Excellent customer service! They were able to fit us into their already busy schedule, and worked with us after a blowout on the way to get our new tires. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They kept us informed every step of the way. The most impressive aspect of our experience was that I felt like they were genuinely helping me get the best product for my vehicle, and not just selling me a product to make money. I called about a more expensive tire, and they actually directed me toward a less expensive tire with the same quality! That won our loyalty for sure! I highly recommend them!

I took two lawnmower wheels to them, along with correctly-sized tires, hoping to get the new tires mounted. They did the work at a relatively affordable rate and finished the job in a few hours, but they bent up the outer rim on one of the wheels. Maybe give your business to another shop.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dropped my car off for alignment 2pm after making an appointment. The car stayed over night. I called at 10:30am the next day to be only told they never did the alignment and it would be another 200$ because of a tire rod issue. No form of communication with the customer, not even the next day, my car would’ve still been sitting there with no service performed on it. The technician said sorry and that was it. The manager did not even put in any effort. Definitely never using their services again. I advise you to go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Your mechanics always go above and beyond to get the job done and if I have any issues, they are the 1st to look into things and get them corrected quickly. I brought my car in this past wknd for an oil change. I had asked if it could be finished by 9:30 since I was headed out of town. I was told it wasnt guaranteed, which was fine. I took my Ford Fusion in for an oil change, tire rotation and for a brake inspection. I was contacted to let me know I needed a new master cyclinder, replace the rear disc rotor and pads. Cost would’ve been over $700. I then took my car to a mechanic that worked at Greenwood Ford for 25+ years for a second opinion and I’m glad I did. The only thing I ACTUALLY needed were rear brake pads and I barely needed them according to him. So a $700 job turned into a $75 job instead. I’m very disappointed and felt taken advantage of and will not be returning as a customer.

DO NOT GO HERE. Tried to scam me! Took my car here for an alignment they did a “free check” which I did not ask for, then claimed I had several things wrong with my car and the cost to fix it all would be almost $1,500. I don’t know if they just thought I had money because I drive a luxury car and wanted to scam me or genuinely had no idea what they were doing (which is hard to believe.) I took my car to my regular mechanic when he got back into town and only thing wrong with my car was a bad tire and doesn’t even need an alignment.

Had a slow leak to a tire while traveling. Had purchased the tire at a different location in KY. They were very courteous and they patched the tire within the hour.

They stand by their word with their warranties. Unlike other places. Buy the Big O brand and it will put your mind to rest. And they have great customer service. I was greeted by name today. Finally, a tire place that I feel has my back.

Well I was originally just wanting an oil change and to see if my back tires needed to be fixed or replaced but the service was faster than normal and the staff were very helpful but Im still a little bummed out and disappointed cause I literally came to this place from a friends reference and thought to give them at least a shot but in retrospect the main problem that I needed and wanted to get fixed never got handled, I also feel a little confused cause I honestly feel like I was bought out for example all these discounts but never told me where they applied or came from and the whole transaction left a bittersweet taste cause I honestly think since I was a new customer and Dont know much about cars I really cant get the thought out of my head that I was just being fed Sales pitch or taking advantage of or their sales I know in the past Ive dealt with mechanics like this but didnt think it would happen to me but I still appreciate the labor put in to my car but the problem I have with my car is not resolved and its gotten worse...I think I Im gonna take my business elsewhere

Quick service at a fair price. On Tuesdays they have $10 off basic oil changes, which makes it almost too cheap to change yourself. The mechanics point out items they notice, and from my experience, they dont pressure you to get work done on the spot.. I generally only use them for oil changes, but they seem honest and knowledgeable.

Now, I remember why I stopped going to Big-O Tires.Dirty & Out-of-date waiting area. Lousey customerservice.I had a nail in a back tire & I needed it plugged. Was in lineat 7:48 am. Waited 1 hour & 15 minutes, and was told when Iwas checking out, they couldnt plug the tire, but had torepair it at $46. I was NEVER asked about this, as I havea new, full size tire in the back that would of been halfthe cost.BIG-OH, BIG-OO, BIG ZERO, BIG NOTHING!

Would give 0 stars if Google would let me (this would be a big advance in reviews, IMHO!). So heres the story: Im shopping for tires for my daughters car. Shes in college about 75 miles from home, so I decided it might be a good idea to call around there and get some idea of prices, where I could get local service for her if she might ever need it.I called Big O and was told that I needed to bring the car in before they could even think about telling me a price on any tires. Which, of course, I cant do since Im 75 miles away. I explained that I know the car and the size of tires it needs ... hell, Id even already picked out the tires I wanted them to quote for me, right on their website. And that website even states, Call Store for Price. The site doesnt offer suggestions as to what to do if the store doesnt want to tell you the price.Who else does this? Ive called other tire stores and gotten quotes, no problem. Needless to say, I wont be doing business here.

Great customer service! I stopped at Big O tire shop in Bowling Green after driving over a deep pot hole that caused my car to shake like an out of balance tire. I’m from out of state visiting for the 25th Anniversary of the Corvette Museum, so I’m not familiar with local tire shops. I’m glad I stopped at Big O. The counter associate was able to get my car right in, and put his most experienced tech to work on my car. He diagnosed the problem quickly, unfortunately two tire rims were bent from the impact of the pot hole. The tech rebalanced the tires to minimize the shake as much as possible until I could return home and replace the rims. All the employees at Big O I interacted with were friendly, and cared about my vehicle. The cost of service was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend Big O tires for your tire needs.

