Popcorn chicken was delicious. First time Ive had it from Publix, I usually buy chicken fingers. Publix chicken is usually top notch. No exceptions today.

Great shopping experience at this Publix location near Aberdeen. Smaller store than most but always well stocked and generally easy parking too. All the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly especially the bakery employees who always do a great job with the baked goods and custom cakes.

I messed up and need it A red velvet birthday cake I could not find it any Publix in my area or a substitute. I called Aberdeen the young lady in Bakery department was extremely helpful she was able to give me a red valve log cake and two large cupcakes for the birthday boy and his Girlfriend. Thank you for saving the day I’m so sorry I forgot to get your name. But I know you know who I am. You where my angel. Thank You

With many products, and fair good choices for a small grocery store. One can shop easily and quickly. Fresh produce and excellent customer service.

I love the subs, they are really good, but the service is ridiculously slow, doesnt matter who is there most of the time is ridiculous.

Smaller than most but everything you need can be found and the staff is always very helpful.

I was in habit of stooping every Friday night for deli sub (generally their special). Been tough to get waited on lately so Ive cut back. Last nite stopped at TWO Publixs and couldn get waited on. One, this store, had two workers, but one was doing callin orders, so effectively only one worker. The other store had a line. Didnt see how many workers. Im done. Goodbye Publix. I remember how helpful the store was during the hurricane but that goodwill is used up.

Not as many products as the one by my old house in nmb fl but the staff are always friendly especially Gabi if I have her name rt she is a cashier,everyone is friendly and helpful...I just cant believe its still more expensive than whole foods and fresh market,but they pretty much cover a to z so is what it is....😁 Hi Gabi😉🌻🌹🌻🌹

I have been shopping at this location for over 20 years, since I was a young child. This was always my favorite store to shop in until about 10 or so years ago. The customer service has plummeted each year for overf a decade. From Tarique(Who luckily is gone after 3 or 4 years) trying to leave early at the liquor store, to the cashiers and shopping cart guys who make sure not to make eye contact, this place has really lost what made it successful to begin with. I dare not even mention the laughable deli that makes the DMV seem like theyre trying lol. What a shame. I still love the BOGOs though.

I went in about an houemr ago looking for wine there was none of what I wanted on the shelf the guy working the wine section didnt get his name but he went above and beyond to find the wine I was looking for pulled a case from the back for me Great Job!!!!!

I love this Publix, parking is great and even though it is smaller than the one I usually shop at, they always have everything in stock that I need. They also have a nice selection of grab and go items near the deli, many more choices that the bigger Publix stores.

Avoid the deli there. I have never once had a good experience, mainly with the managers.Today I ordered a full turkey sub on white but I only wanted half the amount of turkey on it. Nobody knew how to charge me for that. One person said charge her for half of a sub but double the meat. I was like but Im not getting double the meat so why would I pay for that. Needless to say, they had to call the deli manager. She came over and I explained the situation. With attitude she said u can either pay for a full sub, the regular price ($7.99) or you can pay for half of a turkey sub ($5.99) and half of a veggie sub ($4.59). So my choices were to pay either $8 or $10.50? Literally, all I had on this sub was half the amount of turkey, a little lettuce and a little onion and thats it. It was barely a sub. The manager was like well those are your choices which do u want (again all with attitude). She proceeded to tell me that they dont charge for half the amount of meat so I can either pay one of the prices she gave me or basically not get anything.Ill be honest, the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the employee who was originally helping me was very nice. Otherwise I would have only given 1 star.I would rather go completely out of my way to a different publix deli then to go back to this one! Again, AVOID, ÀVOID, AVOID!!

Chris in the Meat Department is the true definition of a Publix Team Player. He has helped me plan many meals over the years. Most notable, my Christmas Eve dinner I do for my husband. Just today, in the middle of the busy holiday season, Chris helped me over the phone. He was passionate about my dinner and wanted to provide the best experience for us. He spent 10min on the phone with me going over my options. He even saved me money!!!! I will always be thankful for Chris and his exceptional customer service.Lauren

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Christopher in the meat dept is great . Lois and Dale in checkout is super also. The only issue is in the parking lot. I have never seen a bunch of people so lazy not to return there shopping cart. They will spend 10 minutes trying to wedge up on the lawn when the building is only a 5 minute walk and forget about following traffic signs . What those red things with four letters oh a stop sign.

