Scheduled an appointment online. No one contacted me so thought all was good. Went for appointment and guy said no can do.They STOP taking appointments at 4:30!!! They close at 7. Workers seen in bay just hanging out. Seen 3 with 1 car in there.Needs better standards.

Ill start this by saying i am a mechanic myself, this business is run by a bunch of clowns. I had a appointment for work to be done on two vehicles. One scheduled for 3 tires at 9 am. It has been 4 hours and the vehicle is not done. The mechanics have been sitting around doing nothing as i wait for 2 and a half hours. They only started to work as i went outside and made a phone call complaint. I understand wanting a break from the work. But a 2 and a half hour long break is rediculous horrible service.

Ashley and Jameason (Jamie) were so kind and attentive to making sure I got a same day appointment. I walked in at 7am and inquired about making an appointment for the slow leak in my tire. Initially, Jamie mentioned they didnt have anyone in the shop yet, since they had just opened. He promised to fit me in by 8:30am with an appointment. After speaking with Ashley, I was able to get an 8am. I was finished by 9ish, despite it being busy that day. I appreciate Ashley and Jamie for being prompt about scheduling and fitting me in when it was busy. They were honest on whether they could make a same day appointment work.

Never go there!!! Took my car there few days ago, my check engine lights was on, they did their diagnostic, called me back saying it’s mass airflow sensor, so they replaced it and my total was 400$!!!! 400$?!! To replace the part literally cost 20-30$ and it sits right on the intake tube, so replacing it shouldn’t take more than 5 min and that’s not it, took my and as soon as i past the traffic light which is less than half a mile, all the lights came back on and car felt like it’s never been touch, i called back they said now it could be the fuel pump, which will cost me 800$+ wasted my time wasted my time! Worst experience i’ve ever had

Had appt cancelled by Firestone because they said their system does not know if they are booked? Really? Lost my business for good.

Went in 12/28/2020 to have new tires mounted and balanced. I had an appointment, and still took them an hour and a half to even start on my vehicle. Had them mount one front tire at first to make sure theyd fit and ended up rubbing so I advised them I would get wheels or spacers and come back next week. Called on 1/4/2021 to make an appointment to get the tires mounted and balanced and now there is a new policy in place where they cant mount customers tires unless they were bought through them... Smh, Ill take my business elsewhere.Only reason for 2 stars is because they were friendly when I was there and the store was clean

Traveled to Kentucky from Ohio to purchase a car without my mechanic. Firestone was the only company in town not charging an arm and a leg for an inspection and was able to get us in on short notice. They were eager to help and did a great job. Very thorough. Shoutout to Jordan and Jameson!

Always call and get quotes from local shops.. They tried to charge $800 for a job that costs $200 or less..

Don’t bother making a appointment it will still be there for hrs waiting had a appointment at the start of the day and 4 and a half hrs later my car still wasn’t taken car of and I get it techs get behind but 4 1/2 hrs and still nothing come on

Left with 10 lbs in my passenger side rear tire I had the front passenger side put on they didnt bother check the other ones or it got a nail in their parking lot the light was on when I started the car I thought it go out after a few miles 50 miles later I checked it

On our drive back to Mi from Fl. our vehicle developedA clunking noise and your staff performed an inspection and reassured me that the vehicle was safe to drive and we were able to make it home safely.This was all done at no charge. Greatly appreciated.

Had an appointment for 11:45 to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. Two and half hours later I’m still sitting here waiting. Just go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE! I waited an hour and 40 minutes after my appointment time was scheduled for them to take my car back for 15 minutes FOR AN ALIGNMENT! AND THEN they told me they can’t do my back tires because they don’t have the “special equipment” needed to do them. BS. Go to B&B, they don’t take advantage of people, especially if you’re a female, and they’re cheaper.

With an appointment made, you help them ease the busy work on hands. Thank you for a great service.

I booked a reservation for an oil change for Thursday at 4:30pm. I arrived and they could not take me (my reservation got lost in the system even tho I had a confirmation email) so I rebooked for the following Monday at 12:30p. I arrived and dropped off my vehicle 15 minutes early and informed them Id be back at 4pm to pick it up. I arrived at 4:30pm to pick up my vehicle and they hadnt even started on it. He sent someone out to move my car in to start on it and it was still another 45minutes before they started. When I asked for my keys back so I could leave they said theyd already drained the oil so clearly I couldnt drive it. The only saving grace is they gave me the oil change for free.

They were very friendly and efficient. I came in with a car I was afraid would fall apart on me soon. They listened to my issues, did a complete inspection, found out the main problems, and fixed it all in one day. They were very polite, explained everything to me, and I left feeling safe in my car again. Not only that, but they applied every single discount they could find for me, to save me money. Outstanding service, decent prices. Will go back to them for all my future auto needs.

Had to stop in an emergency, they fixed our tires and got us going in less than 2 hours, friendly staff and quick service.

I stopped in to have a tire plugged, it had a screw in it. After they took my car back they informed me the tire was to old for them to plug it. Then offered to do an inspection to give me idea of what the others look like. I also asked him to give me some quotes on new tires. I was told that next weekend there would be a big tire sale. So I told him I would just wait till this weekend. That the screw wasnt a big deal, the tire wasnt losing air. They bring my car around and the tire is pouring air, they removed the screw. Didnt even offer to do anything about it. So now I am sitting at Big O Tires on Russellville Rd. Talk about customer service...

EDIT: Dropping from 5- to 2-Star. I took my vehicle back for additional brake service that was needed. It was dropped at 9:30 am with a pick up time of 6:00 pm. I was advised the service would take 90 minutes, which should not have mattered since I would be out of town and picking up in the evening. When I arrived at Firestone at 6:30 (30 minutes after the expected pick up time), the service was not complete. I was told it would be done by 7:00 so I went to get a coffee and came back. It was still not complete. The service was not completed until 7:30 pm. The vehicle was dropped off at 9:30 am for a 90 minute service and they had until 6:00 pm to complete it. They couldnt finish a standard brake service until 90 minutes AFTER they told me it would be ready. As I stated in the original review, I was looking for service to be completed timely. Since the shop is apparently incapable of this, I will not be returning. On a positive note, I will say the FOH customer service was still top-notch and I felt the price was fair.I was pleased with my first visit to this Firestone. The customer service was excellent, really top notch. I felt the price for the service was fair, especially since I didnt have a coupon. The service took a little bit longer than I would have liked, but I wasnt in a hurry so it wasnt a big deal. I will go back with our second vehicle and give them another shot. If the second visit is a bit faster, Ill be heading here much more often.

I would of given this location 0 stars if I could. They will trick you into spending more money, and buying things that you dont need. They ticked me into spending 500$ on services that come to find my vehicle never needed in the first place. Got there at 7 cant help you. Ive made appts online sorry we dont honor appts online. They dont know what we are doing here. No car in any bay. Guys just standing around doing nothing. Its always someone else problem. Last time wife sat for 4 hours and we had an appt. They didnt even checked the fluids.

11:00 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation on 10/30/19. One hour and fifteen minutes later, they had yet to start on it. I asked for my car and they said they could have it done in 20 minutes. No thanks! I left and will not be back. If you go there be sure to bring your lunch and a late afternoon snack just in case.
