They mounted my tires. I had a 3:30pm appointment, and it took over two hours. Waiting room is bare with two stools. No place to sit and wait in the entire huge store. Employees in that store and at the Auto Service counter were rude (I apparently interrupted the Auto Service woman on her phone).No one explained any car problems, just handed me the receipt without mention of problems written on receipt. In the store, when i asked a Walmart employee for directions, she wouldnt answer me, and said she was on break. The price of my service was right, everything else was wrong.

Bought 2 tires on line, Made an appointment and brought the car in for the tires to be mounted and balanced. I explained that the paint marks on the tires need to be mounted at the tire valve. They are marked this way to make the balancing easier and more accurate. The tires are rotational. They mounted one tire inside out. I had them remount the tire. I am a retired Mercedes and Jaguar tech. These techs of theirs have no training and should not be servicing cars.

Went in 4 an oil change! And fluids check. My oil filter sensor maintenance, reminder continued to come. Everytime I pushed start 2 start my 2017 infinity QX50 SUV? I thought it should go off soon, no! It began saying warning ⚠️change oil filter ⚠️. Finally I went back to them &I was told. That my sensor hadnt been reset! Also, They did not check any fluids? On this 2nd visit, the guy reset the sensors. So he checked fluids while Im standing there.. Fluids, had not been checked &I wasnt made aware that my suv needed fluids. Which caused sum type of corrosion around outside water jets. None had been changed or filled. As requested, not even sure if I received and oil change and 5 or more quarts of oil? Never even informed 😒how many my car needed! Before servicing my car. I was told thee price is dependent on if I needed more than 5 quarts.. Still dont know 😕. They just replied yes, yes, yes, 2 everything

The staff is always helpful and accommodating every time I go. Even when I’m a walk in they find a way to make the time I wait not excessively long. I never have any problems with them. The only reason I took off one star is because they don’t answer their phones.

At the end of the day I got my oil change.I arrived and was told to make appt inside, ok.Then the lady who helped me told me when I come back to just get on line with the car and wait. So I did. Waited 10 min with workers passing my car without being acknowledged so I get out and told a worker nicely I was there for my appt and he proceeded to tell me in a rude way go inside to check in. So I had to wait a while longer 😑.Long story short they need to be on the same page about their system.

Tried calling when they open on Sunday at 7 am, it’s rang and rang and rang. Someone finally answered and I told them I needed two tires replaced and then she transferred me and it rang and rang again and someone answered again and didn’t say anything and transferred me again. Ordered tires online to be delivered and installed. Had a 2pm appointment and I was told it would be done in two hours. We came back over 3 hours later and our car was still on the lift and we were told it would be another 30 minutes.. almost 4hours to install 4 tires? Thats absurd on top of that when we dropped the car off one of the techs made a comment to the cashier that he was going to lunch and that we should have came early.. extremely rude and unprofessional but I guess thats to be expected at Walmart these days. Never again..

Run the other way. Unorganized waste of time. I ordered tires from Walmart that were delivered a week ago. I called to make an appointment and was told to call back everyday because their compressor was broken. 5 days of calls an appointment. Upon arrival I had to wait 20 minutes then was told sorry the 20 inch tires they sold me, they cannot mount 20 inch tires. Total time wasted 4 hours, wasted gas, frustrated that I was not informed at purchase. I own a standard Ford SUV.

The service manager CRYSTAL should get store employee of the year. Even though the tire center has been closed for service over 3 months as a result of the National pandemic, I had an emergency situation and she went out of her way to get my car back on the road in less than 24 hours. I brought the wheels in, she called in an employee who came in at 6 am and she called me at 8 am to tell me they were ready. Crystal is every employers dream come true. A REAL leader. Thank you a million times over.

Technicians are constantly stopping their work to have a conversation. I always get poor and slow service here but I buy all my batteries and tires through Walmart because they have a great warranty policy. Just wish they would hire better guys to do the job

Truly helpful and they go above and beyond. Mario Barahona helped me and my mom with getting new tires. He ushered us inside so my mom wouldnt be waiting in the heat. Helped me find the best price for tired on my budget. He even made sure the one tire that still had some life left got back to me so I could get a rim and use it as a spare. Best experience ever! My advice though is get there early and do your shopping while you wait. It took a while to get my car back, but by the time I was done with my shopping it was ready to go! Then told that I needed to take the battery to customer service to complete the exchange and then come back to Auto counter to get the new battery installed. Employees are rude, they stop taking customers at random times when they are busy. I went in to get an oil change and the girl at the register acted like I was inconveniencing her by coming in. I went another time to get a headlight changed and even though it was 2 hours until they closed they werent taking any more customers. Thank goodness I double checked that they even carried the bulb for my car because they do not. But the guy at the counter didnt think to make sure or even ask what kind of car, nor did he suggest a better time or day to come. Like most Walmarts it is seriously lacking in customer service. If I wasnt forced to go here because of my budget I would spend triple the money to not have to deal with them.