Usually an enjoyable experience at my local Publix until meeting Dennis tonight. He was “uncomfortable” returning $34 worth of items without the receipt and then was unwilling to use the card in my hand to look up the receipt. I have never been outright refused service at any store and it was the last thing I expected from Publix. After years of saying how it is the only place I buy groceries, I guess I have to change my tune.

Had a good experience there today.. nice employees too...They had ham and roast beef at the deli...The Publix at the Fountains hasnt had it for 2 weeks.

I have been shopping this Publix for over 15 years. I dont go regularly($$$), but this store always has what I need. Staff is always friendly and available. Liquor store next door is definitely a plus!

Usually my favorite Publix location in Boynton. Easy in and out. Usually stocked. Bogos are main reason I shop here. You can also use Western Union and pay FPL account. During Covid, enter at the right and exit left side by shopping plaza and follow the arrows.

I shop at this location on a regular basis and, generally, receive good service. However, tonight I was treated very rudely by the cashier. I purchased several discounted/ticketed items and she rang them up incorrectly. When I brought the error to her attention (matter of factly, yet nicely) she acted like I was being a bother. No apologies or smile or thank you. I have been led to believe that Publix values customer service; yet, I certainly did not feel served tonight. I am very disappointed.

Made a 6.69 bygo mistake, had to go back wait for them to check and return my money. Then locked the doors near my car in a handicap spot so I had to cross the store twice to get out. I think Publix is priced like a big convenience store anyway. Will have to be more careful.

I love this Publix! I have been shopping here for 15 years. It is always clean, customers service is wonderful, their shelves are stocked well, and my family and I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Their hot food is great! Some of the employees have worked here for as long as I have been shopping here. That alone says so much.

Publix, where shopping is always a pleasure.Their motto is richley deserved.

This Publix Market leaves much to be desired. Since restocking the entire store they have simply reduced the inventory (small,difficult to find displays) to increase the variety of products. There is little rhyme or reason to the location of products. They are frequently ‘out of stock’ of sale items by 9pm. Many of the employees have a ‘chip on their shoulder’, seldom giving the customer the benefit of the doubt.In contrast, Danny, the pharmacist is always available, with a smile, knowing many of his patients by name.Have been shopping here only when absolutely necessary.

Great customer service

Looking for pkg of large frozen shrimp in the fish section. Had to ask Publix fish worker where it might be. He directed me to another frozen food aisle that did not list seafood on the aisle menu, but was near the breakfast section. Also, I thought it was close enough for supper shopping to get the Publix maple bourbon rotisserie chicken. There were none in the case, so I asked the deli lady and she said it would be another half hour until the chickens were done cooking. As I continued to shop and completed my shopping list, I returned to the deli where that same nice lady wrapped a freshly cooked maple bourbon rotisserie chicken for me. I wish I knew these 2 very helpful Publix employees names so management could properly thank them. I did thank them myself.I thought the aisle switching was done but every time I go to my favorite Publix it seems like there are even more changes. Did the powers that be even bother to consult customers as to where it would-be the easiest place to find products? In several different stores the Sargento Balanced Snacks are always in a different area. Im glad they are refrigerated so at least it narrows it down. Go to several different store and see what I mean about being in different sections and see how long it takes to find them. I pity the busy working Mom or Dad trying to find things. During the course of shopping I see many confused looking faces ad we look at each other and shake our heads. Life is stressful enough without having to go on a scavenger hunt every time I go to Publix. Seriously!! Thank you for the opportunity to sound off.

This Publix is my favorite one. The employees are friendly, helpful and professional. No matter what my shopping list is I always wind up purchasing more and not less. The BOGO selection is great. The produce dept is outstanding. The deli section gets crowded at times, but always moves quickly. The wine section is well stocked with something for everyones taste and budget.

My first time in this location. The two employees a woman and a young man, in the deli seemed dazed and confused. Both were moving so slow. I ordered a meatball and an Italian sub. First he had to send another employee to get meatballs. Which he slops the sauce all over the outside of the sub roll. He puts the meatball sub in the toaster oven. Then tells me hes going to have to cut the salami for the other sub. I say ok, he just stands there. As hes cutting the cooked sub. Which would be cold by the time he made the non heated sub. I hear the other sandwich maker say, theyre out of tomatoes. Ummm... Were in a grocery store. I say, well... I wish I had known that. I dont want a sub without tomatoes. And to please just cancel my order. That Ive already waited wayyy to long for. He didnt seem to understand why I wouldnt want one sub when I needed two. Checking out I asked to speak to a manager. The cashier called the manager twice before I just left the store. Ordered a pizza on my way home. I wont be returning to this location.
