Totally mismanaged. While I was waiting almost an hour for a print of a product key, two employees argued over who had to ring out a customer trying to purchase 2 books and a cup. Inept staff. But hey at least you can read your horoscope. Really glad to see tuition money is going to that instead of employee training.

Order off of Amazon instead of coming here. More efficient, better customer service, and product will arrive on time unlike the scf bookstore. Their protocols are backwards and inconsistent. Management needs to change or close the bookstore completely. I would put zero out of zero but theres no option for that.-Karen

Good place to get supplies. Theres SCF merch, candy, textbooks, and electronics availablr

Youll get what you need well enough, but the store hours make it hard to shop if you have a day job.

I was gonna give two stars as the manager is helpful and respectful. However, Mary on the other hand.... If you dont like your job go get a new one. I called an she had an attitude and was extremely rude, I went in person an she even more horrible. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there is NO excuse as to how she treated me. Do better SCF