I dropped my car off for the tire to be changed; I got a nail in it. Six hours later (after they told me it would me only a maximum of a four hour wait) they called to say they did not even have the tire. This is something they should have looked at and assessed right when I dropped my car off. Even if they had the tire it would be $300. Moral of the story I went somewhere else and it was done in a half hour.

Great prices, but sadly under staffed. At 7:15am on a Friday morning, only one Tire Bay was open, and already 10 cars were ahead of me, already dropped off. And inside, no better. 8 people in line at the service counter, with only 1 employee helping those customers and answering the phone at the same time. At some point your time is worth more than saving a couple of bucks. But to give them the benefit of doubt, I hung around the store for 1 hour hoping the line would go down. Nope. 3 of the same folks were still there waiting in line. A 2nd employee was at the counter now handling the phone calls, but now there were 6 people in line, and still just one bay installing tires. Not for me. I will not return for auto service of any kind at this location. I dont think I have to preach to Walmart, but this is not called Customer Service. But dont worry Walmart Corporate Suits, Im still a Walmart fan, and customer.

Ordered 4 tires online even tho they said online the store had them (Been there done that Stock shows 4 but we can only find 3) So i got an email saying they were deluvered The Tire dept.opens @ 7:00 am I got there @630 and was first in line and they had a hard time locating all four tires but they found them and two and a half hours later they had four tires installed and balanced while 15 or 16 other people behind me were in for a long day add my wifes card not needed tires I wouldnt have ever went there and unfortunately Sears is closed by me be where youre going to be there awhile

I came in around 5pm and there was no one in line for lube so I pulled up to be serviced. The technician asked me to reverse so he could pull a vehicle out so I did. The technician pulled the car out but then drove a different car in the service area. I waited patiently to see if he was going come back to ask what service I was looking to receive or even explained to me why another car skipped me in recieving service, but he just looked at me a started working on the car. I had to approach him and ask why I was skipped and why he didnt come back to service me. Hes answer was just because I was in that line doesnt mean I was next. Then he tried to dismiss me to go inside so he can work.I went inside and spoke with Krystal and she apologized for his lack of customer service and professionalism. She also mentioned that they werent going to take anymore customers, something else he failed to inform me, but she made an exception for me. She was polite and helped turn a negative situation positive.

Had to replace a battery that I had purchased at this Wal-Mart auto center. Place was very crowded; but, service was excellent. Mario, the Service Manager does an excellent job. Since my battery was under a 5 year warranty and I had purchased it in 2/16, it was replaced free of charge. I went away a happy camper.

I took my car in for an oil change and I got a receipt showing a service description which indicates vacuum declined. The auto cashier told me that the vacuuming should have been incuded. It obviously wasnt. I definitely wouldnt decline my car getting vacuumed! Why did they? Trying to be nice here but you can fill in the blanks.

I am speechless... in more than 20 years experience taking my cars to service, Ive never saw such a horrible customer service... takes forever for get done, everybody is very easy going, like if there is nobody or any line waiting... talking on the phone, not enough attendants... if somebody shows up complaining about something, done... everybody stops to see whats going on... Drop of my SUV at 1pm came back at 3:11pm, my car was outside which meant completed service. Paid for oil change and tire rotation which was not done, notified them they pulled the car back in for the tire rotation and then the all leave for lunch break its now 3:55pm (car was dropped of at 1pm) no sense of urgency they all walk around like they have nothing to do.

Just ordered tires online from Walmart to be delivered to this store. I thought I could call the auto center and make an appointment for installation, but as others posted, they took at least 7-10 minutes to answer the phone, and when they did, I was told they do NOT take appointments, its first come, first served. I asked how long I might wait, and was told hours. If theyre that busy, either they dont have the resources to do business (people, equipment, space) or theyre not charging enough to reduce demand. Poor business model. No wonder Amazon is eating their lunch. Im guessing someone else will be happy to take my money, so Ill take my business elsewhere.

