Most complicated and slightly aggravating window installation. Fast signs is really a 1,2 thing and this was not. To have emails that are unorganized an obviously not read before responding to customers. Different invoices. Repeated request and instructions. Then a week after installation (which took 2 weeks longer then we scheduled) with no notice that they didn’t have an in house installer so had to wait for that schedule.

Kervin /franchise owner was so unprofessional. His rude, nasty, have no patients, don’t listen to his customers needs. His given Fastsigns a very bad name. I enjoy doing business with them, and they treated me kindly when they sold me set up signs and magnets for my business. The reason I gave them three stars is because the quality of their magnets is not acceptable. Had them on the sides of my truck over the summer and when I went to take them off a lot of the magnetic material stuck to my paint job and won’t come off. A paint job is $4000

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Called several sign companies to get quote for American flag sign with eagle in center. Fastsigns was considerably cheaper than others. I threw my quotes away and headed to Fastsigns. Upon arrival they started the planned pitch. Run the price to almost double. I did not want to take the time to get quotes again so went for the pitch. Big mistake. The flag had burgundy strips not red.

The work was top quality and their turn around time was very fast. They were able to handle our project right before a holiday weekend even though we called in last minute. Very happy with the results.

They did a great job for my Real Estate sign with the short amount of time, They are knowledgeable and creative as well. I highly recommend them.

NO STARS! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. A $20,00 contract and Tim was beyond rude, not only to me, but to my Board President and my Sign Committee chair. The Owner, Kevin, completely defended his 5 year employee, when the truth is, his employee Tim severely lacks in customer service skills. Stick with banners. Tim lied and stated that they were the only company to make channel back lit letters in our county. UNTRUE. He told us that they dont subcontract. NOT TRUE! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone for any reason!

Quick, high quality, reasonable fees, professional and courteous

Terrible, had a Quik simple job, and got brushed off-basically said they didnt want to do it, quoted me an outrageous price so Id go somewhere else and got thrown off guard when I said yes too it. Then was basically told they didnt wanna do it.

I dealt with someone named Peter. He made everything difficult and he was rude.

Wow was this a bad experience. Very unpleasant people. Took days to get a proof for some really elementary work, problems with their email that they blamed on the customer and quite nasty in the way they talked to customers. These guys need to learn some public relations skills (and manners). Stay clear.
