I ordered a gift card on Ocotber 23rd to receive via email. I never received it. I have reached out 4 times. 3 times with email and then I messaged them on their Facebook page. No answer. The purchase went through on my end because the money is gone from my account for said purchase but I never got the gift card. I just want the gift card
I am highly dissatisfied and after using my store credit, doubt I will be back. I ordered 3 outfits. One I didn’t like, so I decide to return (I knew about the return policy) but I didn’t realize that I wouldn’t receive the credit at the store, that it would be emailed days later. Well while in store I decide to shop around and try a few things on. So I ask an employee if they need to check me into a room to try things on or if I check myself in? She didn’t answer my question (and she didn’t check to see) but just said “i don’t think they’re are any rooms available.” Well I decide to go ahead and check myself and found there are 2 available. She was very rude and not helpful. Not only that, there are a limited amount of product in store, therefore if you purchase something online and don’t like it, or it doesn’t fit right you will receive store credit. Therefore your going to be out money and still have to purchase from them.I purchased one outfit that I love but it is a bit small on me. I would love to exchange but can’t even do that because they didn’t have my size in store. And they are out of stock online (even if that was an option). So basically I am stuck with an outfit one size to small.
I love Pink Lily and have ordered from them time and time again but their customer service is lacking! I selected “local pickup” on a recent order. One piece was shipped to my home and the other no one can find. The store told me to call customer service and customer service said it’s at the store! Called the store repeatedly and no one answers and their mailbox is full. I love their clothes but I shouldn’t have to work this hard to get my hands on what I’ve paid for.
The girls at the boutique were super nice, but were unable to help. This review is for the customer service aspect of the website. I received two items, great quality! HOWEVER, I was sent 2XL in one of the dresses when the receipt reads XS. I have reached out twice with no response. The dress is great but I am way to small to even try to wear the 2XL, when this was the company’s mistake.
They have AWESOME clothes designs that super cute and so Adorable!!!... but unless your willing to dish out a pretty penny this is not the store for you...Prices are not on the lower end scale by far..So if your looking for cute fashionable clothes with a larger budget they are good place to check out!!
I’m so upset i ordered two dresses in my normal size, both are way way to big, one of them is so heavy and filling at bottom so i go online to try to return them and just get my money and they want to do is give me a giftcard i’m sorry but i don’t want a giftcard to a store that doesn’t have items to fit my body! it’s sad that in times like this you would keep peoples money why not return my money if i’m dissatisfied with the items and sizing. i’ll never ever shop here again little less recommend this to anyone!!
I purchased clothes about two months ago and I’m looking to shop again and I remembered “oh wait! I really need to warn women that this store isn’t for you.” I’ve purchased in the past and was disappointed but I seem to like it because I gave them a second chance and was disappointed again. The first purchase was a periwinkle tshirt dress and I loved it! I washed on delicate since it was so stretchy but it still shrunk. It was crazy. It became an actual tshirt after one wash. The second purchase consisted of a duster cardigan, a vest, and a sweater poncho. The cardigan is cute and I wear it but it’s uncomfortable. The material just sucks in general. The vest claimed to be a large but I swear it fit like an xs! And lastly, the poncho sweater, I haven’t even worn because as soon as I put it on a hanger, it started unraveling the threads! Like holes were appearing in the shoulders where the hanger held it! So now there is loose open holes in it without even being worn! DO NOT SHOP HERE! The models make the clothes look so cute but it will never look that good on you. Look for a better boutique and invest in a much better quality.
I made the extra stop visiting from North Dakota; as I’ve always heard about this boutique online and had to stop... I was honestly a little disappointed on the inventory as there wasn’t many things to pick from. Thought the prices were decent especially with it being a boutique. However, I was super disappointed as no one greeted me, no one once asked me if I need help or anything, and when I got to the check out the girl was busy doing some stuff but took forever to finally notice me to check out. Maybe the online store will be better
Terrible! I see why the bad reviews! Customer service never responds, the girls at the retail store can’t help, I bought a few sweaters $170 !! The sizes were off and one was defective. Brought them back and was told they can’t return, exchange or issue store credit! So basically we have useless poor quality clothing we can’t use, can’t resell because they are defective. Sales girls said they don’t have a phone number, you can email but they never respond. I would not advise shopping at a store that refuses to be held accountable for their sub par merchandise! Shame on the owner for taking advantage of people!!!
First time I ordered from them it came when it said and was perfect and I just recently (2weeks) ordered again and I am disappointed it hasn’t came yet and they keep saying give it some time and it’s been almost 3 weeks and one of the items is my graduation dress. DONT ORDER IF YOU NEEF YOUR STUFF 3 weeks after you place an order!
Only giving one star because its required to leave a review. My wife purchased 3 items online from this retailer. The first was a personalized tumbler that arrived broken, non-personalized, and the design of the tumbler is a piece of paper set between the dual walls of the tumbler (non even applied to a wall). The second item was a hat that they informed us over two weeks later they werent able to fulfill. The third was a small/medium sweater that looks compares to that of an XL of any other company. Their response to returning every single one of these items is store credit and only store credit. Any company that provides garbage quality products, terrible customer service and store credit as their only refund option for almost everything purchased, is clearly in business purely for one thing, and thats not the customer. Will follow-up with photos.
