While I ultimately didnt get a vehicle from them I would definitely recommend them. Id like to specifically thank Andre and Willie! I admittedly am a tough sell and can have a bad attitude when it comes to car lots, but they were on their game and put me at ease! My husband and I were treated very kindly and I feel like they went out of their way to help us. They did absolutely everything they said they would. We didnt feel the buy here pay here service was necessarily for us, but if you have credit challenges and have a small down payment I would absolutely recommend this location. They have nice vehicles and a great warranty.

Very happy so far. The staff was awesome and I was in my car in about and hour and a half. When I drove off and got home the check engine light came on. I called them took it back and found 1 injector was off and so they did all 6 ( I know they really only had to do the one ) Hoping everything keeps going smoothly as I have to take it back this week to have something looked at. Cant bear the 10 oil changes too. I recommend to anyone that needs a good used car with warranty and doesnt have the best credit

These guys are kings at finessin customers! Vehicles are way overpriced for the amount of miles & cosmetic damage.. Service department conducts poor inspections, you may find your vehicle having more issues after leaving the shop then when you went in... How my vehicle passed an inspection when I bought it I have no idea! But when I took it to a more trusted shop found out the body of my vehicle broke off from the chassis...... DANGEROUS!!!! And could of killed me or one of my loved ones..With the amount they want for the vehicles you could go to a dealer and get put in something far better for the same price... Why would I pay more for poorly selected/serviced vehicles when I could spend the same amount and ride out in something newer, safer & reliable..Take my advice, save your money, build some credit and shop somewhere else. I would probably only consider this place as a last resort.

Honestly the worst place to get a car overly expensive for the junk that is sold on top of being told the warranty covers everything besides the AC which is a lie. Also in regards to the service department. I waited two weeks for my car to be fixed because my appointment wasn’t until today the 13t no big deal but They didn’t call to inform me that they didn’t even begin work and sent it elsewhere and refused to tell me where my car was. That was what made me hang up before I went off. Stay clear away if you’re in need of a car and the credit isn’t that great go to DriveTime and safe yourself the hassle.

I took my son here because he needed to get a ride ASAP to make it to work. 1) they got him into a car the same day. 2) people were friendly to him. BUT I wish we’d have stayed to help him instead of leaving once we knew he was approved because at 20 he’s never bought a car before and didn’t know about payments or financing charges. This car with 144k miles on it and they end up charging him 21% finance which puts the overall price at $25k. Lesson learned on his end. But so disappointed feeling that he was ripped off.

This place is a joke a scam it’s everything bad that people say about it. When you’re looking for a car they’re you’re best friend after you get a car it’s like you have to go to war with these people, coming from a guy (ME) that’s made his payments on time since day one and it’s only been three and a half months since I’ve had this car. I also referred a friend whom also purchased a car. Didn’t get a $200 referral bonus for that. When something does go wrong with your car they set a appointment which is two weeks out. I arrived for my appointment at 8:10a.m today (9/14/21) left my car came to pick it up when I got off work for a minor repair and they said I would have to come back tomorrow for a alignment due to the repairs they made today (9/14/21). Needless to say I called my mechanic to fix their mistakes and I’ll have to pay out of pocket for that. Went from a five star review from me to one star because they don’t have a zero star option. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle 🚮

I found out about this place from word of mouth. They get so many different vehicles you really have to be patient. When I found the car I liked it was a super quick process and I couldn’t be happier. The entire team had a great attitude and was super helpful. This place is a joke. The mechanic service there is next to impossible. The cars are a flop and when you need service the most, they’re are “booked” for almost the entire month. The services woman is rude and dull and she could care less about what her job is. 10/10 would never recommend.

I went and visited this place a few months ago and I was dealing with Carrie “CC” Brooks. She was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Though, I didn’t purchase a vehicle that day, I highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market of a newer vehicle. You won’t be disappointed, she is the best of what she do! 😀

Spent a few hours at this car lot today. They have some nice cars, terrific personal to help out with questions about the cars. They will walks you through the finance process. While your doing that, theres a waiting room with a TV set for the kids with water cooler & restroom.They also offer a package for the up keep of your car, like oil changes, tire rotation, etc.So be sure to ask about it. You can also pay biweekly, and sometimes thats all one needs to get into a car!

Staff was friendly enough, but I told them what I wanted to put down (500.00) and all appeared to be fine until I went to sign the paper work and was shocked due to them telling me they had to defer my down payment. Bottom line I paid my 500.00 dollars and I now still have to pay 250.00 every two weeks until I reach an additional 1,000 dollars. I was then told well look your payments don’t begin until September. Well my biweekly payments are less than 250.00. So I actually now will begin paying in 2 weeks my so called deferred down payments. I guess what upsets me is over the phone I was informed 500.00 down and never ever was deferred down payments discussed until I arrived. Bottom line if you ever experience issues out of your control and your credit score drops you will pay dearly.I will make the payments due to needing a vehicle!... will I ever recommend anyone... Heck no! I would be embarrassed.

This is my second car from them and I can honestly say I wish I never went back. I was in need of another car so I just traded my last car in. When I got my new car, I loved it cause it was definitely an upgrade from my last one but since I had it (about 3 mths now) I’ve had nothing but problems from my engine light coming on numerous times within the first month, to my car squeaking while I drive and they claim it’s not my breaks, to now, my pcm is having problems and many more. This car should not be having problems so frequently after getting it if they would’ve taking the time to actually work on their cars before they decide to sell it to people. Clearly all they care about is money and I can’t wait until I’m through with them. I will never be back.

Very high price on my vehicle I bought, but overall friendly people and always eager to help. I wont complain on them fixing my breaks because my car was under warranty and I didnt have to pay anything but they lied to me when they said they put brand new rotors in my car when I know for a fact all they did was turn them I may be a girl but my daddy was a mechanic and I always paid attention to my car and any situation that went along with it. I love my car but Ive had it only couple months and so far so good. Anything I have any issue with it they always look at it for me just be careful they might lie to you about the parts or fixing it..

Due to previous horrible experiences at buy here pay here car dealerships around the area throughout my life, I was skeptical about coming here. I saw on an ad, however, that they warranty their vehicles for 3 years. So my fiance and I went in to look at vehicles. We met with Joe Mcgruder and he was absolutely amazing! He really made the whole experience great and wasnt like a pushy car salesman at all! We then went through the financing process with Maurice who was also awesome! Together they worked at getting us the best deal for what our budget is. And the inventory is excellent! They contact you in the future for maintenance updates. My SUV had issues and I wasnt sure what was going on. I managed to get it up to JD Byder . The attendant told me that they were full but she would see if she was able to work my vehicle in for the day. Come to find out it was my alternator and my battery and because I am covered under the warranty all I had to pay was my $50 deductible. I am so thankful thats all it was but very blessed I have that warranty so thank you to the staff who worked on my truck and made sure I had it back within 24 hours. I love J D Byrider.
