I am happy to share my review of this UPS store. I have always had good experiences at this store, which is by far my favourite UPS store. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I have my documents printed and notarized right there. Once, I went to have a box mailed to a dealer to return equipment, but could not figure out how to fold the box. They did it all for me, including delivery of the box. Occasionally, the line is long, however, I have noticed that all the customers are patient, and I understand why:the service and prices are well worth the wait. I highly recommend this store!

I stopped into the UPS store at 7322 Manatee Av on July 30 at 11 am. The woman working there had a mask on that was totally pulled below her chin. As I approached the desk she did NOT pull it over her nose and mouth but continued to talk to me. Our county has a mask mandate now, and 20% positivity for COVID. I backed away quickly and advised her of our mask ordinance as I was walking out the door. If living is important to you, do not use this location until COVID is resolved.

Although I realize UPS offers many services from packaging to copying/faxing and document preparation, I believe the shipping of packages is one of the main things it is known for. With this in mind I visited this location to send 3 large boxes to my father through the business shipping capability. I realize most packages are sent domestically however if you offer Bill to Receiver shipping you should really make sure all staff is trained appropriately. This gentleman had to call his manager who told him how to do it correctly which wasn’t a problem as reaching out for help is fine however when it did not work he threw his hands up in the air and just said the computer wasn’t working so it wasn’t going to happened. Although his inability to try to make it happened was disheartening, worst of all was the fact that it was pouring rain outside so without this going through he was intending me to take these 3 large boxes back home. Thankfully the UPS delivery truck man arrived as I was walking out and was able to give me paper slips which I could fill out manually to get this done. I’m not sure if the solution to this issue is to decrease the menu of services which UPS provides or to spend more time/funding to train the staff effectively so they are more than just a placeholder with a pulse. Either way I hope this does not become a pattern because unfortunately with clueless gatekeepers like this manning our postal system, the future of mail is in grave danger.

The manger was very helpful when he explained how UPS handles Amazon customer returns including the repackaging and labeling by UPS etc. As this was the first time that I had used a UPS walk in store for an Amazon return I was grateful for the explanation. Personnel very unfriendly and uncooperative. Sent 2 packages back to Amazon and didn’t get there for over two weeks. They’re not nice when you ask a Question! Never going there again!

The agent was attentive to our needs and had a good understanding of UPS capabilities. This is a great service for we snowbirds when shipping our personal goods to and from Florida for the winter.

Dont rent a mail box here! They charged me $70+ for 3 months rent on a mailbox. After finding out the post office right around the corner was asking $54 for 6 months! I returned to the UPS store 10 minutes later and was told they offer no refunds! What a RIP off!!

Stopped by the store to pick up a unbranded box like I have before, and the woman working today on 10/1/2019, said we don’t have any boxes that are unbranded. I told her that I have purchased ones from this location before. She talked down to me like I was stupid. Just lost a customer here. Just go to USPS and don’t waste your time and money here.

Everyone at the UPS store in Bradenton, Florida at Manatee Avenue and 75th Street (Publix plaza) goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Even if it involves fixing issue with their friends at USPS

Started doing my business here way back about 8 years ago. They were chosen as the Best Business in Bradenton. Now with two locations, the one here at BeachWay and the one towards downtown and also on Manatee.If I could rate this business a 10, I would, but this only goes to the 5 that I am giving them!I use the other Manatee location to ship all of my intra-company correspondence via ground service. It takes all of 15 seconds to turn in a shipping order and her multi--tasking staff is always pleasant, polite, cheerful and thankful for my business.This location handled my mail box and printing needs for many years. They were always precise about getting my custom jobs ahead of (if not on) time! Regarding special needs projects they worked with me to provide the work at a price that could not be beat.Ben

Most unhelpful lady was not able to show me box sizes in the back or the listing of box sizes. She was very good at telling me what I could not do.I went down the street to the east and received professional service where you will find a positive review.

Seems like the owners are always working. Very helpful especially when you have design questions and printing needs. Always efficient with my printing orders and their prices are comparable to outsourcing to larger printers.

Great service, shipping an oversized package that was fragile - an oil painting - at far less than USPS would have charged me! Professional and polite. Also helped on another occasion when we needed to fax 22 pages immediately and our home fax failed, glad to have them near by!

Make sure you ask for a price up front before they go through the process of boxing item up. Also, tell them how you want it shipped before they box it up. I paid a/r $74 for them to box up a computer. Total bill boxing and shipped ground $195. I will do my own boxing and shipping next time.