So... I absolutely LOVE this boutique!! 💗 I’m obsessed and wish I had more money, because I would buy everything in this store. I have bought a dress here for a dance at school (it was a little on the short side for me, but it was gorgeous and I didn’t care). I also have bought the cutest bathing suit this summer!! It is my favorite! I never thought I would enjoy wearing a one piece so much! Shipping was faster than expected. I wish I lived closer to this store so I could shop in person, but it is probably for the best. Check this place out! Customer service on social media is highly interactive & clothes are super adorable! I won a $50 giftcard online from their Facebook group called “Pink Lily VIP”.😍
Beware of ordering from this store. Ordered A sweatshirt for Christmas on 12-15. Still don’t have it as of Jan 1st. Postal office in Indiana is working with me, trying to get a hold of Bowling Green post office to see if they have even picked it up from pink lily warehouse. I have tried to contact them and I keep getting the same generic email back. Pink Lily is not offering much help. Poor customer relations! They don’t care about their customer at all!! I will NOT ever shop at this store again!
Won’t allow returns/exchanges for items purchased as gifts. Poor customer service. Items were wanting to be exchanged due to poor quality. Quality is very hit and miss. Also apparently a sweatshirt with a snowflake on it is now considered a monogram...who knew?
This company is an absolute SCAM. I have contacted them multiple multiple times through voicemail, messages on their website and Instagram and they are ignoring my problem. I ordered a skirt and it came completely different than discribed. The customer service is worse than I ever had experienced ANYWHERE. Do NOT order from them
I drove all the way from Louisville, KY to go to the store and needed to use the restroom when I arrived. I asked if I could use their restroom and I was told “we don’t have a restroom” which I know is a lie. Employees don’t work there all day without going to the bathroom. I needed to try some things on and could not even get through all of the items because I could not concentrate because I had to pee so bad. Anyways, I still spent 366 dollars even after I was lied to. I won’t be back I’ll stick to shopping online.
This boutique sells overpriced and poorly sized clothes. The clothes run extremely big (which is not specified on the site as the models are proportionate so one would assume products run true to size ) The customer service is basically non-existent and if and when they do chose to communicate about a problem, they have ZERO consideration toward the customer because they already made their money and do not care at all about resolving issues. This company is a poor excuse for a small business based on a variety of factors and I would never recommend their products to anyone but rather tell them to shop brick and mortar stores where at least you know what youre getting and who you are dealing with during the time of purchase and beyond. Pink Lily instead, specializes in automated phone and chat lines coupled with ridiculous purchase and return policies that seek to only benefit the company and leave the customer at a loss.P.S. Dont ever buy from here as you can NEVER return and the customer service is TERRIBLE!
Horrible service !!!! I’m so tired of trying to talk to someone and no answer. I bought a cardigan last year and loved it just needed a bigger size, I returned it and only got part of it refunded. It tells me I have been partially refunded and the rest is pending . I also tried messaging on email and Instagram. On Instagram someone told me to wait I have the messages. Still nothing so I’m December I messaged them through there again and they didn’t response but left me in read . I hate there service ! Please avoid buying from these ppl.

Please be aware that this business does not offer refunds...store credit only. Their return policy IS on their website. However, most online retailers offer refunds so as a shopper, you wouldnt think to even check the return policy before making a purchase. Stores that offer store credit only for returns do this so they can keep your money. Plain & simple. The types of stores that do this are typically small businesses. This is why its safer to just shop the big box stores. I feel robbed. But ultimately, its my fault for spending money at a small business and not checking the return policy FIRST! Lesson learned!
What a terrible experience. I purchased over $200 worth of clothes. The clothes didnt fit so I asked to return them. Found out that they dont credit back to the credit card you use. It cost me $18 to ship it back and they charged me another $9 for the return.I was stuck having to purchase more of their poorly made clothes and its disgusting how their online is run. Because of this situation, I will never order from them again.
I’ve had such great experiences every time I go into the store. The Ladies’ working there have always been so helpful and make you feel right at home. The store itself is gorgeous, and makes you feel as if you’re shopping in Nashville. If you haven’t visited the retail store, you’re missing out!
I just was driving to the Pink Lily parking lot going into shop for a dress with a friend when the owner proceeded to back out of a parking spot and nearly hit my car. As I drove around her she flipped me off and waited for me to park where she then rolled down her windows and started videoing me and my car with her phone. I thought this was very unprofessional especially in the parking lot of the business that you own. As well as very uncalled for since she was the one that almost hit me.
Wife loves this places. We dont have any by us so we had to stop.

Clothing is not well constructed, unravels at the seam, and overpriced. You can pay the same amount at TJMaxx, Belk, etc. for similar pieces, a better brand, superior construction, and a higher quality fabric fiber content.
