Where Shopping is TRULY a pleasure. The Staff is AMAZING and goes out of their way to help you find items. Ndia in the Deli actually remembered me from about a Month ago and sold me Pulled Pork even though she was breaking down the Hot and Ready to Eat Station. I shop this store all the time, love it and the Great Staff.

Holiday dinner we picked up chopped liver the previous day... it tasted very sour and 3 of us got food poisoning. Date is clearly good.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING they sell rotten food to customers. Stay away from this store.

Very small with aisles that were narrow compared to other Publix stores. Publix is building a new store right across the road and for good reason.

Great supermarket! Was getting items to make dinner and Frank the Butcher gave me some tips on what I was cooking and what meat to use- turns out I was doing it all wrong and he set me straight, my family’s meatball recipe never tasted so good! Thank you Frank!

This is a small community Publix with a very clean store and attentive cashiers and baggers.

Has all the items i need always have adequate parking. Two banks in the same shopping center, bank of america and chase.

Went here at 8:40 when they close at 9 and they denied me at the door saying they are closed. Hello it wasnt 9 yet! thanks for wasting my time and making me drive to another publix that actually stays open till they actually close at the right time!!not before so you can go home early. SHOPPING IS NOT A PLEASURE THERE!

This is a store that takes care of the customer. They are always willing to help you to your car with your groceries 😉.

We were nervous about going because of covid19, try to avoid supermarkets in general but we only wanted a few items and decided to go through the store quickly. We did get in and out very quickly, easily finding the items we came for and pleased to see that they had it in stock. Well organized and stocked store.

Very busy plaza especially after work. Publix was clean, food appeared fresh and shelves were well stocked. Checkout lines moved quickly. Most people were wearing mask.

The bread 🍞 wings are the best

Place it to go order a Jacobs. Ordered a pint of matzo ball it was ice cold ordered three bagels got one. ordered a quarter pound of Nova gave me a half pound. Service horrible. Brought everything back got my money back went to Publix and bought two subs and a quart of homemade vegetable spent less than I would have at Jacobs and it was a 10.

This Publix has the absolutely worse deli I have ever been to. Every single worker in the deli totally ignores you when you are there.. I literally work right across the street from this Publix and it takes 30 minutes just to get a sub or even chicken wings. They have the worse customer service every. On top of that they allow flies to fly all in the bread case for the subs.. Staaaaaaaay Away

Ive shopped this store for 5 years. Today I decided to go shop and get a deli sub while I was there. It was the worst experience Ive ever had anywhere. It was noon on Sunday and the deli was crowded. They had the slowest servers making sandwiches. The line is very unorganized. The sandwich line should be one single file so when sandwich maker is done, the customer who has been waiting the longest goes next. They should have a number system like they do for getting sliced deli meats and cheese. They could do letters instead of numbers to keep it from being confused. Once I got to the counter and placed my order the woman told me I had to wait for someone else because she didnt have time to cut the meat. It then took the man 15 minutes to make my sandwich. In the meantime a very rude customer had come up very close behind me. They deli asked who was next and he said he was. I knew it was the elderly woman next to me and said she was next. He insisted there were two lines and that he was next. I said she was elderly so she could go next. It made for a very unpleasant experience for the very few times Ive used the deli in my 5 years shopping here. I will use Subway. At least its organized.

Found some great deal today, buy one get one free is always good. And I contributed to the in need of food. 5.00 can feed someone that in need.

The Deli department is shameful. Three people were making sandwiches and I wanted some sliced meats. The manager was doing inventory or something, I asked if she could help me, I was told she doesn’t slice the meats, I would have to wait for one of the other workers. It was lunch time, after 10 minutes, I left.When I am fortunate enough to get someone to help me. I try to buy corned beef. On two occasions they told me they were out of it. Went back the next morning and the manager tell me they are never out of it. Who do you believe. When I send my husband to get sliced corned beef, they usually have sliced it from the side instead of the correct end, and it is loaded with fat and tough. When I point it out to them, they hold up the meat and show me that they are cutting it from the end it says to use, like I can read the label, I can barely see over the counter. As far as the slicing goes, it is never sliced the way they show you with the sample. The thicker it is sliced the tougher the meat.We had to stop shopping there, and still go for prescriptions, because they are caring and helpful. Best pharmacy in Boynton Beach. A lot of my friends who live near that store won’t shop there either because of the deli department. A friend of mine applied for a job there, but they said she didn’t score high enough on the test. Some people aren’t good test takers. This friend worked in food stores forever. I feel she was discriminated against.I also wouldn’t buy any fruits or vegetables at that store. The strawberries look ok, but when you get them home, they are poor quality and the ones on the bottom are always rotting, or have hair growing on them. Who’s watching the store?Get your act together.

