My wife and I hosted a dinner party and order an edible arrangement for our guests and All of them loved it so much that they all asked where we got it from.Absolutely the best. Highly recommend!
My office sent me an arrangement for bosss day. The chocolate covered strawberries were very tasty. However, the cantaloupe, honeydew and pineapple were green, and not very edible.
This is by far the best edible arrangements I’ve ever gone to. I typically use edible arrangements for anniversary, birthday, and congratulatory gifts and none of them have been as efficient and provided the excellent level of service as this one. Customer for life!
Received an order as a gift the arrangement was beautiful and loved something different as a gift.However, to my dismay I found 2 hairs attached to different pieces of fruit. Took photos and called store next business day they requested I send photos and so I did. They said they would review and get back with me…… still waiting. If you don’t mind hair in your fruit feel free to order from this location.
Terrible experience. Overpriced and my balloons flew away shortly after delivery. Recipient didn’t even get them. Package should’ve been better secured. Also didn’t get what I ordered. My order said a variety of mixed fruits but got all strawberries.
Avoid if you are buying a gift for someone and want it to be a surprise, cause it won’t be a surprise for long. My family wanted to surprise me with an edible arrangement and they texted me 3 days before delivery and asked if they could deliver it a different day, even though my family paid extra for delivery on a particular day. Just tacky overall. It is apparent they don’t know how to handle gift orders. 🤦♂️UPDATE: As you can see by this businesses response, they are very aggressive in their responses and instead of accepting responsibility and apologize they get combative.

A huge thank you to this location for the beautiful arrangement that was sent to me by one of my best friends from out of state for my 40th birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. Myself and my little one enjoyed the treats this morning. The delivery gentleman was so wonderful and kind and sweet and a Marine who was a veteran as well. UPDATE: Order status says it was out for delivery but then almost 4 hours later it changed back to my order was being prepared. Even though I paid 14.99 extra for delivery, I called and was able to get them to allow come pick it up. Upon arrival, I had to stand outside in the hot sun for about 20 minutes before I could get my order.

They don’t give you a reasonable delivery window so you’re expected to wait at home all day and night until it appears. Never mind the fact that you may have plans to go somewhere or errands to run. Called the store to see if I could get a timeframe and was told that it could arrive as late as 9pm and if I’m not there to receive it I can not come pick it up, I have to have it redelivered. This will be my last time ordering delivery from Edible arrangements. I am disappointed.
Edible arrangements Lakewood ranch store!! DO NOT order! I placed an order two days ago, I got a confirmation saying my order was out for delivery today! I just got a phone call 5 min ago saying they cannot make my delivery they’re maxed out on the deliveries! Are you kidding! You didn’t know this when u placed my order! I’m very unhappy to say the least!!!!!! I will be spreading the word about this experience!!
This place has possibly the WORST customer service Ive ever encountered. They didnt contact me for delivery, marked the delivery unsuccessful, and when I called the number listed as the local number, it redirects to a call center where a person who couldnt understand a word I said stuck me on hold only to come back and say I HAD to pick it up before 3 and couldnt pick it up the next day. Trying to get the store directly resulted in a voice menu loop. $100 wasted. Never ordering from these people again.
Edible arrangements is the best way better than the traditional flowers that people have been sending for centuries. This location in Bradenton FL is great I placed my order around 10:00 my time and by 10:50 I called the hotel that my package will be sent to and they had already contacted them and taken care of making sure my surprise gets delivered without a problem. Thank you very much, I love my wife very much and you have helped me express my love for her the best way possible from 700 miles away.
Buyer beware!!. Multiple problems with the delivery from the Bradenton,FL store.Gift was a thank you from a family member. I didnt know it was coming. The driver called while at their store. No answer as we had gone out- total 50 minutes. With no answer they directly drove to my home arriving in 19 minutes. Rang the bell - no answer. Immediately went to their vehicle and called my home - no answer. Hung a slip on the door handle.I called the driver who said to call the store. I called the store multiple times, no answer. Final someone answered and told them I was home and would like the gift delivered as was paid for. Ultimately they indicated that I would have to come and pick it up or they could deliver it laster that day or the next. I asked them if there was an additional charge - they wouldnt tell me. That would be up to the sender who was unknown at the time. I indicated that I did not want the sender to be charged extra. I repeatedly ask what the store policy was on redeliveries. Said they could tell me that. I would have to work it out with the sender. They called the sender (my daughter) telling her that she needed to work it out with me - pick-up or delivery. I called the store and told them I would pick it up tomorrow. They immediately charged my daughter an additional $9.95. I called the store again and they said that it would be refunded once I picked it up. Went next day for pick-up at the scheduled time. Followed the directions to park in front and call the store and they would bring it out and set it on a chair. Called the store for 10 minutes, no answer. Finally went to the entrance and knocked on the glass until someone came. What was intended to be a wonderful gift became anything but!
Poor customer service... they did not have my product so they wanted to replace the item but not honor my coupon any longer .. mgr should have honored the sale price.. instead they canceled my order and my left my two special needs nephews without their Christmas treats

