The staff is polite and very helpful. Paid over 10k to get engine fixed. Car came back with more problems then it originally went in for. Owners blame age off car for everything going wrong after going to there shop. Very unprofessional, would not trust or recommend to anyone.Sent back twice paid additional cost for them to send it back with the same problem even worse. They wanted a separate diagnostics which we sent. Once we sent they said they needed to “properly diagnose it” we had to send Back to them at our cost again. Felt they took my money and have blamed it on other things . Untrustworthy

Had my N63 in my F10 550i seize, and came across Miami Engines and decided to give them a call. First of all, Ed was phenomenal. Secondly, they sold me a rebuilt N63 for a great price with a 2 year warranty, and arrived from Florida to New York in about a week and a half! Returning my old N63 was no problem, the process was just as easy and I got my core charge with no hassle from Miami Engines. Great business, thanks a lot!

My car was in a coma the entire pandemic and they completely resuscitated her when no one else could. The service was impeccable: I was notified of the process the entire time, they were down to earth, they even called me to provide updates. Did I mentioned they gave me full service, just like a huge BMW dealership does??? I am never going anywhere else! Very happy I gave them a shot with my business, as in the past I’ve only gone to BMW for any servicing. My entire display unit went blank the day after a scheduled servicing with one of the local dealers, and they gave me a very large quote while saying they didn’t even know if that was the problem. Not happy, I took my 535i to Miami Engines. I worked with Ed the entire time, and right from the time I first walked in the door I felt welcome, and not like a number. Ed communicated during the whole time with updates, and answered the phone every time I called. I got a better price, and they fixed the problem while also letting me know what I’ll need in the future. They even were able to get some curb rash on my rims fixed good as new, which was one of those things that was bothering me for a while but never got around to. This place will now be the only place I bring my BMW to for anything. Well done, you have a new customer for life. Don’t hesitate, use this place!

So glad I found this place! These guys know BMWs. There is no cappuccino machine. The bathroom looks like a gas station. There are engines everywhere. But if you want your bimmer serviced and fixed right for a fraction of what the botique shops charge...this is the place. They do performance work, but I used them for several service items on my 2002 325ci and Im very satisfied with the work they did and the cost. Highly recommended...particularly for older BMWs that have service items that tend to be expensive.

This is my 5th Generation BMW 3 Series and I’m a person whom don’t trust certain Garage Outfits, but I have had Paul working on my Cars for year’s due to I had issues with many BMW Technicians in the past few decades with rectifying issues I would have to go over and over again for the same issues that I brought it in for one issue then I find myself going back continually for! I was fed up and The General Manager for that specific BMW Dealership said that Paul was the best man for the job!! When you see both Paul & Joel working you see he Enjoys what he does, his passion shows while he’s delivering his service, both Paul and Joel are “Amazing” with there Identifying and Rectifying the issue or Issues you may have, Quality, One Time Service, Professionalisms was Superb!!! They show you what’s wrong and causes and Effects so you feel confident in their service! Prices are Phenomenally Inexpensive and affordable for a man who has trouble with Maintaining such a high end vehicle. I have not worried about maintaining my car because Paul advises me with also preventative maintenance so I don’t run into issues in the near future. Had my engine replaced on my 2013 BMW X3 with the 2.0 turbo and it was a great experience. I live in Tampa so I was worried that I was sending my vehicle via transport service to an unfamiliar repair facility for a $6k repair. I could tell over the phone that they had experience with my vehicle and specific failure. The repair was fast with frequent communication. The vehicle was returned to me when they promised. I would send my vehicle again.

I have sent two vehicles to Miami Engines for repairs that other local BMW shops could not fix. Not only did I receive the vehicles back in a timely manner, they were fixed right the FIRST time and at reasonable cost. If you have ANY BMW concerns don’t waste your time calling around and call Pawel and Joel as their performance and customer service is stellar.

My BMW E39 540i needed a new water pump, or so I thought. First, I took the car to a BMW shop that Id rather not mention. At this BMW shop, I was told the repair would be at least $7K, because it was not just the water pump but also valley pan leaking, plus all the hoses, etc. I was advised to just sell car as is and cut my losses. So, I was going to do exactly that, just get rid off it. But, while looking on Offer Up, I ran into an ad by Miami Engines. I sent message and got a response from Pawel, the owner. He asked about the issue with the car and asked me to bring vehicle in for a diagnostic. I dropped off car the next day and in 2 hours Pawel called me back with an estimate. The total repair was $1,900. Car was ready in two days. Running better than ever. I have to mention that Pawel and staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I would recommend this shop to anybody who is looking for great service and price on your BMW.

They sell you an engine by telling you that the export price includes customs fees and transport costs, once the package arrives I am asked customs fees + vat + transport costs + shipping costs unloading + storage costs which are 5 euros per day, which represents between 2 and 3,000 dollars more !!! it is the price of the engine soon, and of course more responses from the boss on whatapp ... I strongly advise against this company and time that I would not have a positive response to my request I would leave this opinion here it is unfortunate to have to come here but i hate being taken for a pigeon !
