My wife went to general propeller to do me a favor and drop off both propellers that needed work and she is limited in speaking English, the office staff was great with helping her and she left both propellers on Thursday morning about 10am and we got a call on Monday at about 1pm to go and pick them up because they were ready. my wife went on Tuesday morning to pick them up and to our surprise both propellers look amazing and they really did a wonderful job on them. we would highly recommend them to any one, they are a little pricey but well worth the price on everything they do from the office to the people who work in the shop. great job...

Unfortunately, many employees tested positive, but that being said, nobody was informed at all about anyone or anything being positive for COVID. Again, unfortunately who ever thought it was okay to allow employees who were positive to continue to work, they did. I will never purchase another piece from this irresponsible company.

Couldn’t be happier! I changed the gearing in my boat for our biggest trip of the summer. Got 4.5 hours from home only to find out the prop on it was way to small. After searching the country for a new prop With no luck I called General props. Wow! I looked locally and online and General Propeller had the best price by far for my Volvo Penta stainless steel duo props. On top of that, I ordered them Tuesday and they were at my door Thursday! Shannon answered all of my questions and made sure that things went smoothly. I clicked 5 Stars 2X, but apparently you cant give a 10 Star rating. If you need a prop, this is the place!

GPC provides excellent service. The Prop knocker worked like a charm on my 4 blade 19x21 Nibral prop. Three medium strikes with a 3 lb. mallet and the prop was loose.

Spectacular service! Called on Monday afternoon to order a replacement prop and was directed to go to the website and order it for fastest service. Went to the website and placed the order; took about 5 minutes. Got an immediate email response telling me my order was received and was processing and got an email later in the afternoon saying my prop had shipped. FedEx showed up Wednesday morning by 1000 with my prop and I installed it immediately. Perfect response in every respect!

I needed a prop for a trouble application, I have a 1995 Force 50, this is right when Mercury had purchased Chrysler so fitment can be an issue. My motor uses an outdated rubber hub type prop, I called in and the correct prop was located, however, I received a call the next day stating that that particular prop was out of stock but a better prop with an updated hub system (that doesnt require special equipment to replace) was available for LESS money! Needless to say I approved the substitution and will be sending my old prop in for reconditioning to use as a spare. Good works guys! Thats the way it should be done.

Found this company online general propeller after quite a bit of searching for a good price with no shiping fee for a quicksilver oem propeller for my mercury 60 hp 4 stroke, there website was easy and precise from the initial order and during the shipping process the service they provided kept me informed until I received my propeller which by the way came in new box and in perfect condition I personally am happy with this company will be buying more for my boat .

Good product; however use caution if shipping to Canada as they do not notify you of additional duties in the final website shipping summary. We received a separate bill from FedEx brokerage making this the most expensive propeller ever bought. I could have sourced something from Amazon as they include these costs or they wont ship across the border.
