Quick, reasonably priced replacement of my iPhone camera saved me from having to buy a new phone. These guys are great!

I brought in my phone 6 days ago for repair and paid $170 for a new screen . I have used my phone normally with a solid case. I set the phone on my desk today and it cracked. It is my belief that the screen was not properly o stalled or was defective. I spoke with the manager Chase and he was offended that I suggested this, refused to look at the phone, said they would not do anything to address the issue and told me to take my business elsewhere. I would recommend avoiding this business.While my experience may not happen to everyone it happened to me. To be basically called a liar and told it must have had a major force from someone that would not look at it is absurd and insulting. He believed I was insulting because I said that should not happen after 6 days. So just know if you choose to go here that he thinks it is insulting that you expect repairs to hold up 6 days after they are done.Thank you for adding the comment to show that you refused to look at the phone. The screen is clearly cracked from the hole at the top which indicates it was not sealed properly. I brought it into another repair place in the area and they verified that screens will crack if not placed in exactly correct which certainly happened in my case as it broke right after I received it. Also you put a warped screw back onto the phone which may explain why you refused to look at it. You mention a piece was missing, nothing was missing the screen was cracked because it was not installed properly near the top as the photo clearly shows.I guess we will find out if you legally can get away with giving out something that does not hold up for 6 days when faced with no impact. It clearly is not ethical and it is insulting that you refused to look at the phone and think that your service and products are infallible. The level of service you clearly say people expect is that you just hide behind saying you are not liable and insulting customers is they expect you take accountability.

The audio jack on my Samsung s9 was not working properly, so I got an estimate to replace it from CPR Cell Phone Repair. It would be $89, which seemed reasonable, and they had the part in stock. So I brought my phone in for the operation, which would take 1-2 hours. The tech suggested that I wait a moment while he inspected it, in case it just needed cleaning rather than replacement. Sure enough, 10 minutes later, he had cleaned it and the jack was working fine. I asked How much do I owe you? The response: Dont worry about it. Wow, that really made my day!

The staff are friendly. Very quick to repair and get your phone back to ya. Knowledgeable as to what cases or screen protector’s will the best fit for phone due to your lifestyle. For example, I live on a horse ranch and have my phone with me 24/7. They got me all set up for the accidental mishaps that should protect my phone. Prices are not bad either. My only complaint is they need to be a little sympathetic or show they care. Not all customers make up some garbage story in order to try to get free things.

Brought a product in to sell, Denied me immediately said they dont buy products. I then said I read that they do, he then interrupted me saying they do but just not my product. It was a lightly used MacBook air. Would not try and sell anything there

Friendly knowledgeable staff had me up and running in minutes on my phone. My daughters Ipod needed a battery and works like new again after they worked on it.

These guys really care. We had some difficulties with shipping and finding precisely what was the problem with my device. But putting that aside, the main guy who works the counter and the general manager care and are very respectful and understanding. When shipping wasnt an issue, everything went seamless and straight forward. I will be back simply because I know these guys take care of their customers.

The best! I’ve been to several other repair stores and this is THE BEST repair store for laptops and phones.Quick turnaround even if they have to order parts. They found the fastest And cheapest source for parts, ordered them before I left the store, called to let me know the parts arrived and they would work on the repair immediately. It was all done 2 days before the quoted date!

Awesome service! Walked in to get my IPhone fixed because it was rattling when in vibrate mode. Took only a few minutes to get it fixed with no issues. The guys were courteous and polite and took care of business quick. I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair if you need your phone fixed.

Phone would not charge, so took it in, they ordered a new battery. 2 weeks latter they call said they installed a new battery. $43 For 1st visit, $43 for 2nd. New battery not installed, 3rd visit they said phones battery could not be replaced. Offered me new very expensive phones. Charged me $43. Every time I visited they ask for a tip? They did nothing for $142. Dont waste your time or $.. As...holes.

Great service! My phone was dead from water damage. They brought it back to life in an hour and a half. Then, when there was a problem that arose two days later, they honored their warranty and took care of it immediately no charge. I highly recommend CPR - Peter and Caimen will rescue your phone.

I went in for an issue with my phone not charging. No fee to get the charge port cleaned out. Removing all the lint got the phone working well enough for me to back up my photos and return for a battery replacement. I now have a phone that is like new an hour and they were able to fix it while I ran errands around town.

Came into the store because I broke my charger and the little metal piece was stuck in my phone. Both guys at the store were super friendly and very helpful. They were able to get the piece out quickly and I was able to go about my day. I will definitely return if I have any other troubles with my phone.

Took my sons tablet here and they were able to fix the issue with no complications. In addition, they did an awesome job. The cost to fix the tablet was not as pricey as we thought it would be. Great job guys!

