I ordered a set of the custom CT6 earphones and I am thrilled with the product. Jason was extremely helpful with information about them and with the design. The sound quality is amazing and they are totally soundproof, but most of all, a perfect comfortable fit to my ear. I definitely recommend them.

Great headphones, but probably some of the worst customer service ive dealt with when it comes to specialty products such as my custom molds. Multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered over the past 6 months.
