Great experience at this Verizon store!!! Every person working was very attentive to my issue. Cale was a super rockstar, not only did he figure out the problem, he completely resolved it for me. I was able to walk out of there in under 20 minutes with my phone working! The customer service at this store was beyond awesome. It was very refreshing to see because you just don’t get that type of help much places anymore.

Extremely rude intake staff, never going back. The intake person would rather discuss a bill with a patron whom can’t do anything anyway until they speak with a rep and let line build up to make wait times longer. Customer service at this store needs to be taught and practiced better. No wonder T-Mobile is the best when it comes a to service, so i will be switching to them. Sorry Verizon, your reps and lack of customer service left a bad taste with us. You just lost an 8 line account, but you wouldn’t care any way.

Horrible customer service. They push promos onto customers that they get commissions for. 5 people sitting around a desk while customers are waiting. Showed up, first person in line, still waited over 30 minutes. One employee is too cool for school and doesnt feel he should wear a mask. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Upgraded to two stars cause when I was finally seen Jermaine was cool.

I had a 3 oclock appointment and by 3:35 no one had assisted me. Meanwhile walk-ins were taken immediately by the store manager whose name I was told is Kevin. I questioned why he would take walk-ins instead of a customer who had an appointment and I was told its their policy. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and have 23 lines and was treated like garbage over someone that only wanted to buy a screen protector. It took over 20 minutes for that “screen protector” and they were still there when I walked out since I had another appointment. I know they were doing more than a screen protector and had simply lied to me. Please don’t give them any business unless you enjoy aggravation and being lied to.

I have visited this location twice and both times, they are disorganized. Yesterday we went in to add a new line, the lady covering the door, asked what we needed and we told her. She told us to have a seat, but at least 5 other people walked in and was helped before us. When we approached her about when were going to be helped,she said soon. At this point I, unfortunately, had to make a scene and at that point we finally got help. Andre, our agent was very knowledgeable and very polite, he was awesome.

The store seems to not understand how to update their store hours in Google and confirms the WRONG hours. For the 2nd time, Ive showed up after 6 pm and they are closed, even though their listing says open till 7pm.... ITS RIDICULOUS!

Didnt have the phone I wanted in stocks. He said they would send it to me in 2 business days. I live in boynton beach fl. They sent it just to Rochester NH. With no address or zip code. Now have to go back to store wait in long line and get it sent back to me. Go to another Verizon store. Went in last sat. Told me they couldnt do anything. I called customer service. She said there would be an update in 24 hrs. Tues no update. Called back and was told nothing had been done. He said he overrode it and would have update in 24 hrs. Its fri now. Been with them 2 yrs. Should have never left metro. All the yrs I was with them never had a problem. Nor t-mobile before them

Horrific!Super rude, aggressive and most demianening in the world. Felt treatned and bulled. Terrible staff manager. We were ignored while young males were passed before us. We were even threatened. 2 senior citizens. Glad there was Vincent the only decent staff on site. The woman who said she was the manager was definitely the worse and more verbally aggressive of all.

So we went in and there was a lady there that seemed like her only job was to take the customers name and phone numbers to get them in so that we could wait our turn. Seeing that she only had that job because she was not helping any one else what so ever, she somehow messed up doing her only job and making us waiting longer then needed, taking in other customers who walked in after us. Then when it was brought up to her attention she tried and tell us “oh it’s alright usually the wait is a hour and half” which didn’t make anything better. Get better people

Its not the store, its the sales person you are assigned to. Bad, bad experience. We were assigned to a sales rep that was in a rush to get a personal call, thus... we were rushed through the transaction. We are faithful Verizon customers from 10 years ago. We look forward getting our phone upgrades when they are due. This guy did not explain the choices clearly, we were rushed, and we ended up with the phone we didnt want. To change it back to the phone we want, right there in the store, he wanted to charge us $50 for a restocking fee because he opened the box seal. We are not tech experts, we need to understand our choices and that is precisely the reason we chose to go to the store in person. This whole thing sucks and we are looking for a new provider that actually cares about its customers. How amazing the damage one person can do to a brand.

