I just want to thanks Kyle for tuning my car. He’s a very great tuner and he has my 14 mustang 5.0 running against tuned 18 and up 10 speed mustangs. I’m running a boss 302 intake and jlt cai with stock exhaust and I have no problems running against intake and tuned gen 3s. I’ll definitely recommend palm beach dyno for any performance work. These guys are the best... Trevor hooked me up big time this thing absolutely rips! At first I was nervous because after the tune it was driving very rough and rich.. however after a quick revision it was running perfect. Car pulls super hard, good air flow and they get back to you usually within 24-48 hours so be patient it’s worth it.

Excellent engine tune and they had very fast response times after sending in data logs

I called and purchased a silver package tune and an sct x4.There are no instructions on what to do (just the sct instructions) being my first time I thought I had to wait for them to email me the tune. So, after the weekend I contacted them and was told it is already pre-loaded on the sct. I got it loaded but my car wouldnt start. I was emailing back and forth but Im sure theyre super busy as I wasnt getting emails back that quickly. Maybe one a day or so. Perhaps this is something you can bypass if you purchase gold or platinum. I was frustrated at one point because my car wouldnt start and I wasnt getting replies. Well, come to find out I had opened a new ticket instead of replying to the original email which made things take way longer than they should have. My bad. Mr. Shoemaker hit me up and wanted to do some datalogs. I told him my car wouldnt start and he asked me to double check a few things. I returned the car to the stock Roush tune and warmed the car up then flashed it back to the PBD tune and VOILA! She purring. Mr. Shoemaker had me do a few short drives and sent me 1 revision. THE CAR ABSOLUTELY FLIES! he said he was impressed by how well she was doing. And to be honest, Im elated. My car is doing things I didnt think possible. The unfortunate side is for my wallet because now Im hooked and want to keep going! Mr. Shoemaker is very knowledgeable and I appreciate PBD! I Reached out to Palm Beach Dyno about a tune request last week. I’ve gotten tunes from other companies and it took days. I got a message back within 10 minutes. Filled out my paperwork for what I wanted in a tune and It took no more than 90 minutes to receive my initial tune for my Paxton Mustang. Horrible customer service at this point, o2 sensors were bad and immediately Trevor blamed me saying I used e85 instead of 93 octane which was not the case. I even emailed him that was not right. Car is throwing misfire codes which I took to Ford over. STILL waiting for a response to emails I sent Trevor last week which he hasn’t responded to. I simply wanted to know if datalogs I sent were good enough to use for tune as I replaced the o2 sensors for him to use. Plenty of good tuners out there. Customer service is what separates them. Not pleased with these guys at all

Took my truck there to get some work done. said they could do it. so i get my money ready. they call me and say THEY ARE NOT COMFORTABLE DOING THE JOB. i guess they cant. or would not tell me the truth. their loss, they were going to make alot of money off me

I am sure they knew this review was coming since the day I ordered a procharger through them... I ordered a procharger and was told it would arrive within a 4-6 week period because their not directly connected to the company of procharger. I was repeatedly told that I would be getting updates from them, but I was the one always taking the initiative to reach out to them. I was told that procharger was waiting on parts that may have been on backorder, which is totally understandable, but dont promise a customer who is spending over $10,000 that it will be there if not 100% sure. Also, it is quite hard to understand how you spend this amount of money and do not receive any type of tracking number. With that being said, I was hoping the my experience with the tuning would be much better, but unfortunately AGAIN, I was not impressed one bit. For starters, the employees were just not good people. You would think when you enter a facility that you would be greeted, but here it is the complete opposite. I personally run a business myself, and this is definitely not the way to run one. But as I was saying, I had an appointment set for 10 AM and I was told that it may not be until 11 AM that my car will be on the dyno. I was completely okay with that, but it finally got on the dyno Id say around 1:30-2:00 PM. And sadly, this was not the end of it. For some odd reason, I guess I came off as a liar when I told them I made my payment to rarefab (the fabrication company that does installs right next door). I dont know if this is because I am 20 years old and it may seem hard to believe that I actually have income to make these types of purchases, but I did in fact pay rarefab (in paper cash). An employee at PBD said vulgar words towards me and my buddies because he did not know about the situation with the rarefab. To be exact, we are a bunch of fu**ing idiots. Dont stop just yet, theres more! As we are all said and done with the car being on the dyno, I was trying to get a copy of my dyno sheet sent to my email for my records. I see a little message pop up in the bottom left hand corner, that I am assuming is a group chat between all of the employees here at PBD and its a picture. This picture shows me and my buddies feet and this picture has a message tagged to it that reads something along the lines of this, if these kids were in high school when I was, they would get jumped five minutes after class. And I guess this was against my friend wearing crocs. I dont really seem to understand what the big deal is and quite frankly, why they even care. I guess at the end of the day I would say this company is very unprofessional and pathetic. They surely will not see my car at this facility again and maybe when I need a retune for my car when I run e85 with a few more bolt ons, I will consider MAK performance. I am sure these guys will have much more respect. Other than that, my tune is great... and I hope these guys learn something after reading this review. Enjoy!

