Friendly and knowledgeable staff here. It is difficult to find quality customer service these days. Therefore, I personally recommend this store.

I love that they do free battery, alternator, and starter tests on your vehicle at no cost. They dont try too hard sell you on any car parts or services. They let you see the results on the device they test your car with, not to mention, theyll even print you off copies of the reports or email them to you at no cost.I want to personally thank Jose, whom after testing my vehicle and determining the battery was no good, was honest enough mention my battery was still under warranty at Walmart were at originally purchased the battery and told me they should take care of me and if not to come back.Its hard to find good customer service like this these days so I highly recommend them for all your mechanic 101 questions and quality parts.

Good place for a quick auto part fix...

Went in to get wipers for my car...I know nothing about wipers. A young man came out and went back in and came out with new wipers and installed them. Oh my I ❤loved the SERVICE. I will go there again when in need.

This store is fantastic!! Always able to help and anytime I pick up a wrong part ( which is often) very easy to return and replace. Not being a human who understands how stuff works this crew is always great help!

I came in looking for a specific screw knowing it may not be available at the store. I already went to Home Depot prior to coming here and they didnt have it available so I didnt have my hopes high that it would be here. However the employee, Nicholas, that I asked to help me locate it, if it was there, did start to help but soon after just vanished. I turned around and he was gone, without saying a word. Before he walked away he did tell me the size that I needed, which I later found out was incorrect. When I went looking for him I found him behind the counter. When I asked if he was successful at locating the part online or otherwise he said no, they dont have it. My question is why wouldnt you say this before you just abandoned me by walking away unannounced? I must have wasted at least 15 minutes long for a screw that he already knew wasnt available. Very upsetting.

I had the easiest and most turn key experience. Great service! I was looking for new windshield wiper blades for my brand new car. The tech explained the different tiers of windshield wipers, which were conveniently organized from the least expensive to the most expensive and helped me decide what was best for my car. He even walked out to my car to make sure they would fit before making the purchase. After making the purchase, the tech walked me out to my car and put the new blades on and encouraged me to test them to make sure I was satisfied. The experience was so pleasant that I will continue going to this store for all of my future needs.

Yesterday Mr. Wilkerson help me a lot. I experienced the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from him. He helped me to changed my battery. For some weird reason the battery connection was stocked, and he said Do not worry, I will fix it. I was with my family, it was late, and I had no tools. But, he did it. He fixed it and he installed the new battery. Thats why I want to take this time to recognize Mr. Wilkerson for his excellent work. You deserve a promotion and a raise.

I order a part from them on Friday and they say it will be there Sunday I go Sunday they say come Monday and I come back Monday the part still not there so they say that I have to come Tuesday and still not there their was a Indian person he was so mean with me

Wilkerson that works at the advanced auto at Boynton beach on Woolbright was a very attentive young man. He helped me replace my battery for my Honda Accord while making sure it was the correct fit. While I was waiting to order my battery online, he made sure all other customers were being attended and helped. He is by far one of the best employees I’ve ran into at this location.

Great customer service - Thank you, Daniel!Unfortunately, the Lakeland warehouse stocks date expired adhesives and did not remove them 6 months ago when given the manufacturers date code decipher. My reorder got the last of their bad stock of that 3M product. If replenished, hopefully theyll get and sell only good product.Im not waiting another 6 months to find out. Buying elsewhere for now. But in the future Advanced has what I need, then Ill only deal with Daniel.

