I first started working with iWireless back in 2013 when I lived in the Bozeman area. I L O V E having one person I KNOW I can rely on to give me straight answers about phone service, not to mention the awesome plan pricing. I have since moved to Florida, but Im a steadfast customer and intend to stay that way. I can e-mail, or call, and KNOW I will get the honest courteous service we all want, and SO infrequently get, in these days of automated answering software. There is no hours long wait for a tech who just gives you a runaround, just someone who obviously CARES about every customer, no matter the price of the phone/data plan they are on!

I use iWireless for my cell phone service and I couldnt be happier with it. Their cellular service prices are comparable to every other provider out there and they use the Verizon network. I use their no contract service and I love it. I only pay for what I need and if my needs change for a month, I simply purchase a different plan. There are no hidden fees or charges (that give you a heart attack and require a second mortgage) when the bill arrives. In fact, there is no bill at all. Yet, the customer service is the very best I have ever encountered. Aside from the convenient, text message, service end reminders, their customer service for solving problems or complaints surpasses anything other cell service providers can offer. iWireless is a small, mom and pop kind of business, which means you always get the full attention of the same person whenever you have a problem. Youre not talking to someone on the phone in another state or country, youre talking with a friend and neighbor - face to face if the problem requires it. They remember (and can pronounce) your name, they know your face and they remember the previous conversations you have shared. That level of customer service makes a huge difference because it is so hard to find anymore, especially in the area of technology. Problems with those confusing, yet necessary, gadgets like your cell phone can be daunting for anyone, but especially those of us from older generations. Having a real person, that you know and trust, help you makes the whole situation less stressful and daunting.I love iWireless and wouldnt use any other provider for my cell service and other cell phone needs. I recommend iWireless to anyone who wants reliable cell phone service at reasonable rates and incomparable customer service from people they can trust and call their friends and neighbors.

This is one of the best cell phone providers Ive ever dealt with! Kevin is incredibly friendly and helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your service. Network coverage was decent, although data was not always working, but we were staying in remote areas, so that was to be expected.
