This has to be the worst shell gas station that I’ve ever visited.”TOTALLY SUCKS”They’re suppose to be open for 24Hrs,go to the door ➡️sign directs you to window service.Go to the window➡️&attendant was no where to be seen or found. This has happened twice…at this location in a week,it’s not a good look for SHELL business wise👎🏼

Worst location Ive ever been too. I came around midnight and they only offered window service. I waited at the window (no line no other people) for over 5 mins after watching a frustrated gentleman walk away after being ignored. The women who could very clearly see me through the window ignored me completely. I said excuse me multiple times to get her attention. The video on her phone was more important than customers. Absolutely should not be paid to sit on a phone all night. Terrible.

The shells only selling premium gas not telling the customer until you go inside not to mention the employee inside is completely rude when asked about it. Just another gas company trying to rip off the consumer.

Very rude clerk - bald male. He and I had a miscommunication and he ran two powerball tickets that I didn’t want. He told me that he couldn’t void them and I had to buy them or else I couldn’t buy anything. I just walked away.

Yelled at by the busybody clerk because I took a photo of some drinks to send to my wife and child, who were in the car, so they could tell me what they wanted. Figured that explanation would be enough, but she kept yelling at me about how I needed to get out and that Im not allowed to take photos. Never mind I was buying the product or that I’d just bought gas. Id love to know what she thought a photo of four or five drinks on a shelf would do to her beautiful shop. Get a life, lady.

This place need to Shut down no customer service cashier are so rude even the manager and they charge you twice if you use your card to get gas at the pump stay away from this place people

Woman that works at night (tattooed eyebrows) “wears” a face mask on her chin, NO MOUTH/NOSE Covered. Very negative attitude for a front store/customer service. They have a tray to put the money so no contact, then decided not to give gas that was paid for, because “I didn’t had her the money ‘right’”

Horrible service and shady business practice; debit card/ account charged a $50 charge plus the amount of gas purchased for $23.65. ($73 65 total debit to account/ card). Attempted to resolve with cashier in store (highly unpleasant and terribly rude female cashier of island descent) would not even attempt to check my receipt or confirm details. Brushed it off as not her problem. I asked for the store owner/ manager phone number was told they would not be available until Monday, August 3 2020. I attempted to call to leave a voicemail but the same rude and highly unhelpful cashier answered the phone and abruptly hung up on me when I asked to leave a voice mail.Shady business practices and rude, intolerant and unhelpful store team members.

The pumps are all rigged with card readers the gas station is a front for bank fraud and identity theft.. used card there. Pulled away and watched as 2 cars of ethnic persuasions crawled out of the shadows and took the info from the machine and then tried to charge 85 dollars on our card.. Wells Fargo declined it ..

Price gauging!!!! Price gauging!!!It is illegal to modify your pumps. I stopped in for a quick gallon to get me to the Costco gas station which always brings my meter to 30miles or so remaining and after going to this station that did not happen.Stay away!

This gas station should be shut down. Rude service and not helpful. They tried to steal my money for gas that i didnt use.

Its a small Shell... The bathroom is just one room per sex. Not bad, its clean. I was greeted nicely with a this morning.I wish the paper towel thing worked... I dont like touching the door handle.Id stop in here again if needed.

Worse station EVER!!! Stopped in on Thanksgiving evening with my family and the black woman behind the counter was absolutely rude to the Worst Degree!!!! If it aint there we aint selling it she says........... I immediately left and continued West to fill up my tank and buy my family there snacks n drinks at the 7/11 at jog. Dont go there!!! At least not when that woman is working!!!!! Ugh😟 so disappointing

Last just now at the counter told me to scan my own lottery tickets becuz she didn’t make enough money to do it for me....I was just shocked....Spent $200.00 bucks on tickets and she wouldn’t run them......Just wow....I can’t inagine the owners are good with that type of service to their customers....I know I wouldn’t be!!!!!Will never go back.......

We love shell gas and trust their pumps to not take our card info.

I go out of my way to this shell because they have things that I buy that the closer station to my house doesn’t. So I walk in at 3pm on the dot and before I opened my mouth at the counter a RUDE woman named rose told me no one will be able to help me for 15 minutes. So I said oh I’m sorry are you open? And she said yes but I am off and the next person is running late so she will be here in 15 minutes. Not for nothing but I used to manage a wawa and that would have never slid. If someone’s running late and your the only employee don’t you think for the 15 mins your waiting around you can check out the customers? Whatever so I waited. The line grew longer and everyone’s pissed off. I saw an employee walking from her car so she came in and helped everyone. She apologized to all the customers in line and gave us the excuse of “oh well she’s been here since 3am and her shift ended at 3pm so she doesn’t have to help while she’s off the clock. I’m sorry but I work over nights at one job so I start at midnight then I go to my other job from 530am-3pm. That is NOT an excuse for poor service. Not acceptable she’ll!!!!!!!!! Very hard to find good service these days but you for sure won’t find it here.

Went in to pay for gas, cashier was too busy eating chicken strips and soda to check me out. I patiently waited several minutes, and when I finally asked her which register to go to she replies (with a full mouth) “Not yet”. She was so incredibly rude, I left the gas station and will not return to use this location again.

I visit this Shell almost every night and there is never anyone working... I literally knock on the window and doors for at least 10 mins... No one ever comes to the door. Its absolutely ridiculous that I have to go out of my way to go to Mobil across the street and turn all the way back around to go home... If no one is going to be available at night then close the store. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About 6 customers were outside in line while a woman would not answer and only showed up when I started calling the store and by then everyone had left.

Terrible experience woman Inside did not want to answer the phone or the door just to buy a pack of cigarettes I read all the reviews on this place and obviously this gas station does not want to change anything.
