I went to Winn Electric to get a ballast to repair a light for my mother. I spoke to a couple of different employees there, one was either the manager or owner, but both took the time to show mw how to convert my fluorescent light to an LED. It would have actually benefited them more to simply sell me a new ballast. They truly went above and beyond to help me. They were genuine and eager to help and not just make a sale.
