I came into the AutoZone in Bozeman today to get my battery tested and the manager and the gentleman who ended up changing out my battery could not have been nicer. My battery tested bad and they walked me through the 3 different batteries that they had. I purchased one and they had it installed in 15 minutes with a smile on their face and a good conversation. I highly recommend AutoZone

Me and some friends were driving through Bozeman when we began to have car issues. Bradley demonstrated his expertise and provided amazing service which got us back on the road. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Standard. This particular store is most convenient for me and they were unloading the truck for 3 days and I was waiting for them to stock the blinker bulb I needed. I went and saved $2 on the same product at Walmart. Which is out of my way and I had to wait for someone to open the case, but it wasnt 3 days, and I saved $2.

Before I knew it, out he comes with his phone. Has a video with directions. Let me use all the tools I needed. All the parts were in stock. Great experience, must have great ownership!

Below zero temps and my granddaughter’s battery was dead. She got it over to Auto Zone in tears not know what to do and she’s a student at MSU with no family support in Bozeman. Two wonderful store associates Cameron and Bradley not only tested her battery, had a new one for her but also as time allowed installed it. That is the best customer experience ever. As a grandmother sitting in AZ feeling helpless over the situation I can’t tell you what a relief I felt.🙌🙌🙌🤩🤩🤩🤩

I have to give the hugest shoutout to Bradley. He was amazing and helpful. He figured out why my windshield wipers werent working, and even put on the new blades. I can not thank him enough, Autozone is my now my only go to for car troubles.

I walked into the store and one of the two people said they would be right with me. The other person then went to another computer, came back and then proceeded to help a person that just walked in the door without acknowledging me at all. I know customer service isn’t what it once was but that isn’t good.

I’ve been coming to this AutoZone for over two years, after having poor experiences with O’Rileys and other auto part stores. The service is always welcoming and friendly, and they all know what they’re talking about. I almost strictly deal with Anthony and he has been nothing but incredibly helpful with every visit I make. If you’re looking to get excellent service and deal with knowledgeable people, this AutoZone is the best place in town.

I stopped by Autozone this evening to get some hydraulic fluid. They didnt have what I was looking for but the bigger issue was with the lackadaisical attitude of one of the two employees. There is a pandemic going on. There is a mandate to wear masks. This individual was wearing a mask, down around his chin exposing both his mouth and nose. There was no attempt to cover either, even when he approached me. If the employees at Autozone dont care about my health, I dont care about their business. I will find somewhere else to get what I need.

They hooked my Subaru up to the code reader to let me know why my check engine light was on and then explained what these codes do to the vehicle and the details. Nice guys. All i needed was a socket set to change a car battery and instead of having to buy one just to do that, they let me use thier set at no charge.

Customer service is above and beyond. I went in with a dead battery and Auto-zone replaced it under warranty. Later they found out that the battery wasnt dead, which means I had a problem elsewhere on vehicle. They called me to ensure my safety and referred me to multiple local mechanics to get the vehicle checked. The management is excellent and these are people you can trust!

Andrew helped us so much. Had a loose skid plate and he lets us borrow tools and make sure the screws fit before we bought them. Super helpful and friendly.

Customer service is really helpful, you can get most of items in stock, if not in stock their delivery is pretty fast. Price is a bit high for my opinion, but all auto parts store are that way, except online stores.

Great service, called on the phone and asked if they had a bulb, immediately answered yes. When I got to the store and asked where the bulbs were, a guy walked me straight to them and immediately picked up the bulbs I was looking for and handed it to me. He probably saved me 5 minutes by doing that so I didnt have to go looking for the bulb.

Came to Auto Zone to buy a replacement rear turn signal light bulb. Reasonably priced and they give Military discount with valid ID. I didnt have any tools, and being from out of state, I asked the Mgr if he could help me install so I didnt get a ticket. He pulled he tail light assembly, replaced the bulb and I was back on the road in under 15 min. Great job guys.

We were just stopping for gas in Bozeman when our check engine light came on. We were still 160 miles from home. Found the Auto Zone on North 19th and arrived just before closing. The staff was super friendly and diagnosed the light and discovered it wasnt serious. We continued on our way and made it home safely and stress-free. Thank you Auto Zone.

My check-engine light came on while I was traveling on Memorial Day.Stopped in, and the staff did the diagnostic check there in the parking lot, told me the problem, printed an informational sheet with potential costs and talked with me about the pros and cons of waiting to fix it.I appreciated the help and the discussion that didnt make me feel like an idiot.

I walked in to order something and was not greeted by anyone, which would have been ok except I could not find what I was looking for. There was one guy at the counter helping someone and another guy screwing around in the back talking on his cell phone. I waited a long time for the counter guy to finish up but he was having some issues. He never even acknowledged I was waiting and after a while I decided they did not need my business so I left. Quick helpful, no questions asked on checking why engine light came on

I went here to get a replacement bulb for a headlight on my FJ Cruiser. On my way over all my dash lights came on and stayed on and there was a noticeable drop on my battery charge gauge. They offered to come out and run a test on my battery and were able to zero in on the alternator. It was a Sunday afternoon. No options for service so they took my battery out and gave it a full charge in the store ( took about 60 minutes) so I would be able to get the car home without risk of the battery going dead. No charge! Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely nice people who are seriously interested in helping their customers and doing a good job.
