, and now so will I!

Ive been going to them for years and they are well trusted mechanics. They dont try and up sell or put in parts that you dont need to fix your vehicle. Theyre very courteous and kind. I recommend mr. Tire to anyone that needs car repairs. They surpassed my expectations.

These guys are great! Real mechanics Not just parts changers.

I have had my exhaust fixed 2 separate with different vehicle over a 5-6 year span. Always easy to work with, reasonable prices, and by far great and quick work. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing exhaust fixes or repairs. Most recently fixed a 2012 Equinox exhaust that the resonator went bad. They had me in and out quickly.

We have used this auto repair and tire store for many years. Always the friendliest service and fair honest prices. I have probably saved enough on repairs over the years to buy a new car. Way less than dealer prices. Even hunted down used parts once to save me a lot of money. The lady that runs the place really knows her business. Once when I needed a tow truck for a long distance tow she called several places to find me the best deal.

Good price, got oil change and a tire rotation all within an hour. They take appointments which I think is a huge plus.

Had snow tires put on last fall and my new (bought that spring) tires were bagged and put in the trunk. Discovered yesterday that only one of the tires they left me would actually fit my car. It was a nearly bald tire to boot. Where did my other tire go?? Also, a lug nut was put on poorly, stripping the threads, so when my snow tires were taken off yesterday, the post broke. The work was done for a reasonable price but the additional hassle isnt worth going back.

I have been coming here for about 2 years. Came here today. To have my rear brake pads changed and a tire repair. Which they had told me would take about an hour or so. I had an appointment for 9am. Didnt get my truck in till 10am. To make it worse i had to have my grandchildren with me. Which have a hard time sitting still even with toys along It is now 11:30. My patience is growing thin.

Mr. Tire can take of your exhaust leaks. Had 05 F150 they every shop wanted to pull the motor to do exhaust manifolds and Jason did it without pulling the motor and save me a lot of money.Ask them if they wanted to a timing job on my 05 F150 because Ford told me I need a new motor and all it was a broken timing guide. I had all the parts and Jason installed the whole timing kit and upgraded my oil pump to high volume oil pump and was way under what I was quoted for the timing job.

I am from out of town; my brakes went fully down. They got my old truck in right away at 3:30 in the afternoon and worked until closing and part of the next day. They had to change out and make new brake lines, put in new calipers. They showed me the work underneath. I was very impressed with how reasonable the bill was for the hours of labor spent; and I was watching my truck closely throughout the process. Others who saw the work after and the bill; agreed. Great service at an excellent price. Thanks for your help Mr. Tire.

That shines when it comes to doing business with them they treat you like family. They also dont just put bandaids on your vehicle charge an extreme amount and call it good (this has been my experience with other repair shops in the area) They look throughout the vehicle in detail to see what it needs to run at the safest and highest level. I had an appointment set, drove 40 minutes to get there..even called on my way. Once I arrived, they told me I forgot to order your tires.I was extremely frustrated, and all they could do was say sorry.

Three times now they have fixed a flat trailer or implement tire quickly and relatively inexpensively.
