Have printed several times with this location, but it seems they never have any idea about their own pricing and information. I asked for 500 color copies on basic paper and you try to charge $600 plus for the job, when the same order prior was $234?? Also, its $225 per your website, and Im told online order only however, Jennifer the manager couldnt show me that, nor did she even know why there was a price difference. Both on the phone and in person I had to listen to a MANAGER and associate argue with me about your pricing and site. Isnt a managers job to try and help make the customers experience better? You may want to know your business before you cost your company all of theirs. I am sure they offer training to teach you proper customer service and the basic knowledge of the business. Jennifer and Brandon were not any help and just lost solid business with my company, if I could give less than a star, I absolutely would. When you have been doing business with a company for over a year and then they try to switch pricing up on you, with no explanation...ridiculously unprofessional.

I love this location! All of The employees are very nice but this newer employee Stephanie is amazing! Everytime I go there now I wait for her! She takes her time with you and always gives you the best advice with her extreme knowledge already! And she speaks Spanish! Shes great!

I had to go in to ship a textbook back for my college, and the staff was really helpful. I had to forward and e-mail to the employee on duty because I wasnt sure how to get it printed there otherwise, and she had me in and out within 5 minutes. Awesome service, and really friendly staff, will definitely be returning for my next book.

The best FedEx location I have been to. The staff are so friendly and helpful right from the moment you step into the store. This is the only FedEx location known to me where supplies such as tape, glue, siccors and more stationary like those are put in a corner and are free to use for all customers. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to ship anything. Keep up the good work guys!!

I have been to this location to drop off the packages twice, the short guy here not being helpful, he always try to sell me the boxes. Today, I came in with the box packed and wrapped with bubble protection, the guy tore out the bubble wrapping said he can’t accept like that. I told him that how Fedex delivered to me. He tried to up sell me the box again. I told him no. I refuse to accept his offer. I demand him to wrapping the box the way I brought in. I went to the FedEx 10 minutes away, they accept the package with no issues and very helpful. I have the impression that the short guy who work here doesn’t want to work. He just want to getrid of customers. I would not recommend this Fedex location to anyone and will never come back here again - just wasting my time.

Absolutely stunning service. My sons first birthday came up faster than a new parent could expect. With that in mind, I had some time restraints and needed banners and poster boards made up at an inhuman speed. I didnt catch the name of the young lady there, but she was incredibly patient with me. She helped me design my posters and had them made for me promptly. I will only do my business with this location whenever Im in the area.

The folks at this office were extremely helpful with a difficult logistical situation. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great store! Moved here recently from Connecticut where you couldnt easily ship things FedEx. Its wonderful to have this service here and staff are wonderful.

I use this location frequently and Shannon is always wonderful! She is helpful and knowledgeable and treats me with the utmost courtesy and kindness. I have personally witnessed some of the people she has to deal with; they are rude, inconsiderate, loud, and down right ignorant. Thank you Shannon for all that you do and for your kindness.

Need to take care of the customers in the order they walked in!! I dont like getting skipped over and waiting 15 minutes to take care of something that takes 1 minute.

This Fed Ex location needs a lot of help. There was a long line when I walked in and Im ok waiting my turn. There was only one gal working - I watched her wrap packages and handle faxes for the people ahead of me. By the time it was my turn the assistant manager and anot her employee were behind the counter. I needed 5 sets of paperwork bound - something I have done at this location before it it takes about 5 minutes. The gal who was helping me said I would need to come back at 4pm to pick them up. It is noon now. I told her I didnt want to come back to get them. And she told me that was too bad, as they are too busy and she was getting ready to leave. The assistant manager said nothing. I wont be using this location again.

This location has excellent long term employees, and great service.

As of September there is a new manager there. He is trying to generate revenue by telling people their pacakges are improperly packed, trying to push on the customers to have his employees repackage them for 3.19 . I have had a fedex account for several years, ship several things a week, and never once had a claim. This guy cannot know how or what the contents are inside, or if they are even fragile. Please do not tell me something isnt packed right, ive been doing this 10 years I know how to package things, especially if im not shipping fragile items. If this continues I will file a complaint with your corporate office.

Only been there once so I cannot say nothing bad about other employees but this guy Tim hes name is Timothy g Im not a big computer guy so I went there and the guy would not help me at all when I ask him why he wouldnt help me he told me that that was a self service place that he wasnt there to help me so I guess is there as a mascot of the store 40 minutes later when I finally finish printing an email and faxing it I told him I was gonna write a review and he laughed and pointed at hes name told me to make sure I got hes name right Tim Timothy g may be he thaugh what is this wetback is going to do so o had to call corporate see if they do something about it
