These guys dont play games. Theyll usually get back within two hours to explain in detail, what the problem is, how long till completion, to get your authorization and when you should check back. If any additional parts are needed or theres a snag in the op., Theyll call you and keep you in the loop. You couldnt ask for better service.

Incredibly friendly staff, I had been running into an issue that no one seemed to be able to isolate except for the team here. They did not have what was needed to get things in order (totally expected, specialized equipment is expensive) but they gave me everything I would need to know and pointed me in the right direction well beyond what was expected!Not just great at the job, but phenomenal people within the crew here. Absolutely worth checking in to for anything you might need.

I honestly wish I could rate this place without even giving it one star! I dropped my car off to get a quote about getting the exterior door handles replaced and left the car with them for a few days. One of the managers or whatever title they have said that the car would be safe there and that they have video cameras watching the lot. When I went back to pickup my vehicle my car had gotten vandalized right in there lot! First one if the managers was trying to tell me that the car was like that when I brought it there then realized this wasnt true due to one of the mechanics coming to my aid and saying it wasnt vandalized when I brought it. One of the exterior door handles had gotten ripped clean off! When I asked about the video from there cameras they said, yeah, well look into it. Im still waiting to hear back from them weeks later! When I asked about them helping me reconcile this situation the owner said, yeah, Ill help you, bring your car back and Ill hook up a wire clothes hanger so you can open the door! These people are so unprofessional and disrespectful that its a shame. Theyre supposedly a family business too. Some family qualities!

Best auto shop in town. We drive extra to get here. The family that owns it is fantastic. They are always honest and fair, with realistic prices. They do excellent work, consistently. We recommend them to all of our family and friends and have been taking our vehicles there for at least 16 years.

Expensive compared to other local shops. No integrity, some mechanics are really good while others are not. I hope for your sake you dont get a bad mechanic the day your bring in your car.

Great fast service. Just moved here from Ohio and my sons car decided to have issues. Not knowing anyone I googled local businesses. I called and Eric quickly answered my concerns and scheduled my car in the next morning as it was closing time when I called. The repairs were completed in an hour and the service was great. After having the same mechanic in Ohio for 15 yrs I was reluctant in the change but I have found a new business to take care of my vehicle needs. Thanks for the quick service

We brought our sons 2000 Jeep Cherokee in for a coolant problem; the radiator had cracked and coolant went gushing across our garage. They replaced the radiator, pressure checked the system and refilled with coolant for a very reasonable price. The cost for the radiator was no different than what I would have paid for it online or at an auto parts store.We had to bring it back for an additional coolant problem - slight overheating at standstill. They replaced the relay for the auxiliary fan for all of $11. Ive never left a repair shop having paid cash for anything.They are extremely helpful and willing to work within your budget. We have found a local garage for all our auto needs when outside of warranty work. I am extremely happy I took a chance on them and would heartily recommend them to anyone.

There were a few repair shops that I found on Yelp that repair German cars like my Audi A8L, and Audi Sarasota was also available. However we were put off by the possible cost of OEM parts to fix the air suspension system and I wanted to drive it as little as possible to avoid further trouble. Also, we had a road trip planned the following week so time was a concern. H3 was the closest one to me so I took it there on a Thursday morning. They had a full workload that day. Eric called me back that afternoon and described what was needed and the cost. He said they could get it done by the next day, and they did. When we went to get the car he and his team showed us the old parts and explained patiently what went wrong. They had seen this happen many times on other German makes so I felt they were knowledgeable about German cars. We feel they are a great choice for any repairs and service our car might need in the future and I would have no problem recommending them.

I brought my Cobra Mustang to H3 for some difficult repair work and they did a fantastic job. I didnt want to bring my car to the dealership and pay twice as much, while finding a good mechanic that could work on a complicated supercharged motor. They gave me an upfront quote for the work and while I was waiting the local parts dealer was dropping one of his delivery trucks off for some maintenance. I knew if this is where the parts guy brings his vehicle, then I must be in right place. I highly recommend this honest family owned business whether you need a simple oil change or highly technical complicated work done. Youll be treated fairly and the job will be done right by skilled mechanics. Best auto repair shop in the Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch area.

I have taken my 91 Mustang with a 347 Stroker to them several times. Sometimes for installation of new add ons, sometimes advice. They are always courteous and very helpful with my questions on tuning a high performance car. They are beyond a doubt, the best shop around! Their work is flawless and the pricing is always fair.
