The store is always well organized and there is usually something for every event sold there and Sue my cashier was extremely kind and seemed to really enjoy making peoples day better.

Love this Target, staff is always friendly and never wait at the lines. Products quality is great! You get what you pay for but it’s worth it at this location.

Shopping last minute for some groceries for date night for me and the girlfriend and couldnt find The Garlic for the life of me. In the produce aisle employee named Kevin saved my date night and help me found not only the garlic but recommended me to get some cheesecake for the girlfriend as well. Best customer service as well as the teller Bonnie really made sure I enjoyed the rest of my day.

This Super Target has to be the best kept secret in all of Boynton Beach. It was my first time here and I would have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Not only is this placed well stocked but so well kept.Every shopping cart was sanitized and placed within reach of arriving customers. The prices for groceries are very reasonable and competitive. The aisles are spacious and the items on the shelves are organized properly.I will be doing my groceries here going forward.

I usually prefer to shop online. But there are somethings you need to try on for size. I thought Target would be more organized than Walmart.The clothes racks for womens bras and bathing suits were all a mess. Sizes, brands, styles all mixed. And not the clearance racks. In the regular prices too. Makes finding items quickly frustrating. It was completely disorganized.

The cafe dining area was just gross. Trash all over the floor. Every table covered in grime. And it wasn’t even busy (most of the tables were empty). They just do not bother to clean.

I had a very nice experience. I needed help with a heavy box and everyone from the sale clerk to the the clerk at the cash counter and even the guy they called to help me to my car they were all very pleasant and friendly and helpful.

Pretty big Target with a wide selection. It has tons of parking as well, but it can get quite crowded.

This was my first time using the drive up pick up and could not have had a better experience. Shopping on the web site was super easy, the order came out almost immediately after I pulled in, the young lady who delivered the order was extremely efficient and friendly.

Target is one of my shopping alternatives, however, I have not been pleased with the customer service. Prior to Targets most recent makeover, the store offered 25 lanes to check out....last year, they renovated adding more self check out registers and reducing the staffed check outs to 12 lanes...unfortunately, my view of Target is not positive. As, indicated in the photos below, only 2 of the 12 lanes are lights on ready to check out the waiting lines of people. What is frustrating is having cold items and waiting more than necessary to check out. I was told to go to customer service to see manager, however, second photo shows folks waiting for customer service personnel that is not presently behind counter. I no longer expect good customer service at Target.

Although this target is always very busy I always receive such great customer service from their employees.

I placed my order online to be picked up at the store, didnt realize the bicycle I had ordered was not going to be already assembled. Natalie White and the other associates, I believe Marissa, were amazing! They had the bicycle put together by another associate last night guaranteeing my son will have his bike in time for his birthday on Friday! Their customer service was simply amazing! All three employees should be commended for doing a fantastic job!

This target is my second favorite in the area due to the parking lot but the most conveniently located. This one is close to everything. It shares a parking lot with Best Buy and Michaels and is close to so many other stores and restaurants. Anything you may need is within 5 minutes. With that said this parking lot is one of the craziest but inside this target it is very fun and exciting you feel more rushed to get what you need and leave, where as west boynton location is more of a quiet store where you can walk around entire store. Great deals Coupons and gift card offers on the target app. There is a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside. Lots of great stuff and you will always buy something that was not on your list.

I been in this store second time this week. I came back to buy another sweater and again same woman been standing beside me folding some sloth and so angry looking at me talking Spanish. I felt so bad, why even have so bad employees

I called before I drove to the store to make sure they had what I needed. I was told that they did but I could not find it once I got there. I asked the desk for help but no one would help me to double check for me. Does Target not help people or did they just not want to help me. I drove 40 minutes for nothing. Im not going here again...this trip was too aggravating and disappointing.

Love Target...Dont love the new layout of this particular Target but its always clean and staff is always well mannered. I shop at this location and Wellington South location all the time. I would drive for miles and miles to avoid shopping at Walmart.

I tried calling this store multiple times over a few hours and it just rings and then hangs up, so I figured Id leave a review instead. This Target is very nice and clean when you arrive and the staff is friendly, however their organization is shameful. I ordered 2 pairs of headphones online for in-store pick-up. They could only get one and the other pair was not found (meaning someone bought the last two before my order could be prepared) which was super disappointing. Anyways they proceeded to charge my card for the second pair of headphones I did not receive and I cant even get someone on the phone to help me. It might also be worth mentioning that this Target is 45 minutes from my house, and I drove there because that was the closest store that had the headphones. So yeah.. Im quite disappointed.

