The lady tried to overcharge me by $94 yesterday. AND I MADE HER REFUND THE WHOLE PURCHASE. This is the third time she has tried this. She loves to group your items together. If you have (5) items for $1.50 and (2) for $1 she will charge you for (9) items for $1.50. She charges you for item you dont even have😡 WATCH YOUR RECEIPT🧐 I shopped at that store every week sometimes multiple times a week and now I never go back👎👎👎

Very friendly employees/owners! Some nice shed free 100% natural hair wigs there. There is an onsite stylist who can install your wig for $45..... !!!! Same day ... When you buy the wig! Nice girl... Easy yo work with and I left feeling like I was 21 again! BAYUM! Thanks and will see you again next year gor sure! Also, my bestie got 2 wigs on Facetime for me to bring her back to Wisco!!!!!!!! I wish I could not put any rating at all. On 3/26/18 I came in asking for a product line that can either remove or reduce my dark spots and bad pigmentation (no bleaching needed). Cant remember the name of the guy but he told me about a line called Nature Secret. Purchased 3 (Serum, lotion, body soap). Long story short, after one use of only the serum on my face. The next morning I woke up with rashes of multiple bumps and dark spots on my face. Try to make a run to the store after work but didnt make in time. Finally, with a busy work schedule on April 3, 2018, I manage to stop in on my day off I came in to explain what happened with my face. I never asked for any money back but I did ask if I could have a store credit. The clerk sees how bad my face looks. However, while mumbling and studdering on his words he tells me that he does not take back these products but he if it was hair he wouldve taken back. As a woman who has been to multiple hair stores, Ive really never witnessed a hair store allowing to take back hair. Terrible customer service. On top of things on their receipt doesnt state that they do not accept refunds what so ever. Never will I return here.

Listen!!! this is to all the people in the BLACK COMMUNITY we need to start opening our eyes and stop supporting businesses thats not bringing value and sponsorship to our community! We have been sleeping for so long and we need to wake up... my sister and I went to this place and she forgot her wallet at home so thank God she only had 6 bucks in her purse. Mind you, my sister is a frequent customer in this location. The items that she bought totalled up to 8 bucks and some change so we removed one item which brought it down to $6.41. My sis only had 6 bucks in cash so we ask the cashier if thats ok to waive the 41 cent as we give him the six bucks... hes response why dont you have the 41 cent you should have it.. we explained the situation to him and he insisted that my sis needed to give him the 41 cent. Again my sis is a frequent customer. I got annoyed and left cause really we giving their business profit. We are spending our hard working money on things that cost less than the intended price. No matter what the items are... these people are making fortune out of us anyways and he couldnt let the 41 cent go!! Smh. Please black community be wise and get educated so we can run our own businesses in our own community.. I would put 0 stars cause they not looking out for us just taking from us!

Terrible service and lacking in choices. I was looking for a Sensationnel wig and they did not carry that brand at all. They had maybe 4 cheapy cheap wig brands. At least I think, because the girl who helped me wasnt sure and neither of them were particularly interested in looking. They wouldnt even have acknowledged me had I not asked a question. The front desk person, possibly the owner or manager, did not speak as I entered or left. There was also a strange odor in the building. Doubt Ill be back.

I like that it’s nearby, conveniently place and very accessible. The prices are cheaper than other places.
