Very professional. It was a great experience. Rickie was efficient with providing a quote and timeline. Shawn kept us informed throughout the entire bodywork process. Parts came in when expected, Shawn provided assistance with rental vehicle, our SUV repair was excellent and the interior detailed to perfection. Their workmanship and service is outstanding. Ricky and Sean are totally amazing. I had problems with a body shop in Pequot Lakes that wouldn’t stand behind the work they performed after I had a deer accident in 2017. Ricky gave me an estimate and found that it was terrible workmanship by the other shop. They were able to get my vehicle in right when it fit my schedule and it turned out amazing. They even detailed the interior! I will only bring any vehicle I own to them and will recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Thank you Ricky and Sean for the amazing job!

Great job! 8/2/21. Back to Exact lived up to their name. They fixed the damage to my Tahoe tailgate perfectly. Plus, they detailed my Tahoe and it has never looked better than when it was new in 2013. If you need body work of any sort, better check with the boys at Lakes Area Paint and Body. Lakes Area Paint and Body is Excellent! I was using my daughters van and had an incident requiring some paint and repair. First I took it for an estimate to another local autobody shop and they were much more expensive and insisted they would need to do the whole side of the van. Ricky at Lakes Area Paint and Body was amazing. He listened and did exactly what I requested for a reasonable price. Quality work! I was welcomed and treated great! Highly recommend!!

Ricky did great work! I had a broken back up camera and he came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule! Always friendly and always a great value. Definitely recommended! You wont regret choosing them for any paint, body, or other needs!

We cannot say enough great things about the crew at Lakes Area Paint and Body. They really did get our Explorer “back to exact”. We’ve used used other body shops in the area, but Ricky and his team are the best. From Sean’s updates, to the pristine condition of our vehicle upon its completion, they were honest, attentive, and great to work with throughout the entire process.

They were recommended to me by my employer after the first shop told me I wouldnt be able to get my truck in for almost 3 months. They got it in right away and did an AMAZING job on it. Let me just stared with this guys are fantastic!!! I loved working with them. I was in my very first car accident and I had no idea where to go, so I search google and found these guys, I called them up asking if they had any time to fix up my baby (car) and sean who is fantastic guy said yeah why don’t you come in and we can get an estimate done and can give you an idea of when we can take it, well I got there and he’s like we can get it in that week and everything went smoothly from there, these guys are awesomely fantastic and I would highly recommend them!!!! Last time I needed body work I went to the big body shop by Target in Baxter. Had a terrible experience there so this time around I tried this place. Went here for deer damage. Communication I felt was good. They finished the repairs when they said they would. Unlike that other body shop, this one let me look at the car BEFORE I paid the bill. The other place made me pay before they let me see it (after I picked that one up I immediately saw why that other place made me pay the bill before seeing what they did). Lakes Area Paint and Body did a professional job on this car and they also cleaned it, inside and out which I thought was also a professional courtesy not received at the last place. Thanks Sean and staff. You outdid a big competitor not far from you. I’ll be back if I need more bodywork.

My car looks better now than when I first bought it! I had an accident with my 2012 Kia Sorrento these guys went further than they had to, they even fixed scratches and rust spots that were not caused by the accident and not covered by insurance at no charge to me!

Lakes Area Paint & Body has helped me out MORE THAN ONCE! I seem to have needed to get my cars Back to Exact quite often and they have been there for me every time.I would guess there a re body shops that do a great job, but Rick and Ricky really care that my vehicles look great when they finished with them.Honestly, why my business always goes to Lakes Area Paint & Body is because I trust them! They are very honest with what needs to be repaired.They deal with the insurance company on my behalf and make sure my vehicle retains its value after being repaired.They do all this in an incredibly timely manner. Im never wondering whats happening or how long the repairs will take. Their communication back to me, as the customer, is incredible.When my car needs repair again (and unfortunately that will probably happen) I wont hesitate on where it will go.
