Just had the best experience buying a pair of shoes! Was going to another shoe store but accidentally parked on the wrong side of the mall so when I was passing journeys, I just went in to see if they had anything similar to a shoe I saw online and save myself a walk. I was greeted and was able to look on my own and saw something that might do it for me. I let them know my size and they brought out a couple different options including some they just got in. I had expressed what I liked and they were very accommodating. The shoes I landed on, they ended up not having in stock but because of my experience, I’m trusting them to have them shipped to my house. I’m super pumped for my new shoes!

I have to give this place a hand they went above and beyond finding my Daughter some doc martens that fit in a style she liked today the staff were extremely helpful and and nice. They had a very good selection of shoes and hard to find styles and their prices were more than reasonable. We will definitely be back in the near future.

I had the worst experience with the store absolutely unprofessional they had a pair of shoes that I have been looking for journeys in Arizona contacted the store location in Kentucky the manager Brianna said she would ship them out right away she called back while I was still in the store in Arizona to confirm the address and store number she said she was on top of it that she would ship it out I waited over a week finally I was contacted saying that the store manager in Kentucky irresponsibly placed the shoes in a different shipping order and sent them elsewhere and those shoes were sold I cannot find the shoes anywhere that I need they were the Rose leopard and checkered print slip on vans ...I had given up looking for the shoes to begin with but then they got my hopes up they told me that they had them I was so very excited planning on taking pictures with my sisters both of my sisters have the same shoes I was looking forward to getting pictures done with my sisters I think that’s what is making me the most disappointed in the whole thing

Had a great experience. Price was good. We will be back.

The staff is the worst. One girl on her cell phone, another sitting on the back of a chair with her feet in the seat and she proceeded to ask us what we were looking for without getting up ! The other 2 were talking to each other other, so sorry we didnt get to join in the party. Dont even get me started on the way they were dressed!