I bought windshield wiper blades for my Chevy trax I asked for assistance in putting them on and the guy said he was new and didnt know how to do it meanwhile another gentleman went out and put the windshield wiper blades on smalle suv like mine that had 2 men in it

I will never go there again. They said they could not install a battery and they could not even jump my car so I had to walk home and Im 67 years old

I bought a $80.00 RAINX wiper a month ago from a Miami store. 2 days later it started screeching LOUDLY, and was totally embarrassing for my passengers. I didn’t have a chance until a month later & I went to this Boynton store. No questions asked and NO RECEIPT. He looked me up in the system found the transaction & Warrantied it out for me AND installed it for me. Very grateful! I had a defective one. Very happy with the service. Perhaps I just walked in on a bad day at the worst time but from what I experienced, the employees dont care about helping the clientele. I went in to pick up items I ordered ahead online upon receipt of the your order is ready for pickup email... there were two other groups of people, each consisting of one person interested in making a purchase and the rest of the group was idk moral support. I walked in with the printout of my emailed receipt which was reasonably legible from the 8 feet away the nearest employee was as he used the counter and his monitor to lean on and get comfy... i was not acknowledged in any fashion... not even a simple hi there I see you nod...for 13 minutes... then my order miraculous vanished from whatever components this employee was capable of managing... because he didnt really prepare it for pickup and ultimately left me at the counter while he went up and down the aisles and gathered the items i had ordered. It was pitiful.

When the line is 15 deep the cashier should be smart enough to not take 20 min to explain how to rebuild a water pump.

This place is incredibly slow, even when they are not busy. Ive been waiting in line for over 15 minutes with just one person at a register and about 3 other people waiting. Super slow service, if there were anywhere else closer than this I would have gone there instead.Edit: Most times I’ve been there, the wait time and service has improved. It depends wildly on the time of day however.

Stores lost a good customer. I use this place almost weekly as Im a rideshare driver. I went to this place friday for spray paint. I asked the clerk is this brown. I need brown: he said yes. it was a bright red !. I went back today to get credit but they wouldnt give Most are young who work at aa. Ill definitely take my business to autozone and elsewhere .what a disappointment

They never have somebody at a regularjust to check people out that bought stuff off the counter you have to sit there and wait 10 15 minutes for the parts counter to ring you up because they spend so much time with one customer you can never get out of this store. They need to have somebody at the store front register just ringing people out four items bought off the it was just ridiculous waiting I just gave up put my stuff down and left.

Place by far the best & only place 4 auto parts. Fair warning, they dont answer the phone quickly. NEVERTHELESS, it the best location of knowledgeable counter staff that care about, you, your vehicle & THE RIGHT PART. SO dont call, its faster just to drive there & worth it everytime!

Horrible Customer Service!I just waited 10 minutes for anyone working here to help anyone, literally ZERO employees could be found anywhere. There was 1 Employee (Alex) sitting behind the rear counter the entire time ignoring 3 customers. Finally, he asked what we needed & decided to help us. The customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen at any of the Advance Auto Parts stores. I hope corporate can rectify this issue for future customers.

If the had a 0 star option they’d get it. They have the worst customer service I have ever witness. Every single time I call this particular store I am put on hold for brief periods of time. I call back and before I can say anything i’m put on hold again. I can’t count how many times this has happened. The kids there are terrible inexperienced don’t know their knee from there elbow and are rude. It’s called ADDRESS THE CUSTOMER IN THE ORDER THEY COME. Absolute trash.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. However there were not enough staff for a Saturday. There was a long line, 10 or more customers waiting with a line almost out of the front door. As a result an undesirable shopped for products pretended to get in line and three other customers and myself witnessed him run out the door with stolen products. Staff did not do anything as they had a line of paying customers to deal with. I did not find what I was looking for as they had a limited selection of auto cleaning products. I hope management can figure out a way to offer better product selection and more staff for high volume times.

Went there with battery Guage low. Tested showed battery good but low on cranking amps. Convinced to buy new battery. Replacement done. No improvement was told to come back next day to have another test to see if alternator was the problem. So i spent 140 to replace a good battery only to be ignored when i told then it didnt fix problem

You can get all your car parts there and knowledgeable people.

Do not even try to call them they rarely pick up their phone. Much less put you hold. They just hang up.

Its a good automobile spare parts shop.Staff has enough knowledge about all parts and staff also suggest alternative solution so you do not worried about original company parts.They also suggest how to fix your vehicle without any additional cost.