Don’t bother buying shoes from here! There’s no price tags on any shoes, box or shelf and no one around to get a price check! So it’s a total waste of time and there’s plenty of other places nearby that show prices on the box, the shoe and the shelf.

Terrible! Food stocking is always depleted for the past three months. I use to shop here every week for food and drive up from Boca Raton due to the fact that I loved it do much. However, I am beyond fed up with the lack of accountability over this matter and how ongoing this has been occurring. I will be switching to Publix or Whole Foods for my grocery needs going forward, it is definitely worth the extra amount for a better experience!

I like the open-ness of the store.....shopping is a pleasure there. There is masses of space and things are well-arranged, in neat, tidy rows. Its nice to wander about and its hard not to find good quality merchandise to buy!

Better than shopping at a department store, pleasant lighting, great display in the home area for ideas, and bathrooms are super clean. I never leave without spending $100 minimum.

They put a limit of three on a clearance item they had that they can’t get rid of that they had twenty of. No wonder they can’t get rid of them🤷🏻‍♂️

I always leave the store with more than what I actually need. It isnt a bad thing as there are so many great things and offers to choose from. The app allows me to save on great products too.

This target is lovely to shop at ! I love it! However if you plan on returning anything? Don’t. You’ll get the nastiest attitude from the associates. It makes you feel horrible bc no matter how nice you are. They’re clearly angry. Not all of them are like that and most of the associates are cool but im sure you can find a better target!

What can I say? Its Target. Its got what you expect from Target, except for polite staff. Im sure most people here are awesome, but the lady at the self-checkout was extremely rude when I accidentally scanned a gift too many times (it scanned three times immediately). She was an older middle-aged white woman whose nametag said Meredith if Im not mistaken. She had a very hostile attitude when she had to help me unscan the Legos I bought for my nephew, and I was just totally baffled by it. Completely unnecessary. I didnt argue with this lady.Im not one of those people who freak out at cashiers needlessly. I worked at a Target as a Cart Attendant when I was younger, and a whole bunch of other customer service-related jobs. Otherwise, the place is just what you would expect from a Target I guess.

Everything went smooth, target employees were nice & practice proper PPE.

Today I went to target to do a simple return and exchange. Whew, I was wrong. Target is clean, bright and organized. Things are easy to find. The people who work here are polite, cheerful, helpful and professional. They never make me feel as though Im inconveniencing them when asking for assistance. I currently boycott certain stores whose workers treat the customer with disdain. I also like the quality of Targets merchandise.

Boynton Beach East store big and usually clean and organized. The issue is re: covid precautions. Noticed several women walking around without masks today. When I asked one to put hers on, she declined, She said she wasnt going to wear one. When I asked the gentleman at the front door about people not wearing masks, he said they offer to give them one,.When I saked what they do if the person refuses, he shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Really??? I did not realize that wearing masks in public in Palm Beach County was only a suggestion!

Whats the most convenient experience I have ever had. The employee was already walking into the parking lot before my car was even in park. I didnt even know this option existed and now I am going to use drive up and tell everyone I know about it. just amazing!!!!

Great selection of stuff to buy, reasonable prices, helpful staff. Its the whole package. Also, kudos to Target for having mannequins that wear size 10s and 12s along with the mannequins that wear size 4 - that is so wonderfully refreshing! And big, blown up posters on the wall that show natural women with a bit of cellulite and some stretch marks on their thighs or bellies - YES! Thats what we really look like and every time I see those things in Target, I feel affirmed. Thanks for the body-positive vibe, Target!!

Gabriela rocks! We were there last Sunday and it was packed. We got in line for a cashier and it was very long. Gabriela saw us and helped check us out with her mobile checkout cart, and we were out of there in no time! Super friendly and helpful. We try to use real cashiers as much as possible. What a creative way to expedite the process.

Visited Target in Boynton Beach, FL during the hectic search for groceries during the current chaos. Found what I needed and was greet by a lovely, joyfilled young lady manning the self checkout (only line open). I wish I would had seen her name or asked her what her name was but she had a shirt with the word Blessed and she sure was blessed. The young lady made she to share her joyful and blessed spirit with all who came through those lines (which were packed by the way!) She was efficient and smiling the entire time. She needs a raise! Thank you Target for hiring her.

Amazing customer service.

