I was at the 7 Eleven on 301 and Whitfield. My SUV had died. Without even asking a guy came up to me to see if I needed help. He spent 15 minutes in the heat helping to figure out the problem. He didnt have to do that. If he goes out of his way to help a stranded person then he must be the same way with his job. I didnt get his Name but thank you very much. Thank you to United Electric for having great staff.

Flawless generator installation. Techs really know the equipment and how to install it right. Price beat 2 other estimates. They took care of the concrete pad and the gas, too. Highly recommend these guys!

Not up front on cost. Charged me over $170 for one hour of Diagnostics. I understand electrical services are costly but I did not feel like this company was up front on the cost. They refused to give me an estimate for for services only would give me an hourly rate. They charge $88 an hour for one employee if you need two guys make that double. Steer clear of them and try somebody else.

This is the BEST electrical company that I have found out of several prior visits from others. I have to give an ATTA BOY to Justin! Not only is he very professional, but extremely nice.