I had a flat tire and they were about to close the Shop, a worker by the name of Pablo went above and beyond i believe he is a Supervisor, great costumer service, answer all my question and trust me it was a lot and usually at closing everyone is tire and dying to leave, Pablo had patience and explain to me the diffrence on tires,quality, prices i mean this is one of a kind associate ive never met before, This is a great example that others should shadow and learn from him all this skills and costumer service, so i will be now going to swich tire choice and going for service here from now on. I wish I could put NO STARS.I dropped off my van at 9:55 AM & was told my van had three cars in front and would be ready after Noon, so at 12:30 I called the store. I was told my van isn’t done to wait a few more hours, so I waited till 2:30 and called again. I was told STILL NOT DONE. Then I came to the store at 4:30 and the guy told me oh we are short staffed cause a lot of people called out... how is thy my problem ? I will say the employees were nice and unfortunately seemed overworked and frustrated as well. This review is for both the automotive department and the store. Bought a new car battery there. First of all it was Friday and they only had 1 guy running the front counter for check ins and check outs. Its first come first serve for service so I was told a 1 hour to 1.5 hour wait for a battery change ( which takes 5 minutes). I shopped a little, this store is clean and has a lot of self checkout. As far as that goes this store is good. But in the automotive department expect a very long wait, and not enough employees. I was there for 2 hours and my car hadnt been touched. The guy said he though the technicians would take care of mine since it didnt take long, but guess not....I ended up buying my battery and took it somewhere else to get installed. The waiting area is also tiny and claustrophobic. Shopping here might be okay but I wouldnt recommend the auto department.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had tires ordered from Walmart and sent to the store for installation, they took nearly an hour just to find the tires. I was the first car to show up but ended up waiting for 3+ hours only to find out they didnt have the right size socket for my lug nuts and made me come back the next day. I showed up the next day first in line and then waited nearly 3 more hours only to be told they accidentally stripped one of my wheel studs and their way of making it right was to wave my tire installation fee... What an awful experience, I would NEVER recommend anyone coming to this Walmart for any automotive service.

DESERVES 0 STARS!!!The oil change bays were empty though there was a line around the corner, 5 lube/tire techs standing around joking with one another and the girl at the front telling customers there was over an hour wait! I have always used Walmart for oil changes however going to this particular one was the most horrible experience Ive ever had. After being told that they couldnt figure out what type of oil my regular old Chevy took, I decided not to give them my money and went to Jiffy Lube down the street for the service, where I was treated professionally. Worst service I have had at any tire center. My first visit I waited 3 1/2 hrs for my tires to be done and that is only because I complained to management. Btw my first visit was 10 days ago. I had to return today bc one of the brand new tires I bought was slow leaking. Instead of making mine a priority I was told that it will take another hr for them the fix or replace the tire. I am here currently not happy at all. I can promise you all that this is my last visit here and if the issue is not fixed I will approach a different tire place. This place is a waste of your time and not worth the energy.

Went to see about pricing for tires for my Mini Copper which is an odd size. Staff was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and looked online and directed me on the next step because they didnt carry them in stock. However, from last experience here It a an extremely busy part of store cause no other Wal-Mart around has a auto center, so if u plan on getting any work done, be the first online when they open @ 7. If not plan on being there hours!! As far as selection goes for tires and batteries you can waste your time looking elsewhere but, you are not going to find it cheaper!! Bonus...All batteries automatically come with a one year warranty. No castles when exfhanging it. Happy Shopping!

Was there yesterday to do injectors cleaning and oil change. They can do injectors cleaning because they dont know how and they didnt have the oil filter to my car. I have a camry..Unprofessional,lazy and super slow. This is not the first time its happening. This place is ridiculous!!! You can’t set up an appointment and they close at whatever time the feel like making it nearly impossible to have them do it. When you finally get there they have lost your tire and take over a half hour to find it! The first Tim o went they told me I needed to go to the front of the store and pick up the tire and carry it all the way to the back of the store for them to put it on when it was actually back and then made me wait 45 minutes for a manager to have me sign I was picking it up so I could take it somewhere else to have it put on because they never have time or they are closing soon or the systems are down. This was for the Boynton Beach old Boynton road location. The job was completed like it was supposed to. The employees are courteous and will answer any questions you have. One of the first or second people to greet me warned me it would take 2-3 hours which it did (2 1/2 hrs). Some people might think theyre slow but the way I look at it is theyre taking the time to do it right and not rush it. Were in 2018. There are a few things everyone should know in current society that just take longer than usual so if youre in a rush, you do those things another time; 1. Wal-Mart, 2. DMV, 3. Post Office, 4. Car maintenance, etc. So dont complain about waiting. Make an appointment for another time.

I than went up to Customer Service to Complain to a Manager. I had to wait another 20 minutes because Store Manager was on a Break, so finally Alex the Assistant Manager came to listen to my Complaint. Hes the only Reason you got 2 Stars instead of Zero, because he try to be helpful, especially when he also told me according to his records both of my tires where in. After Alex came to me at Auto Service desk, he informed that the other Tire was not in Store. What I find Disturbing was neither Auto Manager or Alex(Asst manager) didnt OFFER me any Compensation for my Time, but Most of ALL I paid for Product and MY ORDER wasnt full fill and its UP to me to Followup. Enclosing I find this to be Unprofessional & Irresponsible from such a Corporation as Walmart.

Good prices, slow service but its expected. First off, you are at Walmart so dont expect dealership type service, here nobody will upsell or offer all the extra services your Jiffy Lubes or Dealerships always try when all you really need is an oil change. I showed up 15 minutes after they opened, took about 15 minutes to ring me up because there were 2 people in front of me. I went home and got a call 2 hours later that the car was done. No complaints, my 2nd time here and will keep coming back, nice and early. Dont show up at 4pm, they are probably very busy and wont take you, 7:15AM is the trick. Also, check your car before you leave, oil level and tires if you had them rotated... all in all i saved about $50.