Terrible customer service. Was told a half hour wait when we arrived and it took over an hour and a half to be seen. No one advised us it was going to take longer. Literally wasted half a day here. They had 2 employees dealing with one family and only one other person here. This place is a joke. Shop online if you must or switch providers.

Not good. Sat for an hour and never got help. Like most telecommunication firms, they were more interested in selling expensive packages, than assisting a current customer with a problem. Customer retention isnt a priority until the customer leaves.

I had to come in last min for a new phone. The wait was long due to the high volume but the staff was working very efficiently. I was able to sit and work so I didn’t mind the wait it allowed me to observe the employees and I have to say with the frustration of many ppl; due to wait times they weren’t nec the kindest but all the staff were so kind thorough and patient regardless. I was very pleased with my experience here and appreciate Kevin and the other staff I interacted with today. I understand the challenges of working with the public during these challenging times and they did an exceptional job.

Went to this store during a week long nightmare with Verizon. I had spoken to about 8 different reps for a total of at least 5 hours and 3 separate trips to different stores. Ended up here and Kevin the manager assisted me and was patient throughout the whole process. He was very professional and worked through any errors that popped up. He fixed everything and ensured everything was connected properly. He ended my week long nightmare with lots of frustration. Thank you Kevin!!Also the rest of the staff was very friendly, professional and happy to help all the customers. It was refreshing to see. Great store with great staff 👍

Well I see from reviews that we weren’t the only ones with this issue. My husband, 3 month old baby, and I waited over an hour. Several of the team members were constantly looking at us so we know they knew we were waiting after checking in either the front person right away when we walked in. After 3 other people walked in after us and got immediate attention, we walked out. Completely unprofessional and Horrible customer service. We will not be back to this store.

The staff here was absolutely fabulous!! Mario went above and beyond to help me on two different occasions! He was outstanding!! He even helped me with questions about Boynton because I am new to town. Andre was awesome the first initial day answering questions over and over again! The entire staff waited an extra hour after closing to help me set up my phones ! Andrea who is security and the whole team waited patiently! Thank you again Mario, Andre, Rich, and Alexis for so much patience!

The worst Verizon store. Curbside pickup means you wait awhile to get wifi at the Verizon store with your Verizon phone and then you finally get told a representative will be right out with you order in hand, which really means you are going into store to get your order only to find 2 staff members and the store manager working with one customer to solve a $35.00 charge on his bill. At least they did not have the usual bouncer at the front door.

Some people were told wait times when checked in and some were not. 2 people got to skip the line without an appointment while other waited over an hour. 2 times when a representative got free with more a line inside the store and outside the store they clocked out instead of staying to help. Buying a new cell phone, not to mention switching carriers, is a nightmare for most of us. I had been with TMobile for almost 8 years with no problems. However the last 6 months were a nightmare! Ill spare you the details. So I went to Verizon, which I didnt think I could afford. I was blessed to have ANDRE BOONE help me! He was low key, patient, polite, soft spoken, and very knowledgeable. It was a pretty complicated process. He did not rush me, and it was clear that he really cared! No pushing, just a nice, quiet exchange! He looked up the best for me. Patience.... If youre even thinking about making a change, make sure you go to the Congress Ave. store and talk to ANDRE BOONE! Not all of these reps are the same. Speak to ANDRE before you decide.

Highly unethical and/or incompetent staff. And that was just their sales practices and tech knowledge. AVOID. Also, manager Rich had his mask off and even removed it to yell across the store to another employee. Very dangerous. I will be making formal complaints to Verizon corporate and consumer agencies. Had to make three visits and spend about 7 hours in the store to merely upgrade two iPhones. Deals were offered then they disappeared. Rebates were guaranteed then never issued until follow ups. Nightmare. oh, and weve been with Verizon for almost two decades.

Rude and lazy employees. They get confrontational with you when ask questions or point out things that don’t make sense.My advice go do business with any of version’s competition, instead of doing business with these guys. I would recommend AT&T for starters.To those that work at the store. Try to assist the customer in a polite and non-combative attitude, also explain things as you go to avoid possible miscommunication and frustrations. An informed is a good customer. This is my motto, working in the retail industry.

