Yeah, NO! Purchased my vehicle CASH less than 2 weeks ago and it’s acting crazy like it doesn’t want to drive. Called and Matt made it clear it was as is. I still haven’t even received my tag back that’s how short of a period I’ve had the car. Quick to try to get you in and take your money but they don’t stand behind what they are selling. Ima single mother, I don’t have cash to just be giving away for nothing. Shop somewhere else. I’m definitely convinced these are loaded reviews. Matt definitely asks you to leave a review while you’re doing paperwork.

Very unprofessional! I needed a car, and found one I liked for 5,900. I did everything I needed to do. Paperwork, came in person twice, called multiple times, just for them to tell me 5 days later I could not get this cheap car they called it lol... All because I have a repo... Well the website says they can still help with that. Also I asked them if they do in house financing because I do not want to go through a bank... Well now lets just say I lost points on my credit score, and still was not able to get a car... Oh! the funny part is, I seen the same exact car posted on craigslist for almost 9,000 just a few days after asking about it!!! Would NEVER EVER go back, OR refer anyone to those unprofessionals...

I made my first car purchase here on a 2016 camaro with 32k miles on it back in March of 2019. I ignored most of the red flags I was given, static sound system on the test drive. Door panel was loose and got stuck right after getting the keys. Panels inside the car loose where wires to through. They fixed the radio and door problem, but I was failed to be informed of who was the previous owner of the vehicle was. It has taken me over a year to come to the realization that I was sold a bad car.1 month after purchasing, a foglight that was attached by foam for some reason just fell off while driving and broke, bringing down a fender liner with it.Barely even 3 months later I’m paying 800 dollars for a fuel pump control module repair at the chevy dealership out of pocket. I was sold whoever worked on the car last did a terrible job of rerouting the wires causing it to melt over time.Around the same time a battery had to be replaced that had almost stranded me because it har corroded connections from improper connection.To this day I’m still driving with issues that I can barely afford to fix.All I can say is make sure to tag someone along with you who knows their stuff so you don’t buy yourself something that will give you headaches for years.

Worst Dealership. Matt was overall very rude. After completing paperwork and such, the vehicle started giving my boyfriend problems within a week’s time. Took it to a certified mechanic to get checked and turns out Matt sold my boyfriend a car that had over $5K in under the hood expenses!! after he told us, he was something simple to fix. Doesn’t want to fix the issues without getting more money out of him. I wish i could give 0 stars.Unprofessional and money hungry.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been looking for a new car for months now and test drove a few different vehicles from Sunnys. Each time I went in Matt was very pleasant and didnt hesitate to give this tire kicker keys to a car to test drive. I finally decided after months of test driving different cars decided to purchase a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Matt was very helpful and got the deal done. Do not buy a car from this place. I bought a 2005 infinity yesterday. I asked the guy at Sunny’s for the carfax & some details on the maintenance on the car. He told me it was a great car, his mechanics looked over it, and there was nothing wrong with it. Just needed some TLC. So after i looked over everything I decided to purchase it. Not even 2 hours later the car starts to overheat. I bring it to a mechanic & the hose needs to be replaced. I replace the hose after spending $200, and head home. The car begins to overheat again. Now waiting to see WHAT ELSE is wrong with the car. I’ve tried to call Sunny’s and they refuse to answer any of my calls. This place needs to be shut down. Save your money & take your business elsewhere.

I had challenged credit and was treated poorly and strung along for days at several other dealerships. Matt said he would do what he could to get me financed and would let me know as soon as possible. And within an hour he called and told me I was approved. He even workedwith me on the down payment and I drove my 2015 Ford Fusion off the lot that day. Next day had an issue with the tire but he handled that for me. Love the car it drives like new. best car buying experience Ive had in a long time I would highly recommend them to anybody

So I came across this car and Matt told me to put money down so he can hold the car I was looking at until I make a choice . He did not tell me it was non refundable nor did he give me paperwork . He took 500$ off my card and when I came back the next day and I had mechanic look at the car and when it was a lot of problems with the car, I changed my mind on the car & he would not give me my money back . This place is bogus and very money hungry please do not disregard the reviews .

Got a car from here and have had nothing but issues. Once you get your car they do not car if your car breaks in two. They preach a good warranty program and it covers nothing. The finance manager cares nothing about you or your needs and the salesmen are slow and often forget what you ask of them.

I swore I would never buy a car from a dealer because i am very cynical when it comes to car salesman but Sunny Florida Cars is a true diamond in the rough! And I rarely leave lengthy reviews unless Im REALLY pissed off or REALLY IMPRESSED. So heres how my experience went down:My gf and I were in the market for a relatively inexpensive used vehicle thats good on gas. From the start I was very skeptical and had low expectations. We told Eddie (our salesman) what our price range was and what we were interested in. He told us hed check what was available and the very first car he showed us was EXACTLY what we were looking for! VERY low mileage (that was actually the main deciding factor), power everything, excellent condition, super clean, and all new fluids! Abraham, our finance manager was more than accommodating by ensuring that we could drive the vehicle home that same day! Not to mention the price was more than right! In fact, what we paid for it was the Kelley blue book value for the same model with twice the mileage! Power everything, cold AC, ABS, traction control and much more. Only issue found was the front right blinker which Eddie ensured was fixed within the hour! All in all, I never thought Id buy a car from a dealership but this place totally surprised me with their excellent customer service, great prices/value, exceptional flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile, EVEN AFTER the sale was closed! Hands down, 5 stars! Will highly recommend to all friends and family. Thank you Abraham and Eddie! Ill definitely be recommending you guys to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Biggest scam ever. I went to look at an 06 suburban that was priced pretty fairly but when I went and looked at it there were scratches and obvious things wrong with the car. I went ahead with talking to them about the car because it seemed like the best deal I was going to get. While the dealer was filling out the paperwork he lied about how much I got paid and how many hours I worked. I pointed it out to him and he just said, well we are going to see what they give us. I put $1,000 out of the $3,000 deposit on the car so they wouldnt sell it out from under me while I talked about the offer with my boyfriend. Well that was 2 months ago. I have been trying to contact them and get my money back but they said that its to bad and I signed something that said I couldnt get my money back. I asked him to give me the paper that said that its nonrefundable but he wont give it to me. And just today (2 months after I went to LOOK at the car) I find out that they have already signed me to a loan company and I am already behind in payments. I didnt get any notice that I was signed nothing at all no phone calls, emails, mail. NOTHING. I am still trying to get them to hold a phone conversation with me but they keep hanging up on me or telling me they will call me back. I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last place to buy a car in the world. I would rather walk. Dont deal with them they will just scam you.