Went in to replace the screen of my OnePlus 6, an uncommon phone, and talked to Peter. I also mentioned if he could replace my back glass, charging/ aux ports, and battery - basically making my phone like new. For all that (plus a one year warranty on those parts per store policy), Peter gave me a great deal. He repaired it the first time and everything was perfect, except my new battery was failing pretty badly. I think the company he ordered it from ripped us off by selling a falsely advertised battery, but thats beside the point. I took my phone back in, explained how it wasnt keeping a charge, and he immediately offered to replace the new battery with a genuine OEM battery for no extra cost at all. After that replacement, my phone was finally like new and I couldnt be more pleased of the job Peter did. Amazing customer service, outstanding repair job, and an overall great experience from this CPR repair store. If management is reading this, give Peter a raise!

If you need something repaired quickly and right, this is your place. By far the fastest and cheapest in the area. Peter is my first and last call when I need a cell phone fixed.

Amazing experience with CPR, I came in with a broken lcd and front glass as well as broken back glass on my iPhone 11. Pretty much had no hope for it being fixable. Kyle worked on my phone for 4 hours and it looked like a brand new phone. I was able to get an appointment the next day after calling and payed half the price of what Apple wanted to charge. The customer service was the best I’ve experienced at any repair shop. I very much recommend and appreciate the help I got from CPR/Kyle.

I had an iPhone 8 and I ended up cracking my front screen and my camera lens a few months ago and decided to get the screen replaced at CPR because of all the glowing reviews. Everything looked fine when they fixed my phone except that the 3D touch function stopped working all together but it wasnt inconvenient enough for me to complain about. A couple of months later, after completely normal use, my camera lens just popped off so I took it back to CPR to get it replaced which was a little bit of a hassle because for some reason they had no record of me making a purchase there but I ended up getting it replaced after a few hours. Flash forward a month and I end up spilling some water on the top half of my phone which really shouldnt do anything since my iPhone should be waterproof up to a meter for thirty minutes and the water was only on my phone for a few seconds but after a few moments my screen began to show signs of significant water damage and then completely died. I thought I could take it into CPR to hopefully get it fixed but apparently any kind of water damage voids the lifetime warranty that they advertise so hard which was not disclosed to me whatsoever. As a college student, I cant afford to buy a new phone or lose all the data on my phone that hadnt been backed up yet. It is incredibly frustrating paying for a repair that isnt done right and even more so, the fact that their mistake ended up costing me hundreds of dollars that I dont have. If you want your phone repaired correctly I would go somewhere else.

I meant to write this review over a month ago. Im living in New York City and was back in Bozeman, MT last June and needed a repair for my car clock and brought it in to CPR Cell Phone Repair Bozeman. The manager, maybe he was the owner, or even could have been the clerk, either way they were busy yet he took the time to inspect the car clock then looked up at me with a smile and said Give me minute and walked into the backroom shop. A few minutes later he returned and handed me back the clock, still smiling, and said See how that works. I put the clock back into its spot on the dash in the car, and sure enough it worked. I went back into the store and he told me No charge, I just had to solder a piece back together that separated. I know he could have charged me or sold and ordered me a new clock completely yet I felt he was just as happy, maybe more, just helping me. Although the workers within the shop are willing to help and are respectful, they do not run a professional business. i had my phone go through their diagnostic program, but nothing within that diagnostic is documented, written or noted (when it comes to what could be damaged). meaning they can say or do whatever to your phone and tell you something else, then charge you $50 for who knows what they are really testing (but for there time of looking). i learned this after taking my phone to another repair shop and everything CPR said was wrong with it did not match up... it doesnt stop there. after trying to get a refund, they would only give me a partial refund for the screen that was broken but i couldnt get my $50 for there diagnostic? do to the time spent on it? does that make any since... there is no proof of any diagnostic at all. go to battery and bulb. it takes them 30 minutes to give you a diagnostic and everything is listed and documented, as to what they see and are doing.

I brought my IPhone XR in to them and they did an amazing job fixing it for me! The guys were super nice and knew there stuff. I work for a cellphone company in town and whenever one of my customers has an issue I immediately send them here for there needs!

I made an appointment for 2 o’clock. When I arrived they told me they don’t honor appointments and they would provide service whenever they had time.Go to Gadget Fix a couple miles away. They are way more friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed by the welcoming and professional attitude of the owner/operator. He took the time to explain the details of the products I was purchasing. He did an amazing job replacing my broken phone screen. I left the store hoping there would be a way to leave a review because of the friendly, high quality service. Quick and less expensive than competitors

Great experience, several times.The best place to buy pre-owned electronics.I bought a used iPhone through CPR, at a great price. I was unlucky enough that the phone had issues 2 months later. I stopped by after work, and The cellphone repair technician stayed late helping me so I wouldn’t go home empty handed. He first got my data off, then tried to repair it. That didn’t work, so he got me a replacement. All that all was under warranty, and way easier than sending it in to a website.Used electronics are way better value than new. If you buy used, it is best to buy from the guy who will fix or replace it as soon as you have issues.The Repair Technician is friendly, and will work with you to figure out the best solution for you.Today my screen broke at work. I stopped by on my way home, and he was able to get it replaced and me on my way in very little time.