The man working there door assisting customers should be ashamed on how he handles himself, an interaction that left me the most frustrated I have ever been as a consumer. Great ExperienceThe Boynton Beach Verizon store (Congress Ave...very clean/sanitized) employees/managers were very helpful, considerate, well versed, understanding, had great personalities=customer service friendly.They (Tre and lady manager) were patient and calmed my nerves with becoming tech savvy with upgrading to a new phone.Even when I went back to purchase another device, Rich and Andre were totally on point. They (Rich) made an appointment for me right away and Andre made sure I was in and out in no time. I was concerned when I saw the number of poor reviews regarding this store. After visiting to get a new phone, I fully understand the issues. The staff are far more interested in selling product rather than the customer experience. Have had to go back and forth several times. We have bought equipment from 5 other Verizon stores, this has been by far the worst experience. Perhaps management should change the compensated system to encourage customer experience rather than just product.

Read all the posted reviews and since Verizons Boynton store is close to us, and they were offering 2 new I-phones for the price of one, and we both needed new phones, we felt that we needed to at least take a look. Matt Levy met us at the door, sat us down and talked us thru the current f for 1 promotion. Matt was patient, well trained, answered all our questions, and we took the plunge. I think many of the reviews were unfounded, and if you had to wait, you just went to the store at their busiest time. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, so the store was uncrowded. A pleasant transaction and were glad we went!

If you want to get ripped off walk into this Verizon store and enjoy being screwed. They will insist you need equipment you dont actually need and charge you fees without letting you know you are being charged them until after the fact. Verizon online and in the call center are wonderful and work with you to reverse the damage done by the store manager, Ricardo, and his team. If you are a Verizon customer or thinking of becoming one...use their online services before walking into this store. Unless of course you like being scammed and being treated like dirt.

I usually dont have a problem with this store, however, my last visit was a nightmare! I had purchased the galaxy s8+ and bundled the accessories. The screen protector fell off within the first week. I went back and they replaced it. It again fell off, returned that one also. One of the sales reps said to go the Zagg website and order the sapphire one. When it arrived I went to the store to have it put on. Harold was my sales rep, he was rude and disrespectful. He had never put the sapphire protector on. Instead of reading the directions and using the tools that came with it, he just winged it. He ruined it, it was full of bubbles, scratched and peeling off the top. When I said that didnt look right he turned to his fellow associate and said thats what you get for doing a favor for some people . Excuse me, but if the screen protectors you sell didnt fall off, I wouldnt have had to order one. It cost me $50.00 plus shipping. Another sales rep said to leave the case off for 24 to 48 hours to let the protector settle on the phone. I followed his advice, even though it didnt make sense to me. Never should have listened to him. I dropped my phone and the back cracked and chipped. And to no surprise, Verizon wont do anything about it. My phone is one month old and looks horrible!

On Saturday, Feb 24, I visited this store with a crazy problem concerning my billing and charges that I felt were unfair. The charges were on a credit card for a phone that arrived damaged and not working. Then another charge for my actual new phone that works very well.I waited to see the manager of the store, John Ramsey, expecting to have a difficult time explaining my issue and receiving my money back for the phone that did not work. After I explained the situation, Mr. Ramsey, asked me to call my credit card company and he would explain that the charges should be removed. He did not see or try to see, my cc information and when the customer service agent came on the line, I explained to her what was going on and Mr. Ramsey asked me to allow him to talk to her. In a very short period of time, Mr. Ramsey had the full cost of the new phone eliminated from my credit card. I am writing this, because so few of us compliment business employees for a job well done. I went in there expecting to have a problem and had absolutely none. Kudos to Mr. Ramsey for outstanding customer service support!!! Thank you again John!

The, or a Verizon store is not conducive to discussing ones plan with a sales rep. Hes holding the laptop with the information. I had to listen. We were on uneven footing and he had the advantage. It was very plain that he worked for Verizon and was looking out for their interest; I was on my own. All in all, it was a waste of day.