Publix is the only store that makes sandwiches for customers that are not even in their store. They see a line in the deli and they ignore you and continue making sandwiches for people that arent even here yet. Dont know why I shop Publix. Cant wait for another supermarket chain the open

I am a Mid Atlantic person, so Wegmans will always be the best grocery, but Publix has made me miss them only a tiny bit. This store, in particular, has great employees and their pharmacy service is excellent.

The people who work at this Publix unlovely helpful professional people. The store is old and unfortunately looks at other products are fresh and it is set up differently than any other Publix so if youre used to finding things quickly it may take some getting used to.

Prices ridiculous

This is my local supermarket in which I do my shopping. I usually find all I want at a reasonable price and the people working there are very courteous. I like the layout of the supermarket which makes it easy for me to buy my produce.

Im a Publix man I visit at least 7 different stores a week but some treat me like garbage why dont know!! But this store is great the cashiers at the service desk are great! Its all you want is to be treated the way you would treat them!! Love this store but I work around Palm Beach so Im forced to go to other stores!:(

I want to say that I love publix. I shop at a different one that is 5 minutes away from this one every week. I had to go in the opposite direction today so I ordered a sub online t9 swing by and pick up. I arrived 10 minutes after it was supposed to be made and it wasnt ready. I stood in line for a few minutes and looked at the time which was now 6:08pm, 23 minutes after it was supposed to be made and no one even said hi to me. I had to leave. I left without my sub but I had to grab the already made subs which costs more because I needed a whole sub and made me buy 2 of the already made sub that doesnt taste as good.

Shop here all the time, in and out.

Always a nice place, very well kept. Deli Dept was good today, some days there are rude people working. Easy check out, but that will change when snowbird season sets in.

Deli is PATHETIC, speak in front of you in different languages and dont even try not to be obvious about it. Laughing and mocking people that complain. It is not just one occasion either. I, unfortunately because of time and proximity, have to shop here and no exaggeration, EVERY time they are slow and incompetent. They replace things you order(example I order Boars Head Londonbroil and they switch it for just whatever is open or out and more convenient like Publix roast beef) just plain lazy and if you dare complain they mock you in Creole. Also, another trick they pull is to cut the first slice thin then get your approval and switch the thickness and you end up with a bunch of slabs of meat for sandwiches so they dont have to work as hard cutting more slices. Really I could write pages on the deli alone. I have told the manager before but they dont care plus, just makes it awkward if you are in there everyday. The only redemption this store has is that it is clean. If it were up to me I would pull a Trump and tell them all YOUR FIRED! LOL

Ridiculous prices

The only game in town for fresh produce. Deli and Rotisserie chickens while Palm Beach County business recovers from Hurricane Irma....this Woolbright area Mkt is first to get its act together....terrific.

I work nearby, I make purchases here several times a week- sometimes multiple times in a day. The staff is generally friendly and amazing and normally I feel very welcome there- But I had a bad experience with one of the managers that left a very bad taste in my mouth. On my short break I rushed over there to purchase something, and went to check my wallet to make sure I had enough. I didnt realize I was being FOLLOWED (I had only been inside the store about a minute- I knew what I needed and where it was and I needed to get back to work) until I heard someone beind me say that I shouldnt carry a backpack because its suspicious. I told the employee that I come here almost daily to make purchases, and they still insisted that I was being suspicious. I understand how loss prevention works and this is NOT the way to treat a regular, paying customer. This is the first time something like this has ever happened to me and after that Id honestly rather just go to a different store than be treated like a thief when I give this store my hard earned money almost every day.

I generally shop this location even though I live closer to another Publix whos service is just lousy. Everyone one at this location is helpful when needed and always polite. Very customer oriented.

Horrible staff in Deli and Seafood at nights! 1. They cant understand you (or pretend like they cant). 2.They speak Creole in front of non-creole speaking customers while they purposely ignore customers standing behind them. 3.Seafood dept. Will pick out the smallest pieces for you when youre shopping for seafood thats sold by the piece NOT lbs. I had to ask the guy to switch out my pieces and give me the ones that were actually closest to him which he purposely skipped because they were bigger and AGAIN, he was trying to act like he did not understand. Afterwards had an attitude as if he were taking them home. 4. Do not expect your online orders to be ready on time in deli department. 5. They are lazier than a sloth. If you ask for yellow american and they have to cut it, they simply will just give you another cheese OF THEIR CHOICE. Do not expect them to toss chicken tenders in Buffalo sauce because theyre tooo lazy for that too. They did not even add Buffalo sauce to the sub, just dry. Also ordered another meat they usually dont have cut and they replaced it with some thing else! Every time I visit them I expect problems and theyre great at not disappointing me on that one! Never fails!

We love this Publix so much every time we go we feel better after having been there the cashiers and the managers and the other stuff are all wonderful!