10 to 12 people in line at each register right now. Arent these the companies that were complaining about losses during the pandemic. Hundreds of people in the store and theres probably 6 cashiers. Its not worth buying four or five items and spending an hour in line.

Target is very communicative and thorough. I have utilized their standard shipping, in store pick up, and shipt - and all of these have been great tools. The Boynton Beach location has wonderful staff and its beautifully designed, I love going there. A majority of the items in my home have come from Target

For the first time I experienced a situation that left me without words. I visited store on Congress and Boynton Beach and 1 register open plus shelf check outs.Went to self check and the person there attending said nothing when I expressed the glass was dirty and not scanning. No reaction on her part. Went to another, same. At that, I commented to her, arent you suppose to clean area between guest, no response. I finished my purchased, ask for Manager, no manager supposingly there at time. Walked out and not sure if I will be visiting this location again.

The young lady was ready for when I got there. It was very nice and she was super nice!

Very clean and organized. Able to maintain social distancing easily due to the layout. Cart handles were being cleaned before giving to incoming guests. Floors were marked at registers to show appropriate distancing.

I went to Target to do grocery shopping and spent over $200. When I was ready to check out I found no registers open except for self check out. I was taken aback by the number of people who were checking out in this small area. This totally flies in the face of social distancing. I was fortunate that a kind employee helped us scan our groceries. If she didnt help it would have taken me twice as long. Target should understand the Covid-19 measuresand help ensure the safety of both customers and employees.

This is most definitely the BEST Target location in the area!The selection of items in all departments throughout the store is massive, and the layout is very ‘easy-to-maneuver.’They have a beautiful ‘self-check out’ service area available on the grocery side, and all the register lines are quick-moving with minimal waiting!If that isnt enough, you’ll find that all the crew members at this location are extremely friendly and very helpful!I absolutely LOVE taking trips to this SuperTarget, and have never left feeling unsatisfied! 🥰🛍

The girl with blue hair is unprofessional and completely rude. Im not local, and didnt know that this Target even existed 24 hours ago, and when I followed the in-app directions for drive up pick up, she came out to my car and gave me a terrible attitude for not knowing that they have different rules than every other Target in the US about drive up pick-ups in the rain THAT ISNT ADVISED OR POSTED ANYWHERE.AND they dont answer the phone at this location seemingly at all.I would have given zero stars if possible.Next time, Im just going to Walmart.

Very clean store. Friendly staff & sales people. I was able to easily navigate my way around the store. Some of the items are not priced correctly & can be some what irritating if you are in a rush & have to wait for a price check.I do like how they have food court at the store. The Starbucks is defiantly an added plus. The items on sale are normally a steal. Other than the prices not being always accurate this is a pretty amaze store to shop at. Highly recommend.

Super Target has a lot of great options in the grocery section. Tons of options for vegetarians and vegans.

Ease of order and pick up

I am a regular at Target. It is my primary food shopping store each week! The store is always clean and staff are always restocking shelves. The customer service is friendly and helpful.

I went for a store pickup, and was waiting in a long line. I then asked the female associate if this was the line for pickup, as I saw them doing a return that was taking an experiential amount of time. She then said yes, and I asked if she would open another register. She then preceded with a no, the other associate was on his own, and she was going to lunch. This is unsatisfactory customer service from my point of view working in the medical field, and dealing with people all day long.

Everyone was so friendly and just ensuring fast service as well as making sure you have the best experience.

It was very easy for pickup. However, I would suggest that the online website be improved. I needed to return to the website three times before being able to place my order. It is not what I call a clean website.

I love Target but the amount of dogs riding in the shopping carts is revolting. I have a service animal, I’m not saying no to disabled patrons needing the use of a trained animal. However, that trained animal should not be in the shopping cart that I put my food in. It’s not sanitary and the workers there just don’t seem to care. I feel like every target should go through a training on ADA and service animal law so I don’t have to continue putting my food in a cart that has whatever was on the dog all over it

I was looking for cheese cloth for sprouting while I was there today and one associate looked up in his store guide and said it was in the kitchen section and almost walked with me and I said I will find it there and he did not have to walk all the way from the grocery section. I went to the kitchen section and asked help from another person there and he could not find it either. He was not ready to help anymore. Then I saw Mr. Tye pushing a cart with empty boxes coming that way and he looked up his guide and said it is not out there in the kitchen section but can get it from the back from the storage area and brought it for me.I thanked him and really appreciated his help. I think these kind of employees should be rewarded with something to show customer’s appreciation.
