I would like to say thank you to the front Manager, cashier/associate and the man in the pharmacy’s as well, they went out of their way to help me as a customer. I am a nurse and needed my 2nd covid vaccine and they are exceptional! Thank you so much for making me feel like a welcomed customer and going out of your way to help me! God bless you all!
Parking lot was better for handicapped disabled parking lots but there are two more on the front of the store to CVS has been here for over 25 years and flooding in this parking lot every rainstorm CVS what about the drainage can you fix that Plaza for every handicap disabled person if they were can park right over here one foot in front of the other Footprints in the Sand God Bless America for the Great Outdoor Adventure whether youre handicapped or disabled or at your regular human being walk through three beaches of free everything is free when you want to exercise at one of them sticks Parts in a 20 mile radius do not forget about your Parks and Recreation in the 20-minute bike ride for 10 minute car drive
My first time at this store since I am new to the neighborhood and I left completely annoyed at the rudeness of the cashier Schibea. She suggested for me to self scan 2/ 24pks of water there when there is no scan gun available, meaning Id have to lift it to scan. Her tone of voice and facial expressions were rude I did appreciate the insensitive suggestion. On a normal I dont have a problem scanning my own stuff unless its heavy items since I cannot lift heavy items, which I shouldnt have to explain. Point is, if your at the register I assume its to cash customers out. If you dont like cashing customers out then you shouldnt be there. Also. How about your stores install scan guns so that customers dont have to deal with this laziness and rudeness. Dissapointing!
The pharmacy MANAGER Chow (again lady was extremely rude to me..She has NO patience at all. I guess I asked one too many questions for her about the covid test and she responded by saying OMG then she hung the phone up in my face.. And this is their manager. Embarrassing
I always find what I need. Staff is very helpful. Never had an issue with pharmacy.
Clean, friendly staff that goes over and beyond. Will always visit this store no matter what. Just want to personally thank Mr.Lane, 12/30/2020 on my way to work I stopped by this location. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and helpful, but personable. Mr. Lane saw my name tag and asked about the place I worked which turned out to be my saving grace. I left my debit card my mistake, no more than 20mins later Lane called my job to inform me that i left my card and he will either dropped it by or keep it safe. That touched my heart. Thanks again Mr. Lane.
I am someone who suffers from a traumatic brain injury that has left me partially paralyzed and the only way i can function is with certain medications which help me walk. I use a 90 day supply service thru my insurance and when the new year came I had to renew my insurance. It came to a point where I needed an emergency supply of several medications which my insurance company stated that any CVS or Walgreens etc. would be able to fill these prescriptions if I told them that i needed an emergency over ride. When I went to CVS the other day I asked them about this and told them about my situation, and instead of being caring or helpful, or even offering another solution, they were cold, rude, and insensitive. And on top of that I saw them being the same way with at least three other people, including an elderly man that was just trying to ask a question. I would recommend going to any other pharmacy.
The girl who works at the pharmacy. Not the pharmacists. Is consistently rude and super slow. Thinking of switching pharmacies because of her.
Very nice pharmacist. The pharmacist Xiao is very nice. She got my medicine ready very fast and she explained how to take the medicine in very detail. Answered all my questions. The staff working here are super nice. This will definitely be my future pharmacy.
Horrible pharmacist. Been trying to work with her for three days now. I keep getting a call that my son’s prescription is ready and ever time I go in they say it’s not ready. Today she said I was lying. In front of all of her employees I showed them each message. How dare someone be so rude to a customer.??? Especially with cellphones now a days that you can back up your information.
Manager was very abrupt not friendly and felt like I was bothering him when I ask him about question regarding opening hours of another location as my 1 year old Baby needed a prescription and this location pharmacy closes at 6pm. He had an aggressive tone of voice and rushed me off rather quickly as he was assisting the cashier to close the store. Didn’t appreciate that no matter what time of the day, I came for help, left with a bad experience. Never going back to this location.
Yet people standing in front of your CVS pharmacy selling the care package and the young girl was very nice but the young man was very very rude hes a little bit of a smart Alec on the way in and on the way out I probably would have bought something from this girl but this boy was an idiot please think about who you put in front of your business
If I could give this pharmacy less than 1 star I would. I use them because the location is convenient but I’m considering going out of my way to avoid how unpleasant their pharmacy staff is. I’m not sure why people who dislike people take jobs in fields where they have to deal with people. EVERY SINGLE MONTH when I go to pick up a prescription for my child-that is a regular prescription that happens to be a controlled substance- they treat me like I’m a crackhead, are rude, tell me they don’t have it, then when I go back the next day and it’s a different person- miraculously they have it. FYI to your staff- as a parent having to give my kid medication every day to be able to function- isn’t something I love doing or something my child loves doing. Thank you to your horrible pharmacy staff for making an already complicated situation worse by their lack of care, compassion, or concern. You work at a pharmacy: people don’t go there when they’re healthy and feeling great, might not hurt to smile.