Called to order a box of chocolate covered fruits. the staff was pleasant and professional. the product was ready before the arranged pickup time and was delightful! i highly recommend edible arrangements lakewood ranch location. :)

I enjoyed the chocolate dipped fruit, especially the strawberries. The bananas were okay but dont seem to hold up as well as the other fruit. But overall, delicious ☺

I had a great experience ordering an arrangement for my family in FL. The staff was really helpful in guiding me in my selections and walking me through the process of ordering. Quality customer services seems hard to find these days and Edible Arrangements definitely has it. Thanks again and look out for my Christmas orders.
It is a shame that a store with such a cute, fun product has decided to do business they way they are. The employees at the store are very friendly, so that is a credit to them. But they will not accept orders unless you send them a picture of your credit card - even if you place the order online (which sounds like a scam anyway). If you are not comfortable doing that or cant do that, they cancel your order. This is exactly what ended up happening to us, even though they had already processed the order (over $100) and taken that money out of our bank account. They are largely unapologetic for the inconvenience (of course you get the basic apologies, but they come across robotic and like they really dont care). So, if you want to purchase from a store that really doesnt care if they get a sale or one that will put your through the ringer for your purchase unless youre able to make that purchase in person, then this is the store for you (why even have online purchasing if youre going to do this?). If youre looking for normal customer service and ease of purchasing, look elsewhere.I should add, prior to the conversation where my order was canceled, I contacted their corporate who basically said they could do nothing as these decisions were left up to the individual stores. When I called the store back after that to talk to the manager, they tried to pass it off like corporate was responsible for them needing to take these cautions, not knowing that I had already spoken to them. When I pointed out to her that I had spoken to corporate and they assured me this was the individual stores decision, her story started to change. So, if youre concerned about honest business run with integrity, Id go elsewhere as well.
Great product !!! Makes a fabulous gift.I wanted to give something to my wife that was Unique. It had to be healthy as well as tasty. I had seen their arrangements at a friends party and so ordered this the day before. I must say the staff at this store was fabulous. They helped me select an arrangement and place the order. When I asked if the price included a tip for the driver, They indicated that it was not, and so I just went ahead and added a tip myself. Next day, we got the arrangement and all my wife could say was WOW!!!The delivery driver was very nice and courteous. He asked if we had any questions and when we indicated that we did not, he thanked us for the order and left. Great customer service. I will be ordering again.
I didnt even want to give this place one star. The woman was very rude she didnt want to work with me. Long story short....I order an item that cost $32.09 had a mix up in location so instead of just attributing it to a mistake the owner decided to make a fast buck off me. She told me she would only charge me 1/2 price??? That I couldnt understand to begin with, Im sure she sold it quickly and made double money for it. She charged me FULL price for something I didnt even get???? Look I realize we now live in a very divisive society but as a business owner sometimes you have to weigh $32.09 with keeping customers. I would suggest to everyone who wants dipped fruit to go to Publix. Their employees and managers are wonderful people and you can get a beautiful box of dipped strawberries and petit fours all kinds of desserts and not have to put up with rudeness not to mention MUCH CHEAPER. Not sure why people that arent very personable get into a customer service business to begin with? Frequent this business with caution. How could I have given 24 hours cancellation when I ordered it just hours before?? I guess that is one way to cover yourself and continue to make money without providing product???? I notice other people thought she was rude as well. Perhaps I could suggest an Anger Management course for small Business Owners.
Would love to have bought some chocolate covered strawberries. We arrived at 1:20p. Sign said they closed at 2p. Doors were locked. Oh well......guess they didnt want our money.
Delicious smoothie and my absolute favorite, salted Carmel apples! Clean facility and the freshest ingredients. Anna and Aniella were wonderful at getting my order done quickly. Also nice that it is so close to everything! I will definitely be back.
Horrible service. Rude employee. Was my first and last time ever ordering. Order wasn’t ready at time specified for pick up. I understand that. But I waited for 40 additional minutes and the girl said I should have not ordered for same day pick up. My order came out finally and didn’t have everything I ordered and that just made the employee more mad like it was an inconvenience
I worked here for a few hours 2 weeks before Christmas, I applied for a delivery driver position which is what their ad said. When I went to the store the owner told me they needed some to dip chocolate, I asked if I could do both she said yes. When I arrived the first day 10 mins. early she wasnt there and the other employees had no idea so one of them called her, she told them to tell me to go do something and come back 1/2 hr. I did, all was ok, I was being trained, the owner left to make deliveries and told me she would text me that night, she never did. I texted her the next morning no answer, I texted her again she finally answered to say she wouldnt be there so no she didnt want me to work. She told me she needed to be there to train me. She asked how it went and I said I didnt know there was an art to dipping but I would learn. I also said it was a little hard to stand in one spot on cement floors without a mat could I bring one. That was it, never heard a word from her again nothing, so I texted her again saying that I thought her treatment of me was unfair not to even give me a chance. I also said I expected to get paid. No check has come, its the principal at this point. I was on time, and she wasted my time by not being there. I dont care it was only a few hours I want to be paid. I have an excellent work history I have never been treated so badly as this woman treated me. And she still has the ad for delivery driver posted on Facebook. Do not work there plus you wont get paid. I wish I could give zero stars.