Very pleased with the oil change and tire rotation and got the current special of $10 off on Tue! They were also kind to put in the replacement bulb I provided for my head light at no charge! I highly recommend Big O Tire of Bowling Green.

I took my truck to Big O in February 2020 to get an alignment after purchasing new tires. The truck was previously in an accident, and more work was needed to do the alignment properly. There were some pins on the passenger side that needed replaced. After spending almost $2,000 for parts and labor, I pay for the service over the phone, and picked the truck up after hours. I noticed the battery was completely dead, so I have to call to get a jumpstart, so I can go home. It was a new battery also. But I drove the truck and it drove straight. Cool! But after about 3 weeks, I noticed the truck was pulling to the right, so I brought it back to them to see if my alignment warranty would cover a fix. After a while, I get a call saying it’s ready, but it’s going to cost $160 more for parts and labor. I agree to pay, but while I’m paying, the service tech comes to tell me that he did the best he could, but the wheel isn’t quite straight. Hmmmm. So once again, I drive the truck off, only to have it pull to the right exactly as it did when I took it there the 2nd time. I immediately take it back, and explain that the alignment isn’t right, and to see why I just paid another $160, and my truck isn’t fixed. The manager says to the service tech “I got this.” and says that the tie rod they just replaced looked bent, or maybe my frame was bent. He couldn’t give me a straight answer. The conversation went back and forth. Another customer started laughing at the situation, so the manager pointed that out to me. I said if she just spent over $2000 for an alignment, and it wasn’t fixed, she wouldn’t be laughing! Then the little blonde girl working behind the counter accused me of being aggressive, and told me to leave. So I left upset, instead of getting my truck fixed. I take my truck to a competitor, and it didn’t take long for them to notice the pin that Big O caught on the passenger side, was broken on the driver’s side as well. $300 later, my truck drives like a new truck. But when I went to pick my truck up, Chris from Big O sent me a text, asking how my service was! Are you serious?! So I told him, and instead of apologizing, or trying to remedy the situation to keep a good paying customer, he tries to tell me the pin broke after I left Big O. If that’s the case, why couldn’t they properly align the truck the 2nd time I brought it to them? That’s like calling a plumber for a leak, having him charge you for installing a pipe, but still have a leak. I feel that everyone makes a mistake. If they would’ve tried to find the issue, like they did the 1st time, they could have easily fixed the problem, and I might still be a customer. But instead, I was laughed at, and told to leave. NOT PROFESSIONAL!! Sorry for the long post, but the employees running this place are ridiculous! I felt like I had to warn others. They might do good work, but if they make a mistake, don’t expect them to own up to it, or make it right.

Called that morning when they opened for an alignment and they were able to get me right in at late notice. They did the 22 point inspection and let me know one of my tires was bubbled and one of my brake lights were out .They were able to fix everything and had it done quickly and for a good price. Definetly will be returning for all other services I need. Great crew and great place to take your car .10 out of 10 would recommend .

Love how they fix my car reasonably and quickly. What I am not a fan of is being rushed on the phone making an appointment and forgetting because the guy was so pushy and eager to end the call.

Ive been doing business with big O for years and Ive never been disappointed with their service or years of experience. With a lot of businesses that deal with auto repair, its seems like like more often than not you have people trying to scam you or sell you things you dont need. I dont get this feeling with big O.

Big O Tires has always been a family place where I have gone to. They’re very honest and nice when you go in and aren’t going to take advantage of trying to get more money out of you. They’ll suggest to you what is important that you get done but won’t con you into doing anything else. There have been times where I’ve gone to get my car looked at and they have tried to screwed me over. They also don’t take advantage of females which most will try to do if you come in for new tires they’ll try to sale you more but not at Big O Tire! They also offer a student discount if you go to WKU and that helps a lot when making big purchases on anything you do there. They already have good prices but getting more of a discount helps as well!

Worked fast got job done

I went to big o tire for a front wheel alignment on a 2014 ford taurus. Their tech tried to explain to be that the car has structural damage based on measurements using the width of his fingers. Lets not forgot the car appeared it never moved the parking spot we left it. So I took the car to Floyds automotive close to dishman lane where they greeted me with excellent service and found nothing wrong with the car other than needing a front wheel alignment. I will never go back to big o tire because of the lack of automotive intelligence and experience.

Ridiculous. Called to get a quote on tires, gave us a quote, was told would have to come to the store to order tires and pay deposit( we live in Scottsville so we drove 45 min to do this), went to the store this morning was told they can’t even order those tires (that that had JUST quoted us)anymore. Man that we talked to was super rude to us and everyone he spoke to on the phone while we were there. Do not recommend!! Will never be back and suggest to everyone else to go somewhere else! Very disappointing.

If I could give no stars I would but had to give 1 to express my experience my wife took her truck in for a front end alignment and they said it needed $1700 worth of front end parts before they could do the alignment so for a second opinion took to cedar springs tire and they did the alignment for $35 and said the front end was fine so beware when chooseing this company...

Bought FOUR brand new tires last Fall at Big O, my daughter and her new family have been using the car the last few months and the air pressure light kept coming on, Son in Law took car into Big O and was told car needed two NEW tires. Your computer SHOULD of shown this was still under warranty and still had road side assistance on ALL four tires that I had originally Bought!!! Told him to go back up there, but now hes out of town. He should be compensated for what you sold him AGAIN..... Sounds like Double Dipping to Me!!! Manager on the phone said she could get us in and out within 20 minutes. 5 minutes after getting off the phone we show up and she says it will be 30 minutes before she even gets us in. Paid the tow truck driver to tow us to an hour wait when we had another place that could do it for 30.
