The young gentleman who served us was very pleasant and helpful; the ice cream, however, looked old and some had freezer burn. It was proven so by the taste. 31 flavors??...how bout 10?!

Their website said call story to order a Birthday cake. My father place the cake order for my little sister’s 9th birthday and everything seemed fine. When we went to go pick up the cake the lady behind the counter laughed at my dad. Another employee came up and said they’re not doing cakes even though they excepted the order. Now we’re trying to find and save my sister’s birthday party. How can you laugh at destroying a little girls party. I’m hope you’re proud of making a little girl cry; you should seriously check your morals.

We went there for Mother’s Day, after standing there for 10 minutes, one of the two workers came over. Unfortunately, it wasn’t for us, he was getting a scoop for someone in the drive thru. We asked, how much longer it would be? He said, he had no idea. That’s encouraging. He suggested we go in the drive thru line for service (not when we had already been waiting for 10 minutes). There was a girl that was new, but I guess she could not scoop ice cream. The guy/shift manager was very happy to write down his full name, “Jatavian Deyonte Galloway” for my google review. He also was very proud of his thoughtless customer service. It’s too bad, he feels proud of having a poor work ethic and I don’t care attitude. Might as well, close the store, if that’s all the kind of employees you can get.

I ordered an icecream cake over the phone. When I arrived the gentleman who told me that he would do that cake said after I hung up I realized we cant do icecream cakes over the phone. He failed to contact me back and laughed at me when I said I needed the cake. Will never go again.

There was only 2 teenagers working. The kid that took our order had no clue how to make any of our drinks. Definitely, should be someone there to help them and they need more training!

If you order here go to the Drive thru. The woman at the front will get your order wrong and has bad customer service, no smile, no good morning how may I take your order just a blank annoyed look, and if they are busy expect your order to be thrown together and or wrong. Also Im assuming they are not required to wear hair nets so watch out for hair in your drinks and food.

Everytime me and my family go there they don’t have any ice cream it is always we have dairy free or we are all out of it smh

Came in to get ice cream, 2 people working, one girl standing in donut section, the other a guy working drive thru, no one attending to people in lobby even tho I was the only person in the lobby, the guy said he would be with me in a moment but never came to take my order, I waited for a while then went and used the bathroom then came back waited still no help, the girl working donut side left and went outside to do something unsure but guy at window busy helping drive thru, no other staff around. Will not come back here. Left without getting my ice cream sundae I wanted.

I complained to headquarters b/c this store was horrible and never had my flavors. Since then...they have changed management and the new manager is PERFECT...they always have my flavors now and the store has done a 100% turn around....just like the stores Im used to in Virginia....if you had a bad experience before.....go back...it is really, really good now and corporate made the changes.....there is a guy there who is Customer Service Plus!!!! Give them another try....you will be happy you did!

Dunking donuts and baskin Robbins. We did not like the service. Employee seemed upsetDidnt greet us. Looked very bothered 😕

Bad experience...the ice cream freezer was down. And All was MELTED

I m stuck on Baskin Robbins. However, they like to promote themselves as a premium ice cream and its good. But, the sundaes, shakes, cups have shrunk, while the price is too high for regular visits. Woe is me !

The place is understaffed, dirty, wait time is 10 +mins. The place is small good looking on the outside. friendly staff and respectable.

They seem to be in a hurry to get you out of the store and not pleasant at all. Food is old when served. The music is inappropriate for family atmosphere. Customer service needs to be addressed.

Lady at the window, called Shaq (??) should not be working with customers or the public in general. Went through thinking that since it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts/baskin robins that they would have something as simple as a strawberry parfait as it says on the website . Well I was wrong and was told “sweetie... you’re at dunkin donuts” with the nastiest possible attitude. When I asked for a one scoop she asked if I wanted small medium or large... i assumed one scoop would be small. Paid, was asked to pull forward and they brought out a strawberry milkshake. I said that’s not what I ordered and asked for a refund and Connie came back out for my card, snatched it from my hand without a word and when she brought it back out started screaming at me and proceeded to scream at me as I was driving away.

Theyre usually out of alot of flavors at this location but its okay bc I go for the Dunkins coffee when there anyway!

Fiancé and I stopped in for a quick treat today. Employees were rude as can be! Acted as though they had way more important things to do other than serve us. Tried to order off the baskin robbins menu and one of the girls got an attitude with my fiancé and gestured towards the ice cream display rudely stating We dont have that!. Went to pay for our order and the girl walked away without a thank you, have a nice day or anything. We had to grab our own reciept. We will never be back!!!

Staff was friendly, but store was badly supplied. No toppings, horrible banana drink, red ice, no banana. No mint chocolate chip, no vanilla ice cream, been like this for months

No Ice Cream whatsoever! Yes people, Baskin-Robbins with no ice cream. The whole ice cream refrigerator was out of service, and talking about service, it was horrible.

Never in my life have i ever had that bad service in basin Robbins no ice cream and the guy that served us didnt seem to know where anything was it took 15 mins to make two milk shakes and the ice cream there looked old never going to that location again