Contacted the shop on a Monday asking for details and guidance on correcting a tuning issue with a supercharged 18 Mustang GT. Gentleman that answered the phone was very patient, professional, and willing to answer what, to him at least, had to have sounded like less than intelligent questions. He walked me through the order process and the RTD I needed to start the tuning process arrived a day earlier than promised. Another call for a hand holding session while I got the RTD and software configured and I had my baseline tune within an hour. By Friday the car was basically done and running better than it ever had in the past but I had a suspicion that I was getting some tip-in part throttle detonation. An email, a response within 5 minutes (5 minutes before closing time no less) giving me some datalogging request information and I was done. Sent the log in on a Sunday and by 25 minutes after they opened on Monday I had my fix.Cant recommend these guys enough if you are doing a remote tune!!!

My experience with Palm Beach Dyno has been nothing but pleasant. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and their tunes are top notch. I have both a 93 octane and a flex fuel tune for my 19 mustang gt and they both perform flawlessly and absolutely rip. Kyle Mason is the man thats been working with me and hes been excellent. The tunes are awesome, the turn around is quick, and theyre always professional and helpful every step of the way.10/10 definitely recommend!

I got two free tunes from Bama when I bought a tuner... Thought they ruined my car and then I got a palm beach dyno tune and my car instantly ran perfect. I had reached out to Bama saying my car was throwing lean codes and had a high idle. I checked over the intake install multiple times to make sure it was done right. Always second guessing myself when all it needed was a good tune fro palm beach dyno. Brought my car back and beyond its former glory. Right out of the box nailed it!

Will not recommend this place.I call for a intercooler line for my 04 cobra And the guy I spoke with Told me the only line that thay had was a 3 1/2 inch. Smh If you dont want to do business with customers just say it.

Loved the service, tune took a little longer than expected but that was completely my fault because I didn’t have my car ready. After getting the tune I noticed a much better MPG and better pull. Got a 93 tune for a 2014 Mustang GT with the Ngauge. Highly recommend this place and would definitely get another tune.

Rob at PBD was fantastic. I have a 2011 2.3 TVS coyote that wasnt able to be properly tuned be a previous company. The car was stalling constantly and became unsafe to drive. I was referred to Rob by a few friends that said he was the best and he surely delivered. Car runs great and doesnt stall anymore. Response times were great and Im extremely happy with the job they did. Ill be using PBD from now on and I highly recommend them for remote tuning.

I usually don’t leave google reviews (or any for that matter), but I feel compelled to do so given my outstanding experience @ PBD. From the minute that I arrived to the minute that I got off of the dyno 10 hrs later, I was treated as if I was a valuable long time customer of theirs - keep in mind that I’ve never met anyone from PBD before. I was having some “issues” on the dyno while getting a remote tune and these guys did everything in their power to help identify it and get it resolved. They even proposed to work on the car despite never having done so on this platform before just to rule out a spark plug issue, and even stayed well past business hours for me to ensure all is well with my car on the dyno (which it was). I can’t thank PBD and all of its staff enough for their generosity and support, and I highly recommend their services to anyone - local or not. Thank you!

Trevor, did a great job working with me on getting my 2015 Mustang GT (A6) lined out, after doing bolt-ons with 47# injectors and a 2018 manifold. The car is responsive and shifts firmly, the way I like. Very impressed with his patience to work until all issues were resolved and the tune was to my liking. I highly recommend Palm Beach Dyno.

Rob Shoemaker has been outstanding. He started tuning my truck remotely over a year ago. I started running 7.3x in the 1/8th when I finished my truck and he sent me a base file. With a few revisions and ZERO changes except the tune I am running 6.5x in the 1/8th and now ready to throw even more power at it. Unbelievable drivability and the customer service is GREAT!!!!

I have a 16 Roush supercharged Mustang GT. I initially had a well known competitor doing the remote tuning of the car. After 20+ tune revisions and extreme frustration with them, I was fed up and ready to find someone else to tune the car. I was referred by a friend to Palm Beach and Ken B. After only a few revisions, he not only had my car running the best it had ever run, but also had putting down even more power than i had anticipated or hoped for.