We havent even received our order yet and the aggravation level is high. We were not home so they left a door hanger which says I have to pick up at the store. I called the store and there is a terribly LONG recorded message. Finally pressed 3 to ask about the order and they said another LONG message and then hung up! I called again and pressed 0 and was told they were too busy to talk and would call me back. Still waiting...I went online and input the order number which I had trouble trying to figure out because of poor handwriting. It would not work no matter how I input the number. So I tried an online chat. They were able to give me the right order number and I saw the delivery failed. I was advised to call the shop and ask for re-delivery.I called and pressed 0 to avoid the lengthy recorded message, and I am told they are too busy to re-deliver. I said the online chat said you would. So the manager is going to try to contact the driver (good thing I did not go to the store because the food is still in the vehicle!) and they will call me back in 20 mins to see if it is at all possible. I will not hold my breath.Unpleasant experience that has wasted half my morning. Ill re-post after we have sampled the product.
If you have food allergies or intolerances DO NOT order anything from edible arrangements!! My friend ordered a beautiful birthday arrangement for my family and requested no strawberries due to my allergies. Shouldn’t be too hard to replace with other fruit or marshmallows, whatever, but the delivery come with plenty of berries and the box of chocolate covered fruit was completely full of strawberries, no pineapple or marshmallow or anything else they could have substituted for the berries. If simple requests like this can’t be honored I certainly will not be using this company in the future.
If I could give no starts I would of, I ordered SMOOTHIES online from this place, the first time I went in it wasnt ready even though I did the 7 min pick up & waited about 15 mins, Then was told it wouldnt be ready for another 30 mins....so I went back 40 mins later and I waited 10 mins for the gal to even acknowledge the fact I was there ( I was the only person) and then 10 more for her to inform me that it wasnt ready still because they make them to order (TELL ME WHY I HAD TO COME BACK THEN??) Then she proceeded to tell me I needed an Photo ID to pick it up (ITS SMOOTHIES!!!!) really a photo ID after my second attempt to pick up my SMOOTHIE. WHAT A JOKE... so I went back in with my ID and waited again, because by the time I cam back she still wasnt done with the SMOOTHIES. Then she said she was going to give me free: chocolate covered apples (THAT CAME WITH MY SMOOTHIE)..... OMG Never again will I order from here!!!
The worst service I have ever had. My daughter sent me an arrangement for Mothers day, which was not delivered. I have the same story as the person above. They tried to deliver it at 9 am, I am wheelchair bound, but was in bed at 9 am. left a note on my door telling me to call, I did and was put on hold for 30 minutes, put over to another line which disconnected me. Got a call saying I WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP AND BRING ID! I cant drive. I order edible arrangements all the time for family every where, I would NEVER use this Lakewood Ranch Company, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. And I understand busy and things just cant be helped, but this was wrong. You do NOT treat your customers this way ever, or you lose them. My poor daughter felt horrible. If you have too many orders and can not render services properly, than dont take the order! Beneva Flowers is the place to call, or ANY where else! Lisa L.
Due to a family emergency my wife was in FL instead of our home in NH for her 40th birthday. I was able to order and have the arrangement delivered within hours even amid the shutdowns...She loved the arrangement.
I spoke to a man with an accent over the phone. He was by far The RUDEST person I have ever spoken with. If he is an employee he should be fired. If he is the owner he has no business being in business. I will never attempt to order from here again. good luck to anyone else who tries.

I ordered my mom something off-line originally it got sent to Bradenton So it got sent to this location because the other one was closer to her house which is in Parrish Florida anyways I ordered her a bouquet of pineapples chocolate covered strawberries and grapes and a blue vase because the blue vase matches all her stuff she has in her living room and her kitchen well when she got it it was bright red when I called the store to ask them the first store called that I originally sent the other too if manatee ave said They sent it to the other store in Lakewood Ranch area so when I called them the lady at the Bradenton manatee ave gave me the number the lady at the lake wood ranch location was really nasty and rude she got all offensive I asked her could I speak to a manager and she said she was the manager then she gave me corporate’s number when I called corporate and they told me that if they don’t have the vase and in very small letters it says colora may vary. I will never in my life order from edible arrangements again they didn’t even bother to give me any type of money back a coupon nothing for the screwup and when I told her about the lady being rude at the store she said she would make a note of it yeah that sounds real concerned. Not to mention The picture shows a different size then when you actually get it it’s a small rinky-dink thing of flowers edible I will never order from them again. Or suggest anyone else too!