The elderly lady that works there, my receipt said her name is Rochelle was really rude and was not accommodating. I forgot my CVS card but I was able to login online for my CVS account and made sure my phone number was correct, she was unable to locate it with my phone number. I asked if she could use the card number that it shows online that I had on my phone and she rudely says no. I then asked her if they had an extra card that they could scan so I can at least get the discounts and again rudely says no. Thats not the kind of customer service you want going anywhere.
They have always had an amazing staff. Today i was aggressively accused of stealing..I had willing offer to show I had nothing..but never go there the man Ian is an awful person. I have never had anything like this ever happen. It could of been handle by him very easily different but instead my loyalty is gone and I missed a vet appointment with my sick kitten due to their lack of reapect.kniwledge of anything. Plus he didnt he talked to someone stocking the shelves and I heard him say a curse word. So unprofessional. I left my drink with the stuff I stole rudest this g ever. Never again .dont go
Gert the pharmacist is the most courteous, knowledgeable, and person I have ever come into contact with at any CVS. Thanks so much for the time and effort you put to ensure the best outcome for my out of pocket expense. May God bless you . He is a wonderful asset to the CVS experience and company
Small CVS. Not well kept. Had to use the restroom while I was here. It was filthy. No paper at all and trash everywhere. There was garbage in the rusted out drinking fountain, too. That was all gross enough for me to get out of the store as fast as I could.
Avoid - long wait times, lost scripts, long waits to find out they lost scripts or have not run insurance
Horrible pharmacy staff. Each of my visits have been horrible. Thank you CVS for my daughters script that I couldn’t pick up. Definitely going to wal greens!!
WORST STAFF EVER
Pharmacy is horrible and the pharmacist XIAO is condescending and doesnt listen at ALL! I had one of the worst experiences at any CVS pharmacy today due to her. She seems to prejudge clients/ customers but I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN BUT I HAVE TO POINT OUT THAT PAUL the MANAGER who is always friendly and professional noticed my demeanor and personally came up to me to ask if I was ok and how he can correct the problem. PAUL IS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE TOWARDS ALL HIS CUSTOMERS. HE IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF CVS CUSTOMER APPRECIATION STANDARDS. His concern for my well being went above and beyond his job description . Thank you Paul for being an outstanding person after I had a horrid experience with the pharmacist XIAO & the assistant . Worst treatment ever Xiao wasnt even listening to my questions. She is NOT customer friendly or maybe she is to certain customers of different races. She acts like people are drug seeking. An MD PRESCRIBED A MEDICATION FOR A VALID DIAGNOSIS..... YOURE A PHARMACIST STOP BEING JUDGEMENTAL YOU ARENT A DOCTOR... YOUR JOB IS TO DISPENSE MEDS AND KNOW SIDE EFFECTS, Contraindications and educating the patient about the medicine. Not making assumptions and decisions based off your personal biased & Judgemental decision. I hope corporate or your distract manager read these reviews. Youre a horrible person who makes patients/ clients: customers etc..... That need their meds minus your judgement and attitude. XIAO is Rude and not a nice PHARMACISTThese 1 star reviews about the pharmacy are ACCURATE ESPECIALLY IF YOU GO INTO THE STORE NOT JUST THE DRIVE THROUGH.... HORRIBLE EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONCERN.
The lines are long and I wish they would hire more cashiers so that the customers are not standing in line for this long period of time.
The pharmacist there is really nice and the tech are very nice but my girlfriend just had surgery so i purchased the food and was sitting waiting for her antibiotics and the manager was acting like i was stealing so i had to deal with a 9 month old while finding the receipt no apologies
Clean facility, friendly service, decent selection of products.
Before you buy and leave the store with anything check the expiration date. On 3 separate occasions I have left the store with drugs and food items that were MANY months past the expiration date. Complete negligence on the part of their stock team.Adding on to this review. Make that now 4 times I have visited this store and was about to purchase food items that were many months expired.
The cashier old lady is rude, if youre a cashier you should be nice and trying to be helpful to your customers, she acts like we are a burden to her and not happy to help, we say thank you and she doesnt even reply, we like cvs but we are forced to go somewhere else because of her
Nice store, big floor plan.
Amazing customer service and a really tranquil environment.
They hide photos of expired food that have been taken and posted. A friend showed me the many photos they have taken of expired food and said management doesn’t care when they report it.
Pharmacist are very kind and helpful
Horrible pharmacists & very slow.
I find almost everything, what I need. And it is fast attention.
