I didnt bother to get names but employees were rude because I brought balloons I was inqurying about getting a helium tank but wanted to know what would be the better buy hellium tank or pay for them to only way for me to know that is ask questions and price what I have that needs to be blown up I ignored the snobby attitude but I didnt know it was a crime to ask for assistance with understanding hellium tanks different balloons and sizes and how many I could get out of a $49.99 tank just trying to getthe better deal for my money just was hilarious because it was totally uncalled for Lose the attitude

Who doesnt love this place! I get a kick out of their fun costumes and costume wear, they have all sorts of things from pirate stuff to futuristic and steampunk. They are really good for any party needs you have they have a very wide selection of balloons and deco for both adults and children. They have party favors too! And candy!!! Just a flat out cool place to shop!

I procrastinated and Party City saved me. I got all my balloons inflated, and EVERYTHING else I needed for my soms 6th birthday. Both employees were awesome and very helpful. Took about 5 minutes, not even, to fill 20+ balloons and make other purchases. 10/10 this location is great.

A pretty good party store, I can say that I dont come here often, except to buy supplies for specific times of the year like Halloween.

These employees are very rude . The items there are fine but the employees make me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. There has been several times I have gone in there looking for something and have asked the employees for help and they act as if I am doing them an inconvenience.. when that’s literally their job.

The worst service I ever had in my life. The associates, cashier stocker and the manager. All seem to be there just collect a check with out doing any work. No one new what is VIP Party decorations. And after I struggle to find everything the cashier refuse to bag my items and I had to walk out of there with the items on hand. I hope that ownerships takes responsibility and fire all this individuals.

Best place to get your party supplies especially when youre doing a wedding. And I do a lot Im professional DJ I actually took one of my customers there to pick up supplies. I own the hopper Express DJ Services. And I actually went with my customer to help them pick up decorations and plates and supplies you need it for their wedding. Especially liked my input because I even went out with them to look at shoes for their wedding dresses and the Bridesmaids. Dont like my input you cant go wrong with this place prices are also reasonable to.

Very busy I tried to order the balloons online but the website kept messing up and wouldnt let me when I got to the store there were so many pre-orders that I had to wait a long time to get balloons blown up and then they were out of most of the ones I want it

The 2 young ladies working were way less than helpful with a more than terrible attitude! I had to ask to find paper place mats. The 1st response was isle 4. When I still could not locate them I went back & ask again, politely. With eyebrows lifted, and no response, she led me to isle 4 and put her hhand on 2 packages with no comment and left. I did not buy and will never go back! It only takes a couple of words to be helpful & polite!

Party city has everything you need to any kind of party. They even this large candy aisle. My youngest son wanted DumDum lolly pops and Party city was the only place I could find them without having to buy a huge bag of them. Both my kids and I went in and we each picked out some candy. Spent less than $5 which if I had gone to a gas station or something to get them candy we wouldve gotten a lot less for that $5. Love me some Party City

No mermaid balloons 😢😔. And the price of balloons are ridiculous and the staff are either slow are lazy, one is exeptable the other is not.

Party City is our go to location for all of our party needs, as well as Halloween decorations that are seasonally centric yet not so over the top and scary. We have a lot of little ones who come see our Halloween display every year and we try to keep it tame with a bit of scare to it so that the kids have fun!

I ordered a customized balloon on the Party City website which was to be sent to the store and I had email confirmation regarding this and it was never done. This was for a special event and I was let down. I was very disappointed The customer service is terrible in the store. (Bradenton Florida location) They did not care and I will never ever purchase anything from Party City again. I will definitely go to their competitors even though is more expensive but I know that my request will be taken care of from previous purchases. I made the wrong decision to go with party city -please dont do the same.

Love selections of cards. They need a better variety of jelly beans but I can live with that because they have such a wonderful variety of party stuff. You can even order balloons ahead of time. Havent been disappointed yet.

Actually, it was overwhelming. For a Saturday afternoon they were understaffed. When I finally located an associate, theyre werent very friendly....... They were inconvenienced because I asked where I could find an item. Im not going back.

Store was semi clean. Well stocked. However, customer service was poor. The cashier didnt hand me my bags and waved my receipt at me while I was loading my bags from the counter. She just walked away. No thank you, have a nice day.... nothing.

Huge party city. The candy selection is perfect for a wedding planner like me when I want to do a color-themed candy bar for a clients reception. The only drawback is when youre stuck in line waiting on someone with a balloon order. I dont do balloons because of the environmental hazards, but they do have the largest selection of themed options.

The Place To Go For Any Occasion

Walk into this store and the first thing you see is a very large Red Gumball Machine.They have everything Party, including candy!Expect to pay more for everything.About 4 check out counters, friendly & helpful staff. Large Parking Lot with Handicap parking also. Give yourself at least 30 minutes, its a very large store.

5 starts for the stores cleanliness, organization, supplies etc. 3 star review because of the staff/customer svc. May as well use Amazon if youre not gonna get good service at a store. STAFF - a bare minimum kind of staff and they seem sloppy. Today at the Cortez Bradenton store, I could hear a very loud, angry employee complaining and bashing what sounded to be a supervisor. I turned the corner and the other manager he was talking to turned white - knowing they should not be having that chat on the floor. Also, today I was just looking at the balloons to research prices, NO ONE WAS IN LINE, the cashier about 15 feet away at her register hollers down at me theres no helium if you want balloons. I look up to see who is hollering at me, and she is looking down at what looks like her phone. Then an elderly woman walked up and asked this same staff about first birthday items for her grandson. Cashier says I dont know. Its over there and its small, and it should have a number 1 on it...I think. She didnt go help her find it. She didnt radio someone to help her. Ugh. Lazy, no manners.

Staff are not to friendly and have attitudes. Seen several on their cellphones instead of helping customers. Bathroom is always closed even to customers . High prices and store always has a smell.

Its an okay place I went there with some friends to find decorations for a wedding I was going to DJ. The place was kind of a mess and unorganized. A lot of things were going on the hooks and theres stuff all over the floor

The costume that I wanted to get was missing the mask from it so I had to switch it from a different size but the employees were still trying to sell me the costume without the mask as an incomplete product before I switched it from a different size.

Went in looking for Mardi Gras party decorations ~ huge selection ~ table coverings, had exactly what I was looking for AND on sale too!! Will definitely come here for all my party supplies!!

Fun staff during the Halloween season. Otherwise they are rude an impatient. Rolling of the eyes and huffing and puffing if you dont know exact ballots you want or if you ask where a certain item is in the store. I thought this might be a one time occuance but its frequent throughout the year.

Went in store nothing for 18th birthday parties. Call in morning to order some balloons before opening hours by mistake & someone answered said they open at 930 to call later to place an order for my balloons. I call later & get told we do not take balloon orders over phone. Seriously not happy. Can you just give me the correct information the first time?