They didnt have the glass screen protector for Google Pixel 4a (not 5G). They messed up and tried to put the 5G protector on, but it didnt fit. And then they were going to put a plastic protector on but they messed it up like three times, so eventually another guy had to do it. And I still was charged $10. I would have rather just left my broken glass screen protector on and ordered another one myself.

I was so stressed about the recent phone vs. treadmill damage I had. I walked in, he said it would take an hour, and it did. He was respectful, prompt and it works perfectly with no shards of glass in my ear. LIFESAVER!!

I took my daughters cracked phone in today to be repaired. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We determined that it would be a better option to replace her current phone with a refurbished one (warranty included.) The phone that we purchased is in great condition. Kyle even took care of the activation and data transfer as well!

Brought my laptop to get one simple piece replaced. When I brought my laptop, it was booting just fine and just my charging port needed to be replaced. They called back and said there was something wrong with the battery and it needed to be replaced. I proceeded to bring in my 2nd laptop of the same model and prove them wrong and the battery was fine. When they tried to replace the charging port a 2nd time, they called and said the hard drive was shot. For a 2nd time, I tried to tell them they were incorrect in their assessment, so I had to bring my 2nd laptop again with a clamshell that I have on hand. I showed them the hard drive was just fine. They do not know how to repair laptops at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I had an excellent experience at CPR Bozeman! I had (stupidly) tried to change out my iPhone 8+ screen myself and they were able to fix the damage. They communicated everything thoroughly prior to work being done. They finished the work quickly and did a great job on the repair. They were very nice, professional, and I am very pleased with my overall experience. Highly recommend them!

They fixed my phone and when it broke under warranty they covered it....reasonable

I went in to have my iPhone 11 repaired; it had a crack in the bottom of he screen. Everything seemed fine initially. They told me that the new screen display they put on has a warranty so if it starts acting up I can come back and get it replaced for free. They were super friendly to me face. Sweet everything is good. Well I get home and already, my touch pad is not responding. Apparently they didn’t use a true apple display for fixing my screen and it doesn’t communicate well with my phone. I think it’s fine, I’ll go back and see if they can fix it or use a true apple screen. The next morning my husband and I wake up and there is $1,000 missing from our bank account! Thats our rent money! So I look and see where the money went and the account shows two $500 charges from Venmo using my debit card. I don’t use Venmo and neither does my husband. I don’t have my card saved on any sites, and I had not purchased anything offline for about a month. Now all of the sudden someone got a hold of my card info? The only place where my card info could have been taken was when I was at CPR Bozeman the previous day. They ask you for your passcode for your phone so that they can test the display after they replace the part. The idiots who repaired my phone got into my bank account app because I have the same pin for that as my passcode to unlock my phone. I know, bad judgment on my part, and my pin for my back account app has been changed. But you would think that a place as highly rated as CPR Bozeman is would have more trust worthy employees. You are doing a professional service for someone who is trusting you with their personal property. The least you can do is be a decent human being and not try and steal from them or snoop around in their phone. Thankfully my husband and I were able to dispute the charges and we now have our rent money back. If the manager of CPR Bozeman ever reads this, and you are a decent human being and would take action, I was there Saturday October 31, at noon. Hopefully this saves anyone else a headache, or if this has happened to anyone else, I would like to hear your story.

CPR is extremely fast and the staff is polite. I recommend calling them however as they dont seem to respond to email or quote requests. Once I got them on the phone it was less than a three hour process to bring my phone in, have it repaired, and have them call me back to say it was finished.

Stopped in because my phone wasn’t charging by cable ended up being lint stuck in the port fixed in less than 5 min free of charge. Courteous and knowledgeable will do business here again!

Phone just went black and absolutely would not do a thing, thought it was in need of a new battery! Less than two minutes in the hands of CPR and he knew that was not the case. Not sure what he did exactly but in thinking it might be a computer glitch, almost as if it had frozen up was able to get it on its way immediately! Good as new @ no charge! Thrilled!

Top notch. My phone wasnt charging and since it was an older model I thought its time had come and I was going to have to a get a new one. BUT, before I did I went to CPR just in case and it turned out all it was was lint stuck in the port. They saw the problem right away and, like a dentist digging out a cavity, fixed me up quick as could be. Next time youre having trouble with a device swing be there first and you might save yourself a bunch of $ and hassle. Thank you Kyle for being straight with me because I, not knowing anything about cell phones, would have probably wasted money on something completely unnecessary. When the time does come for a new part, a repair, or some accessories Ill be heading straight back there. Thanks again!

Have used CPR two times in the past month - once for a damaged iPhone and the other for upgrading memory and replacing a hard drive on a MacBook Pro. Kyle and the rest of the staff have been absolutely fantastic to work with: extremely reasonable prices for the work being done, backing up and transfer of data, great communication with the one slight delay that took place, and fast turnaround time on both tickets. Will absolutely do business with them again anytime!

CPR installed a new battery in an older (but still very capable) Macbook Pro. Price was a little higher than I expected but Im still happy that its safe now and working. Kyle and staff are nice and have some good knowledge with phone and computer repairs. Id go back and I certainly recommend them.