By far the worst Verizon experience I have had. Visiting from NY looking to upgrade my phone. The wait was less than I was told which was great but the person that assisted us was not great. I got a bad vibe from the introduction but continued to ask about assisting me. This was like pulling teeth to gain ANY knowledge of the phones and the information he was telling me was also false. I even made a comment about one of the phones and the reviews and he said well its only been out for a month...its been on the market for three. Everytime we asked a question it took forever to answer and was not very knowledgeable to assist with my upgrade. I ended up going elsewhere where my business was appreciated and handled more professionally.

We opened a business account with 5 lines on 9/26. 2 phones each received a 300 credit for the trade ins, 2 had a bogo promotion and one was to get a 500 credit for the trade in. A few days after the contract we receive the 300 credits. I do not get the 500 credit yet which was odd. I also get an email with a gift card that was not part of my promotion. I call the sales rep MARIO who assure me my credit will be processed within 2-3 billing cycles. And that the gift card was generated in error. Another month goes by and nothing. I call Verizon and was told by a call center rep that it takes longer to process the 500, but she assures me she sees the credit. Another month passes and I call again after no credit. Was told they don’t see anything in the system, that I need to contact the store. I call and speak directly to MARIO. He remembers me and asked if he could call me back as he needed to look into the issue. He then text me saying he needed more time to review. A week goes by and Mario never returned a call or text. So I go to the store. The manager on duty let’s me know my phone was not elegible for a 500 credit. This promotion was not available for the model I purchased. This is January and this is when you realize your sales rep screwed up?? Fine give me my phone back, I would never have given it to you for 155 dollars. Ok give me an equivalent to replace my phone. Sorry can’t do that either, so what are you going to do? This is theft and deception. They will resens the gift Card that was originally sent that I never used! Now my attorney and their senior management team can review. I am totally disgusted

Matt was who helped me waste $50. I came in looking for a replacement phone because mine was ruined due to water damage, after getting all my information and going threw all the procedures, he helped me purchase a new iPhone 7 for $24/month, ~$500. But Matt failed to tell me that my insurance plan for my phone would replace my broken phone for only $150. So after ordering the iPhone 7 and later ordering my replacement 6s from the insurance, I went to return the iPhone 7 to the store where I was told that I would get my money back, except for the $50 as a restocking fee! So at the end of the day I lost $50 extra dollars for no reason when Matt should have told me about my insurance plan replacement. A waste of my time and my hard earned money. Avoid the short Matt with the short haircut, he seems nice but aparently he won’t give you all the details to actually help you.

I now know why there are so many single-star reviews for this store. Its a waste of brick and mortar. First visit, the sales rep was more interested in talking sports with his colleagues than figuring out why data wouldnt download to my new iPhone. One the second visit, he was more helpful and, with the help of Apple tech support, helped resolve the problem. I did however have to go home and plug my phone into iTunes to complete the download because the store didnt have a computer with iTunes access. At one point, after he blamed my old phone for the cause of the problem, I became so frustrated I asked to return the phone and was informed there would be a $50 re-stocking fee. Now, thats what I call customer service! Okay, three days later Im still working with Verizon tech support to get my iPhone 7 working correctly. It shouldnt be this hard. Please if someone takes the time to go to a Verizon store, the staff should take the time to make sure all problems are resolved.

Dont waste your time going there. The so called employees know less about their products and how they work than I do. They best answer I got to my questions was gee I dont know. I am not familiar function. Had insurance speaker went out 2x. Had 2 moto2z phones. With insurance.. they have no more moto2z (wonder why) They have later models but could not get on. Now I am stuck with another galaxy. Terrible phone .. I was my moto stuck with the snap on battery. 63.00 only got that because they had no cases...RIP off no longer have ear buds. Cant wait until my contract is over. Contract is still in effect until my 600.00 moto is p aid off ......😝😝😝😣😆

Do not purchase from this store. I purchased my iPhone and my Apple Watch cash. I’m still paying for it two years later every mionth. No body knows where my money went. The store says call corporate and corporate says it at the store. Meanwhile where’s my Apple Watch and iPhone I been paying for. I bought these items twice.Someone from corporate need to intervene

Verizon just lost a long standing perfect pay customer with 2 phone lines. Customer service is everything and the manager at this location doesnt seem to give priority to customer service when I visited his store.
